Tucker Speed is only one of two shops I know of with a Dyno Room providing a repeatable environment for tuning and testing. Bought a helmet today using a first time buyer code not realizing they had a better promotion for end of summer. I sent an email to their customer service and not only was it a very fast reply but these guys refunded the difference and have already printed out my shipping label to send out my items tomorrow. Talk about A1 customer service!

Bought a cam from these guys, installed it myself and brought them the bike to get a dyno tune. Tony did a great job of tuning the bike. It runs smooth, runs fast, gets good mileage and is very fast. Later on came back and they got me an S&S 124 for my bike. They always have a bunch of cool stuff in stock and all the employees have been awesome.

Took my Harley in to get some seasonal service done, get my battery replaced and get a new headlight installed. The team at Tucker speed did not disappoint. I think my bike runs better now than it ever has and all the work they did was incredibly clean. The service at the front counter was very clear and polite, giving me an accurate time frame and price estimate. For the money I spent I couldnt have asked for a better experience. This will be the sole shop that touches my Harley going forward.

I bought a Simpson Outlaw Bandit Helmet that was out of stock everywhere and a front tire for my Harley. Super smooth transaction and when I called for help they were awesome and super friendly. Ill definitely be returning to them and theyll be getting my business!

Took my tire to get balanced and mounted, they could not do this, ended up charging me 20 dollars. Took bike to dealership they had my tired mounted and balanced. Felt like like stole from me, did not produce what they should have got paid for. Will never do business with them or friends.

My bikes old motor had given up the ghost but I was set to get her back on the road. I needed two things that everyone needs: time and money. With a short, three-week stint for an army school looming, Tony offered to do the work while I was gone--getting it done in the span of time I would have been missing my ride anyway--and quoted me a price way below what I had anticipated.The work was top notch and Tony paid attention to every detail, even putting my customized timing cover back on the new motor. For anything that I cannot do myself in my little, ill-equipped garage, I will trust Tony and Tucker Speed to keep me on two wheels!

Go here, dont take ur harley to golden spike. These guys are about making sure u are happy not gouging u for money. High quality work for a very fair and competitive price. Im dead serious, if ur going anywhere else for maintenance on ur harley ur damn wrong.

Was very disappointed in the work that had done when take it in for tires and comes back with no speedometer and they tell u to by the new cable and pay half shop price to fix? When your mechanic broke it I have to pay for part and to have it replaced that is a joke. Would not take my kids Schwinn to that place they used to be good but have gone down hill fast. They dont repair anything they tear it up and charge u for it. Recommend staying away from there

This place was incredible! I came to them with a very odd problem, one that 3 other local shops could not solve. They took the time to listen and then acted quickly. I was out of there in 15 minutes with my problem solved and free of charge. Customer service is top notch. I felt important, heard, and well taken care of.

I just purchased a Harley Crossbones Harley and wanted to get new tires and 10,000 mile check up. Tony was super knowledgeable and friendly. Dropped my bike off for a few issues and these guys were able to quickly diagnose and take care of what was needed. Absolute awesome experience and true professionals. They treated me like a friend from the start put together an awesome plan and delivered beyond my expectations. Tony and the Tucker speed team are truly awesome. I absolutely love the results of my now 1275 02 sportster. Customer service is the best Ive ever received this place is well worth the 1.5 hour drive. I called two places previous to Tucker and when I talked with Tony for 5 minutes and he was the first person to listen and rather than just throw me a number to get me off the phone he wrote down what I wanted asked me some questions and answered some of mine. Then said hed put together a suggested build. And get back to me. Within a few days I had his suggestions then we talked through some different options and then the plan was In motion. The only thing left was me to pick a pipe he gave me a few suggestions I checked them out. Chose the pipe I wanted he quoted me a price lower than I could find it so I just had him add it to my quote. I later discovered hed misquoted the price and yet he still gave it to me for that price. I tell this part of my experience because it speaks to the absolute integrity that he has. I reccomend Tucker Speed to everyone who asks me about my bike and to every friend I know. If I could give ten stars I would. Tucker will do all the work, maintaining and anything else I ever need on my bike or the shovel that will soon be mine as well.
