Honestly inside of the building might seem a little sketchy...but they have super cheap soft serve and shakes, which is basically the only reason I ever stop here. To avoid going inside they have a convenient drive through which I do appreciate.

As an employee of Hoagies, I can say a few things: the store is both bad and good. The other employees are nice and work hard, but it can be difficult at times. People ask for ice cream all the time in store and, naturally, it can take time to make five shakes and four cones. Its the customers that cause most of the issue with waiting in line. If you cant wait for ice cream, go to an actual parlour.

Price of gas isnt too bad here. Stopped in recently and saw people were walking out with ice cream and milkshakes. Bought a few of them and we all loved it. The wait isnt too bad either when theyre not busy, which is an obvious thing anywhere. Staff was friendly and made sure I was helped. I dont live close but Ill definitely come again for the ice cream!

Used to work here went in tonight they were falling behind and werent doing their jobs there was a line around the building and a line inside and one of your employees started going off me. So you lost all my services for your store from now on

Worst customer service I have ever had. I bought ice cream that was sour 🤢and when I brought it back later to tell them, they wouldn’t replace it. Even though they acknowledged their milk had been bad.

Great hometown gas station. Kinda slow for ice cream orders but well worth the wait. Very good ice cream shakes.

Friendly staff and convenient location. I like Chevron gas too. Their advertised gas price doesnt match whats at the pump. The price at the pump was higher, so I decided to get gas elsewhere.

Most the time I enjoy stopping by here sometimes there is a long wait cause of the ice cream orders. But there is an older lady thats kind of heavy set that is absolutely horrible to talk to or have her ring me up shes rude almost seems worth it to go somewhere else to avoid her...

Service is a little slow, but the ice cream is definitely the best thats why its 5 stars

Got gas last night and the pump I used had a skimmer on it. Have to change my dang credit card now. Apparently they dont watch their pumps close enough, I will never go back there again.

The management here is horrible and treats their employees really badly. On one occasion when getting a quick lunch, the manager did nothing to break up an employee argument, that was quite verbal. It seemed as if one of the employees was angry because another couldnt take her shift. This is not the first time I have seen things like this. The manager just stood there and allowed it to happen. I also dont think there is even a manager on during the night shift, so if you have a problem, there isnt anyone to help you out.This place needs some serious management changes. I wont go here any more because it makes me feel uncomfortable seeing employees openly arguing and management not stepping in.

Two workers were outside having a smoke when we pulled up at 10:59 pm to get gas and use the facilities. They looked at each other, and, I kid you not, went inside and proceeded to lock us out while looking us in the eyes! 👎👎

Good thing their ice cream is good, because their service is horrible, You could probably hand churn ice cream faster than they can put it in a cup. If you have 25 minutes to wait for ice cream check it out.

Worst customer service, slowest service ever!

I filled up and bought a car wash at the pump after regular hours, the pump was out of paper so I couldnt get a receipt, when I went by the next morning to see if I could get my wash code the lady at the counter informed me she wasnt going to look through all the transactions to try to find mine and I was out of luck.
