Bad customer service and not such a friendly customer service. I prefer to go anywhere else because of the way the employees handles things though walmart is my favorite store. This one is different, its not worth going in this store.

Its a great place to just walk around and window shop.the staff is friendly, knowledgeable.

Its a Wal-Mart, no frills.What I can say that is positive, there did not appear to be anything unavailable that normally is or would be on the shelves. Thats a good sign...

Its a Walmart but this one seems to have trouble keeping the produce stocked.

Walmart pick up is great.

Only had 1cashier and didnt have some if the things I was looking for that they had carried in the past. Had a couple of people stocking that just didnt want to stop and let you get by.

Ali is real protective and cares about his waitresses... Dont give them a hard time... I seen him stand up for them... Food is decent... Just dont think its going to get there fast you might lose some wait while waiting.... Sometimes they are bussssssy.. so sit down youll get fed...

Service was good but slow

We make our car payment at the service desk, the workers are always so nice and our information is ready to go. I also like how the workers are ready to help, Ive even had some correct another (the order fillers for people who shop online) for not moving out of the way. And then theres the ones that are only there for the money and try to pretend youre not there and not asking them for help. The ones that dodge a customer walking towards them. However, Ive had more good than bad experiences.

Pleasant but crowded. The checker was amazing though & handicap motor chair is very helpful also. Didnt give 5 stars because the place had to many people at once surrounding me.

The new layout has made most of the aisles cramped, which is made worse by the online order pickers roving the store with oversized carts full of bins. But you dont exactly have a lot of options in okmulgee and Walmart excels at being a near monopoly on consumer goods in small towns. It sucks but I shop there anyways.

Our walmart isnt as big as many others, so doesnt always have exactly what you may be looking for. But for its size, it carries a lot. Its usually just certain spices or specialty items that are missing. But on the whole, I think its a very good store and I love their order online and pick-up services are great!

The worst Walmart ever. Always out of stock, dirty, and just had a general down and out vibe. Only go here when I cant get anywhere else

It is Walmart. You already know whats there, as inventory doesnt change drastically very often. Garden center, pharmacy, toys, jewelry,, electronics, grocery, deli/bakery, hygiene, some basic tools and automotive necessity items, stationary, crafts, housewares, clothing, etc. . None of these stores in this worldwide chain offer the best in anything, but you can get most of what you need in one stop. I personally hate the self check-out replacing cashiers even when the store is still full of employees who are not the most knowledgeable. Walmart does a horrible job at managing everything except availability of most goods. Still gets 5 stars because of the ease of getting things in one stop.

Clean and tidy. Was offered a mask which was weird, thats my business not Walmart’s.

Found almost everything I needed for my house except fly swatters, they had every bug killing items you needed except those. Really need some people flies are still out.

Worst customer service in person and over the phone. It takes an eternity to get any if any at all information over the phone. In person the attitudes and the distance for there jobs are horrific. Worst walmart Ive ever been to.

Im from a rural area about 60 miles away so I enjoyed browsing at this location. This store is so much larger than my hometown!

I hate Walmart but its the only big store in Okmulgee.. Rarely is there someone to check you out especially in the pm. Prices too high as well. Return policy awful and now now lay away !!!! Guess Ill start driving to Tulsa Ok

They took out all the price checkers.If you cant find the price you can check it here More than once I have had to use them, after picking up something thinking it was a buck and a half, only to see it ring up at $4.

Just purchased a phone from the phone guy at walmart . After we got the payment taken care of we ask the tech if they could switch our sim card over for us and we were informed that his boss said he isnt allowed to do that. No help with set up just pay and I guess we figure it out. It must be like self checkout. The employees are just there to get you to upgrade and not be able to help you with anything even if you did upgrade.

Always Helpful, there again always having to wait for shipping for tires, batterys,filters.

The man that no put my groceries in stacked it so high that when I opened the door 1/3 of it fell out.

They need more stockers because shelves are always disorganized and rarely full

They offer grocery pick-up and if they are out of the product on your list they will substitute it. Sometimes that sub is larger than the original request, for the same price. The store is relatively clean and staff is helpful and friendly.

Walmart in okmulgee Oklahoma is an old okay place to get your shopping on and its just a pretty good place to get things done.Also the female staff that work there are some of the most beautiful women in the world

Lots of item in walmart brand only which gives consumer no choice but to by it or nothing. Also 99.9 % of the staff would rather be poked in the eye rather than greet or assist you. I had 4 employees run into me today alone and not a 1 said sorry or kiss my but or anything

I am a senior lady. I had to go to Walmart towards the end of the day because that was the only ride I could get. When I was ready to check out the only registers that was open was self check out. No I understand that the other registers had already been closed in order to be counted. Now I do not know how to use the self check out registers. I asked a worker if all the other registers was closed. She said yes. Ok instead of her offering to help me she just turned and walked away. My only choice was to leave and hope I could get another ride during the daytime.

Gave 4 stars because not enough checkers they have gone way overboard on self checkout I buy their products at very least they could check a person out

I honestly cant stand Walmart. They have no real help for Customers, they would rather you use self checkout than provide jobs for people in need of work, a lot of the staff is rude and unhelpful. Wish there was a Target in Okmulgee.

Very busy today only a couple cashiers working otherwise have lot of self checkout. Lot of restocking shelves had to manover a few times. This location doesnt have a freeosk which is kinda a bummer. Ton of inventory otherwise.

Very nice, customer service was also fast and friendly.. The only downside is that mask arent required and the employee do not properly wear their mask.. self checkout is not sanitized between customers. If that stuff is a worry for you.. otherwise its your A-typical friendly walmart..

Didnt take care of cleaning ness.When You Go to refill water machine is not draining extra water and its dirty. Looks like playing with health. We Complained management too but no result at all...

Auto center was amazing today when my battery died in parking lot and I live 20 minutes away and dont know anyone here. They put in new battery for free and was so respectful.

Now is the time to shop the clearance stuff. Use the Walmart app to scan price tags it could be on secret clearance for bigger savings.

I am a USA Veteran. My problem is that the Walmart pharmacy is not set up to supply my medicine. The pharmacy has no relationship with Veterans Assist, which obviously is a nationwide and overseas operation. And all people get sick. But rarely is anyone able to pay the $325 type of medication bill. So, as a Veteran, Im asking for Walmart to change this need.I am on a family emergency trip from out of state. The Okmulgee ER was the only resource within a one hour drive radius. The Okmulgee treated my Lime Disease. And sent a script to both WalMart and the Walgreens in Okmulgee. Neither pharmacy is linked with VA in anyway to address this eminent financial need!

They killed the other Dept. Stores so you get what you support. Bring J C Pennys back. A shoe store would be a dream. We have nothing but Wal Mart and Dollar GENERAL store. That aint much.

Never had cared for this Walmart once they put in self check they hardly have any cashiers anymore so if you go through an actual line you have to wait forever, also I can very much see why this state has such high covid rates no mask enforcement at all! Even the cashiers do not wear their mask correctly! I guess sneeze guards have replaced mask but who is really safe...only the cashiers!

I wish we had other places to shop than Wal-Mart, our walmart has a hard time keeping certain items stocked. Then Ill buy something and it will be my go to product and boom guess what, yes you guessed it walmart stops stocking it and you never see it again. The department I hate worst is the electronics department. They never have any good tablets to buy. And dont get me started on the movies. I absolutely hate those movie bins. The ones where all the movies are piled up to the very top and you try to look for a movie and they all fall out. Plus I hate looking for a certain movie and end up giving up. I wish they would put them on the shelfs like they use to. I would buy alot of movies if it was like that again. I hate our clearance isle, I go to other Walmarts and their clearance isles are awesome and ours sucks. I could go on and on but I wont. I guess I need to be grateful I have a place to shop. ❤️

Its your typical Wal-mart. Nothing really separates it from others I have been in. Most employees are polite and helpful any time I find myself needing something.

Every time we come here isles are blocked by staff that does the shopping, everytime... and if they arent blocking the aisles they are running over you or plowing thru the isle you are shopping on, it may make the people they are shopping for lives easier but there should be more to it than that.. we are still here, those of us who do our own shopping, a little respect for others in the store. Remember walmart isnt the only place we can shop.

I am disgusted with this Walmart. I have been going to this Walmart for years and not once have me or my family have problems with the Okmulgee location.Until today.My best friend went to get groceries to make dinner for me and my sister, whom he is dating.The first thing I hear from my sister is rage as she talks to him on the phone.My best friend went to use their restroom in the front of the store. When he walks in, there is FECES on the floor and all over and in the stalls. He immediately goes to find an employee to kindly request for them to clean it, due the bathrooms in the back of the store being unavailable.It took them twenty minutes to get someone to come over and clean the bathroom.So when they get done, my friend goes back in to use the restroom. There was STILL FECES, not on the floor but still all over the toilets.That is NOT sanitary.But what makes me and my sister furious the most is that my friend went to the custodian to ask for cleaning supplies so that HE could clean out one of the toilets so he could the restroom. The custodian GAVE HIM THE SUPPLIES.THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. IT IS THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTODIANS JOB TO MAINTAIN AND CLEAN THE STORE. NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER.IT IS NOT SANITARY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WORLD IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC.Its not just that! What if it was a disabled person that had to use the restroom instead of my friend? Or a child whos toilet training?That is NOT SAFE.My friend decided not to speak to the manager about this. But just because he decides not to does not mean that I find it okay. And neither does my sister.He and my sister are brand new parents to a beautiful three-month-old girl. THEY HAVE TO BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT GERMS AND TOUCHING THINGS THAT COULD SPREAD TO THEIR DAUGHTER.Even though he used gloves, we still have to be CAREFUL. It still does not excuse the fact that a CUSTOMER had to clean up a public restroom so he could use it.I am incredibly disappointed with the service the Oklmulgee Walmart provided today. YOU HAVE LOST MY SUPPORT.I dont know if whether my friend will go back there or not in the future, seeing how the Okmulgee location is closest. But I know for damn sure that I will NOT.Shame on you Okmulgee Walmart.
