I use their self-printing services, I do a fantastic job printing my own documents!

The cashier and customer service was wonderful. I returned a printer and was looking for another the store was organized. The bathrooms however looked worse than park bathrooms!!! They ran out of paper towel but had a roll on the sink that look like it had blood on it GROSS!!! There was so much sediment in the water fountains like they hadnt been cleaned in months! Crazy that their in such a busy area with such low cleanliness standards, thats my two pennies! ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

I tried to purchase toner for a printer online. After multiple promises of delivery of the part missing the delivery 3 times and not getting information of the shipping through chat or through FB messenger I ended up cancelling the order. The problem then arises Staples charged me promptly upon order but due to banking processes I dont get my money back for 3 to 5 business days after I cancelled and this was obviously days after ordering it. Poor service, poor communication etc. While Staples does not own the delivery service they do own my expectations and customer service which was poor at best.

Pretty bad i have the reciept and the old credit card thats cancelled. This place will not take my return. Packages not opened. No damage. No reason why they shouldnt give me my money back. What does it matter how they give it back to me. My card cleared they got their money....but cant give me my money back. Im livid!!!!! Thiefs

The staff is over the top helpful and eager to please, but the store inventory is not up to date compared with the web site. I ordered an item for pickup and went by after 3 hours to see if it was on the shelf as the web said they had 2 of them. Turns out the were sold the previous week. They cancelled my order but my time was still wasted. Nice people though.

I ordered Christmas cards from this Staples this year. I was very pleased with the quality of the cards. They were printed on the front and back which was a big bonus to me. We had a small problem when we picked up our order and didnt get the whole order. When I called to report it, the manager apologized profusely and agreed printed some extra cards for us for our trouble. What great customer service!

Great parking, friendly staff, and clean store. Staples is over priced vs online buy convenient when the need is immediate.

Love this store. Opens at 8am, very convenient to pick up some things on way to office. Staff was very helpful, and plenty of them as my list was diverse and some items a bit obscure. Got in and out in record time

Worst experience ever dont order from them

I went to Staples last night because I was planning to buy ink for my old printer, but I decided to look at what was offered. A nice young man (I think his name is Kyle) came to help. He lead me to a large format printer that was on sale. I bought it and... it was the perfect recommendation. It prints beautifully! Im so happy with my purchase - a purchase I would have never made if it werent for Kyles help! So, thank you, Kyle. Staples needs to give you a raise.

I have been going here for years. Management goes above and beyond in service. I returned software that did not work on my computer, and rather than making me return it directly to the software company (as Best Buy requires) they cheerfully took it back and handed me my cash. I have bought several thousands of dollars of items from them over the years. Also had a printer I did not like, so they traded it out for another brand. Liked it better and even saved money on the exchange. They are good guys!!

I was in a pinch and needed a large amount of one certain item, and I needed it quickly. I tried going through corporate to arrange this order, and that failed to work out. In a panic I called this store to see if they could somehow make this happen for me.I worked with the manager, Frank. He was super helpful and so nice! He walked me through ordering in store and we worked out all the details. I will be receiving my large order by the date I need them, thanks to Frank! He really saved the day!

Awesome shopping experience at Staples, 2844-A NW 63rd Ave OKC OK! Needed a printer cartridge set for my Hewlett-Packard printer and Staples made it happen, problem-free! Was kindly greeted upon entering at 5:30PM by Ms. Tanya (sp?). Store was bright and clean and merchandise was very easy to find. I quickly located my needed H-P cartridges then headed to Checkout where Ms. Tanya put the finishing touches on my journey to Staples at 63rd Ave. This easy-breezy shopping experience was a pleasure MORE because my car trip to Staples via Interstate 44 was highlighted by brutal, bumper-to-bumper traffic possibly due to some nearby Police chase/action! I was an eyes blink away from NOT heading to Staples because of the unusual traffic backlog! Thank you, Ms. Tanya!

Purchased a dead on arrival chair, tried to return or exchange soon after. Was told too bad so sad essentially. As I described situation to one CSR, I noted issues with it. Another chimed in Ive never heard anything like that happening with (wrong model I wasnt speaking of, he was thinking of other chair). The manufacturer of the LaZBoy office chair was kind enough to tell me that shouldnt have happened, and that it should have been accepted by Staples for return, and sent me replacement pieces. But even then faulty item wouldnt work.Two stars instead of one since their print team is usually nice. And even most employees. But the two folks I delt with re: chair usually seem unhappy to be there.

The staff at this store are by FAR the friendliest and most professional I have encountered in the OKC metro.Their product knowledge is well above the norm for a big bix office supply store.As for a previous rating by the gentleman regarding the printer, he should know that there is NO EXACT in print runs from a cartridge. Most is a guess. That was my experience while in management for Kinkos.This is THE store I drive to and pick up quickly needed supplies.

Was greeted immediately when I walked in. An associate helped me find what I needed right away and the cashier was super friendly and efficient.

Needed a place to ship UPS on a Saturday and they were open and convenient. Service was good and there were no issues.

I have shopped here for several years and Always found their clerks and techs to be very helpful AND Polite. They have even suggested other options that have saved me money. Plus they really stand behind their products, unlike Office Depot ..

We had to get some programs printed for my Grammys memorial service. It was 30 minutes until they closed and we had to have them immediately! The service was in the early morning and we had to have them before the morning. The print shop manager, April, was able to finish the job in no time (25 min)! We had previously gone to Office Depot to do the job in the morning and they didnt call us when their printer ate about 20 of the programs!!!! We went to pick up the job to there and were devastated to find the beautiful programs ruined! Thankfully Staples saved everything and we are so grateful!

I would do 4 stars, but Ive never been greeted when I walk in. I used to work at an office supply store, and greeting the customer was highly stressed. Usually clean, and its easy to locate items.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and they had what I was looking for at a price far better than what Best Buy was asking.

Ridiculous, I was the only customer in the store, the person in printing gave me two prices for waiting vs picking up next day; 20¢ per copy. No other customers, this person could have done the printing in the time it took to explain the price difference...company policy, bad company policy.

THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT STAPLES WALMART POLICY IS UPTO 3 MONTHS ON THE SAME PRINTER. MONEY BACK.STAPLES YOU GET A MINUS STAR, BECAUSE YOU SUCK!

Worst experience ever. I would never recommend this store. They dont care about you or your product. The manager didnt even care about the employee and how rude he was being.

This store CANNOT be reached by phone. Calls were made 2 days in a row. The 2nd day, 10 different calls were made between 10:00 and 11:00 am. The phone system went directly to hold and said the associates were busy. After repeating the message 3 times over 2 minutes, the system hung up after advising the caller to call back later.

Stopped by to pick up a printer. A salesman and manager each told me the printer I had picked out came with starter cartridges that would only last 15-20 pages. I worked for HP for 3 years and know this is not true. Either the employees at this location blatantly lie to customers, or theyre not educated on the products they sell. Doesnt really matter which it is, possibly both, but I definitely wont be back.

They price match everyone and give you 10% off difference if their price isnt lower!

The advice I have for them is rather than .2 items or wear something maybe located walk the customer to the item.

This is where I shop for ink for my printer I save $6 over the Sams price

This place has everything you could want in office supplies, and then some. If you cant find what you need here, just ask, theyre friendly staff will help.

Good service and great products

I tried calling to ask a few questions to avoid coming in to the store. Waited through the ridiculously long automated welcome message only to be redirected to a department that could not take my call. I never had the opportunity to speak to a person. Very disappointed.
