Excellent prices and extremely friendly staff!! We had a fun experience there!!

They discriminate against people. They wont rent to you just based off the apartments or the neighborhood you live in it doesnt matter that you can and will pay for your agreement but due to issues in the past (WITH OTHER PEOPLE!) they discriminate against YOU and wont rent to you no matter the qualifications and then when you contact them to check on your order they blame you for being a high risk person when they dont even know you and in all actuality they dont want to rent to the neighborhood you live in. DISCRIMINATION.

I absolutely love Rebecca and Brad theyve been very good to me. I ran into a couple of financial issues and they were readily willing to help me out and let me split up my payments to make it affordable for me instead of having to lose my furniture. As long as you let them know whats going on then they will try to work for you and not against you. Unfortunately Im going to have to leave them for the most part. They are not going to be able to match the prices of American Freight and right now I simply need a lower payment and its going to be quicker for me to own my furniture. The time that I have left on my couches and refrigerator is a little over a year I will own my furniture with American Freight in 6 months or less.

I rent things from here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Love everything I have gotten.

They nag customers too much. Even if youre a loyal customer and fall behind on one payment they threatened to come pick up your stuff! Whatever happened to customer appreciation?!!! Wont shop there again!

This place is amazing. I do not know where these negative reviews are coming from, I have experienced that if I dont make my payments then they call me, but they are very understanding to my situations. If you think that they are bugging you then make your payment on time, thats the way it is for any company like theirs. RAC is way worse than they are, they will knock on your door when you are one day late.. I know they bend over backwards for most of their customers, and the ones they dont then there is a reason cause thats not them...

The staff is awesome, never had a problem with anything Ive ever purchased from them. Always been a good pleasant experience.

I was physically assaulted by an employee named Devon, he hit me in the face after kicking my screen door and breaking it. He refused to leave my property after being asked several times. The police made him leave to avoid going to jail however my door is still broken and needs to be replaced. Ive contact corporate several times since December 11, it goes to voicemail and no one calls me back. Ive also used the contact us section on the website and guess what, no one calls us!

Brought me a bed with bed bugs then took a month to bring me bed rails then after i returned the stuff they still called me .....i unstand need to pay on time and the same need to bring on time...and where they say you pick up where you leave off is a lie .... I wont go back there again and will not refer anyone to go there again
