Im not a fan of shopping and Im not a fan of Malls, but I had been looking for some boots for quite some time. I bit the bullet and went in to see what I could find. When I went back to the shoe department I was greeted by Tesa. She was very pleasant, professional and helpful and even informed me of the Sales they were having.I was thrilled that I found two pair of boots at a very reasonable priceWhen I got to the checkout there was one customer ahead of me. When it was my turn to be checked out, the cashier Quanita was SO helpful! Since Im not a big shopper I wasnt aware of a coupon I could pull up on my phone for an additional discount on my purchase... She went above and beyond to help me with that, and was so patient and professional.My experience for someone that does not like shopping, was a VERY PLEASANT! Thank you ladies for being professional, helpful and pleasant. 🙂

I stood here while 2 other people were helped waiting to buy something I was ready to just grab and pay for. There was also another lady ahead of me that was waiting as well but she’s too nice to make a review so I said I would. Even after I said we were both ahead of them the kid walked right up to the worker and started his deal. This lost you a sale.

Ordered online to make use of a cash back app. Best value for these new balance. I got them for$45 instead of $70! There was a parking spot right at front available. No line at the desk. Pick up orders upstairs. Great atmosphere. Ran into some really good sale on clothes on the way upstairs. Lots of new and enticing home decor too

So disappointed in them. I ordered a few things online to be picked up at the store. When I went to pick it up after 30 min no one had brought it out, I called to be told that someone had already picked it up yet the online said still looking. Long story short, 3 unhelpful people, second desk then went looking for it came back to report it lost then 5 min later found. I had reached out to management but he seems to be only able to call back in the late afternoon when Im at work and the busiest. I wont be shopping with them in person nor online again

JCPENNY is one of the biggest shopping center in Oklahoma City. It has a great variety of collections. It has collections for men, women, boys, girls and kids. There are items for household stuff too. The price of items are high so as the quality of product. The customer service is excellent.

I picked up my online order without problem, but i didnt get all that i had ordered.

Horrible. My friend tried to order a ring from them and his card wouldn’t go through at all. I let him use my card and he sent me the money. A WEEK later they say that card didn’t go through either for some reason. So we update the card info with a new card and everything seemed to be fine. Today, apparently they canceled the order and now we are out of luck. This is so frustrating because I have plenty of money on all THREE cards I have had to use. There’s no reason it should not have gone through. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund on my card they already charged, and they said we can’t reorder. What a joke of a business. Save your money and shop local, I sure will.

Please read before using any rewards...I bought an item there and used 40$ in rewards...after rewards my balance was 185. I ended up returning the item but rewards dont get returned to your account...you loose them. Today I had 70$ worth of clothes...when I found out I couldnt use my rewards I just returned the clothes. I dont feel like jcp should rip off their customers like that.

Ive always liked JCPenney but I dont think this store (Penn Square Mall in OKC) will be open for much longer. Many areas are empty, only one cashier each on the 2 levels. I hope theyre able to stay open here.

The portrait studio is why I came to JCP. This is our 2nd photo session with them for my son, now 2. We had 1 other at 9 months before covid hit & we had different photographers but both did a quality job & with their coupon packages & digital print option it is really affordable. I wish they would change their backgrounds more often though as they could seem tired & repetitive if you used them 2 to 3xs per year for the 2 year membership price to avoid multiple sitting fees. To other parents: bring your own toys from home as props to personalize & get your childs best shots & avoid others germs.

I did Have a great time shopping looking all over but sticking to the deals that were still happening! I thought I wouldnt find a thing. To my surprise I captured good quality items for just my price range. Had space and privacy to compare and try on.

I went to curbside to pickup an order I had placed on the Internet. I was told that curbside stopped at 6 p.m. I arrived approximately 6:15 p.m. I couldnot find anywhere in their app that mentioned hours. So I parked and went upstairs and picked up. The customer service rep was great and had my order fast. Since JCPENNEY is closing some stores in the Oklahoma City metro such as the Midwest City location, I opted to pickup this order from Penn Square store.

Poor selection and when we did find something the check outs were closed and you had to go to the opposite end of the store to pay for your items. Sooooo. I put them alll down and left!!! Haven’t been in a long tome and will be a longer tome before I go back

I used to shop here often. Who ever their buyers are they are not keeping up with trends. They have the same old tired styles, there is little to no inventory in several areas of the store.

Priced very high you can find some good deals/sales. The clothing could use some organization with sizes. However, today it was extremely out inside of JCPenney it felt better outside in the sun. I could barely shop and was ready to get out in a jiffy. Please fix your ac 🙏 that will help a lot. Oh, thank you for the support of Urban league back to school bash. I will give a extra star if the AC works next time I go back to shop.

I set up pictures to be done in JC Pennys portrait studio, I live an hour away, get all the way there & they are closed . Speak to the manager of JC Pennys and shes pretty much clueless and says its owned by some other place., well it has JC Pennys name on it . She could not give me a number and frankly was not helpful, even felt like she was rude . I have no attention to ever step foot into a JC Pennys again. The whole experience was awful.

You have to enter from the lower level to get into upper level. Then you have to take the non working escalator down to get back to the mall. Im glad this Penneys is still open but get ready for a lot of walking

Good location with great prices. Just wish they had a bit more organization when it came to clothing in the plus size department. You can never find the top you want in just one spot. Also need more visible associates instead of solely relying on your JCPenney app to help shoppers find products and prices.

I love Jcpennys! As a kid I remember my grandma shopping there and thinking Im sick of that place and never shopping there when I have my own money. But how can you not when they always have sales and coupons available. Not to mention the quality being great. The rewards program is worth signing up for especially if you like to shop because the reward feels like a surprised gift!

My husband needed a suit for a new job. I like being able to look through the racks to find what works for my hubby. They have fitting rooms to try clothes on in that dept. We got the perfect suit and cheaper than other places.

So easy to pick up in store after ordering online. They were the only place I could find a particular item so I ordered 2 and shipped them free to the store. There is a sign so you know where to pick up which was quick and simple - be sure to read and follow instructions in your e-mail.

Extremely helpful staff and theyre always running sales. Great place to get nice clothes for a lot more affordable prices than other stores. They will even measure your shirt size for nice shirts so you dont even have to try them on.

10/1/2019 Stopped in to pick up an online order for a duvet cover set. I was sent a comforter set. According to the sales Rep. the comforter had the same order number as the duvet cover. I asked to reorder the duvet cover and was told I will still receive a comforter again. I ask to speak to a Manager on duty. The manager gave me the same story line, I asked could someone go the extra mile and pick up the phone and call online customer service maybe just maybe they can fix the problem with both items having the same number. They could not do that, so I ask for a refund. I later called online customer service and had a pleasant conversation with the sales Rep. and found out that both item have different numbers. Hopefully I will receive the correct item.

Not a single sales person available in appliances to ask questions or help with anything! Had to page someone to make a purchase and while looking one person cane over n told us to ask if we needed help then disappeared b4 we could ask any questions. Nice products but lack of sales staff makes actually making purchases difficult. ONLY decided to purchase something bc the price was really good.
