This pharmacy is the best. They dont get nearly the credit they deserve. They are always and I mean always busy and now they have to do covid vaccines. Waiting is inevitable but so worth the wait. These girls put their heart into helping people while being treated badly or having people complain about stupid things. Great job Walgreens you guys are awesome

I love shopping at this store. The store is always clean & organized. If there is a sale for multiple items at a certain sale price & lets say maybe they are only down to 1 of that item in stock, they will still honor the price the sale wouldve been for an individual item, had you been able to purchase multiple at that sale price. People here are always friendly & greet you the moment you walk in & are very helpful, assisting you with locating items you need throughout the store. This includes the pharmacy staff as well. I admittedly do not write very many reviews, but Im very thankful & feel they deserve high praise!

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Walgreens Okmulgee! Anytime I ever needed help they have helped me and have been so polite about it. Kristine was wonderful and amazing! The most pure and beautiful person I have ever met. Had a great conversation with her, knowing someone can be so kind and amazing has changed my views on the world and I’ve decided to switch religion to Christianity in hopes to find another person with such a pure soul like Kristine. People like her really give me faith in humanity. 10/10 would definitely recommend and go here for all of my needs!

This pharmacy has some great employees, I have experienced compassion from them. Ive also witnessed their patience with people. I will use this pharmacy anytime I need scripts just for the customer service. Even when they seem to be short handed they always manage to hold it down. I give two thumbs up as a matter of fact two thumbs is not enough I put my two big toes up too.

The girls at the pharmacy are amazing. They truly care about you and your health. I love that the pharmacy hours are later than other local pharmacies. The store is always clean and super convenient.

Yes the pharmacist and her assistant Christine was able to help me get my prescription transferred from California to Oklahoma without any issues. They handled the situation with no problem they were kind and courteous and spoke very professional at all times thank you guys.

These people in the pharmacy work so hard. They are so short staffed and I have witnessed several times them getting yelled at by customers and they still smile and work fast and hard. We as customers need to understand that they deserve a break and a full lunch period as they are working very hard with limited staff

I usually use okmulgee discount pharmacy but I had my meds sent over here this time and I just wanted to say how phenomenal the service was. I even had a pleasant conversation with a lady working there who resembled Richard Simmons and she helped me find everything I needed

When i went to this Walgreens they were very pleasant and helpful. Compared to other stores in the area, its like a breath of fresh air.

I’ve used Okmulgee walgreens since I moved to Oklahoma never had an issue they are very friendly and The girls In the pharmacy work extra hard and are always very helpful. Respect goes a long way and you will never get more bees with vinegar than you do with honey

Waste of time. 0/10 highly do not recommend.Edit: Cut review just to say they make fake accounts and leave positive reviews to even out the many bad reviews they already have. Its obvious because its the day after I made my review. Before I made my review the only recent review was a bad review from 2 months ago and now all of the sudden there is like 10 positive reviews. SUS! Even if the accounts arent fake, they are having their friends make the reviews.😂 Its so obvious, but hey Im going to let yall do what yall gotta do to cleanse that negativity.

These people are so rude in the pharmacy. They screwed up my son’s account. They put the medicine in my husbands account. Don’t know why. the doctor didn’t screw up the script. And my husband and son have different birth years and months. And when I asked them to fix the issue that they caused they refused. Due to their screw up I was unable to get the medicine needed for my child. Do not use this pharmacy ever…….!!!!!!!!! Also I called them around 2pm that day to see if my son’s medicine is getting filled before even showing up to the building. And the person I talked to said it would be ready for my son by 3 that day.

Ill just start by saying how obvious it is, that there are all these fake positive reviews to try, and tip the scale against the negative reviews.Secondly, this has to be the most unprofessional group of people to work in a pharmacy.By far the worst service Ive ever received in ANY type of business. You dont even deserve one star.

This is the second time I was at Walgreens when a customer was flipping out on them. I really feel bad for the girls that work in the pharmacy. I work in customer service too but I see them get yelled at more than I have ever seen anyone get yelled at. I am thankful for their hard work and taking care of the health of our community. I have used Walgreens for years without an issue until this location. It is without question the worst pharmacy i have ever used. They are constantly out of stock of medications and when you call to speak to a pharmacist to find out when you might get your meds they try to get off the phone as quick as possible and never have any answers. I am going to switch to Okmulgee Discount Pharmacy to see if they are any better because they couldnt he worse

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever tried to deal with. The recording is horrible and does not work properly. Once you get through to the pharmacy they answer hold please and leave you there until it rings Back.They do this over and over as nauseum.I only deal with them if I have absolutely no other recourse in town! Today was the worst!

I had an appointment for a covid shot. I was running late so I called to make sure it was still ok I come. When I got there, and after waiting for 20 minutes on the counter to be helped, am told they havent even taken it out the freezer. What is the appointment for? I even called. Confused how this is running.

Scheduled COVID-19 shot for my wife, had not been taken out of freezer by the time we arrived. We also waited to speak to anyone in the pharmacy for about 20 minutes after arriving, in the designated line (no one else waiting in store). Had to force the conversation after being ignored for an obscene amount of time.

Never have prescriptions in stock. What good is a pharmacy when it never has your medicine?

I have tried to be patient and understanding, but this is the second time in a month I received notifications prescriptions were ready only to find out the pharmacy is closed without notice. Long wait times are the norm. There was a tech this week who was amazing, and it seemed like she was the only one trying. Do yourself a favor and go to Wal Mart or Okmulgee Discount.

Went for covid vaccine and they didnt have it ready for my appointment time.. was frozen and had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be ready .. I mean really...!

I ordered photos and was told they would be ready Tuesday 5/19/20 at 9:55am. I went in at 11am and the employee working was very rude. They also did not have my pictures ready and said that their corporate office is wrong and they keep sending out wrong information. I personally think they are just being lazy and not doing their jobs. Considering the employee was just sitting down not doing anything I think my pictures should have been ready. Also I was the only customer in the store. Unacceptable.

This Photo Center is a joke woman helped us hook up our phone to print pictures then wgen we came back to get them said we dont have anyone to help print your pictures. Why didnt she tell us that before we put in our order and waited 30 mins to get them?

Pharmacist give inaccurate information. Cant send a pre authorization form requested multiple times. If you dont know something just say you dont know it.

Photo lab is closed totally. Sign says open 10 to 5. Went in last week they said we cant do any processing or passport photos. Went in this week, sign still there but the clerk says they are totally closed until October 3rd. Disappointing.

This Walgreens is great! They are nice and helpful. They do have a limit on special sale items so there is enough to keep all customers happy. Businesses have had limits on specials as far back as I can remember, and it doesnt hurt them. Way to go, Okmulgee Walgreens, youre my favorite place to shop, much better than Walmart.

I can count on one hand how many times I have been in this store. Every time I have been there I have left mad! Today was the last time I go in there. They say they are a Western Union agent. Dont buy it. Go downtown, they are very helpful and know their job. I now know why there are very seldom any cars in their parking lot. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

They had a sale like nearly a week ago on laundry soap- we go in to purchase some the manager seen us with around 5 50 load containers- we always buy 2-3 150-200 load laundry soaps.... she removed 2 from my handicapped wife’s cart and said she was only allowed to by 3 of the nearly 20 plus on the shelf. We returned all items in our cart and went to Walmart. One of them items we were purchasing was 31 dollars cheaper at Walmart so it worked out good for us!!! We won’t return my wives 6 prescriptions a month she just moved to another pharmacy. It won’t be a blip on their radar but I hope others follow! We operate a business and this behavior is a for sure way to not be in it long.

Always check your medicine in front of them. especially your pills tablets. Mine havent been counted properly in the past 2 months.2 ☆ on pharmacy5☆ on store

They suck?!! Wont transfer a prescription because its a controlled substance over 6 months old well Walgreens you just lost about 24 customers and prices are outrageous if I could rate them a no star I would

Went in to pick up a canvas that said it would be done at 2:50pm, went in at 3:48pm...still wasnt done.

So the medicine we dropped off last Thursday still isnt filled! If the other pharmacy had this in town we wouldnt be hete at all. I guess one call to corporate isnt enough
