Were here to stay the night in the truck. The lot is paved and huge for rows and rows of big trucks.As we were entering the store a guy standing by the entrance asked if we were truck drivers and then asked if we had any free showers on our rewards card and if he could have one.Entering the store, I noticed that it is a much smaller Flying J than what Im used to. It did have the usual snacks, soup, hotbox, deli, drinks..it also had vehicle merch., shirts, crystal ornaments, caps and other such items. So you could shop a little. There was a messy discount bin in one of the main aisles and the drivers lounge is filled with boxes of merchandise.We ate at the Dennys inside this establishment and got a drink to go at the Flying J. The cashier waved us over to her register then completely ignored us when we was talking to her. My husband asked for a receipt and she was already waving over another customer. Ring em up and move em out kind of thing here. I didnt appreciate that at all.

Showers have good water pressure but are in seriously bad shape. Broken off tile, water leaking, and ect. The soup and coffee is awesome and the people working here are great.

April is the kindest and most beautiful human ever to bless this travel stop! She always takes great care of me, as does manager Brandon, whose sense of humor simply can’t be beat! Thanks so much for always being the best, you guys!

The cashier this morning made my day! Not only was she super polite and friendly to a couple of customers who wanted to chat her ear off, but she remained professional and courteous to those of us in line. Why is every Pilot FlyingJ so dumpy? I tried to fuel on pump 21 after multiple tries I went inside and apparently this is happening all day,, but of course they insist nothing is wrong with their pumps. Dingy dirty and dumpy every location.

This Truck Stop isnt for Professional Driver to relax in. The Professional Drivers Lounge is basically their stock room for over flow stock. Wasnt relax at all. The lounge was very cluttered. No wear to fold your laundry. Was told by one or more staff. If I wanted table to fold my clothes on go to Hotel across the parking lot. Store Manager said not my problem call Corp and complain. I will NEVER going back to Pilot or FlyingJ. They have loss all my future Bussiness to Petra and TA.As much money as driver spend and be treated so rudely is Unnecessary and Unacceptable.

We appreciate the separated fuel island for RVs. For those of us with a gas pusher it’s such a relief to get to your spacious stations to fill up.Too bad the card reader at the pump didn’t work. A walk inside was probably a good thing after extended driving time.

Fuel prices were fair, everything was clean & stocked, the employees were friendly and theres plenty of truck parking.

I believe this is the oldest of Flying Js own purpose-built travel plazas (as the rest were converted from Husky). For its age, its in shockingly good shape. Nice, clean restrooms, staff is mostly friendly, and the hot food in the deli is always good. I have never eaten at this particular Dennys, however.

I was traveling in an rv and needed a place to park for the night. I started in the Dennys parking lot by a couple other rvs. I didnt feel safe because of the high volume of foot, bicycle and random sketchy people. I moved over to the truck parking, which I immediately felt a lot safer. However the parking lot is filthy and has a horrible odor.

OMG Thank God most have Subways & they are busy & crowded. Love the veggie subway. We stoped at a lot of FJs for diesel & Subways.

You shouldnt have any complaints about a busy travel center just off the freeway. Open 24/7 and 365. Maybe a little bad customer service but I have not experienced any here.

Good place to stop for the night. Has a Dennys inside. McDs next door. Hotel nearby.

Updated 10/31/19: Two fuel pumps not working, told person outside, did nothing to fix or block the pumps, bathroom was disgusting! Parking rules never enforced. Obnoxious drivers park anywhere blocking the entrance/exit, scale, and fuel island. Literally could not move in there today. Plus the poor kid behind the counter was scared to tell drivers to move because of threats!

The food in their hotcase was at least all day old and tasted adequately. Yuck. We needed baby wipes, or hand wipes, any wipes or tissue or paper towel.....and they had NONE . Restrooms looked just like in their photos....trashed. Clerk was friendly.

I live 260 miles from here and it’s a spot I typically hit if I unload in Layton, or run out of hours on my way to Boise. Showers have incredible water pressure, Denny’s always a plus over subway. Not a bad spot to catch some sleep.

Shower one room is big but shower its self small Im normal person hardly fit in it. I cant imagine how the handicap will fit. People are friendly. They didnt even cleaned the shower just wiped out the container thats it I wouldnt recommend to any one.

Unloaded near by a few times. Most of the time I just got tired and stopped here for the night had great food. Quiet place to get some sleep I Truck stop parking lot

I basically come here everyday and the staff are always so friendly.. The bathrooms are kept clean and you never have to worry about messes in the stalls. Overall a decent place to stop and get fuel or to take a nap!

Really nice place to shut down.Need more washing machines, 2 is just not enough.Should open up the tiny driver lounge, right now we are all being cramped into one small humid hallway 3 feet from each other... it doesnt make any sense at all.

The truck parking kind of sucks with some really uneven spots to park in & there is only a few areas that have grass to walk your dog. The Dennys was good but the deli didnt have the meatloaf or pot roast & the selections were few. The staff was nice though

We always stop at pilot for fuel, breaks, and showers while we travel the US making deliveries in the big truck. This was by far the worst visit. This store is old and in need of updating. The fan in shower 9 fell on my head as I tried to get the door closed. The shower head looked like it was 20 years old and the patched tile in the shower looked cheap and rushed. Will not stop here again for a shower until it is updated like the rest of the pilot flying Js ! They are lucky I am not looking for a big check from a lawsuit for their negligence!I still prefer pilot flying J over all the rest, but this one travel center had heated toilet seats with bidets! Just saying lol

Nice and clean inside. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Location wise its really pretty. They actually keep cleaner than the hotel next door in the parking lot. Haha! My only complaint is the manager who wont let the staff celebrate for the holidays. If youre a manager its not all about you. I feel for the rest of the staff. But, Im not going to dock a star over it. Hopefully Bahumbug will one day cheer up.

Getting Dennys food ... Im done with Subway... and I cant stand nor stomach Taco Bell... The smell upsets my system😵😵😵Any how Theresa @dennys was my server very nice professional woman...I got the Cali club sandwich with fresh onion rings and unsweetened tea. It was very😋😋 tasty and filling-my compliaments to the brunch chef. It was all on point.😁Whenever I am in the area Ill make sure that I come to this Dennys...highly recommending this sandwich onion, rings and tea but of course your choice of beverage.😊✌Thank you all staff at Dennys.😉💯

The worst showers!! Dirty, moldy, dusty, freezing cold shower for me then when my partner got in the shower it was so hot he could barely stand in the shower. Drain in the shower was clogged. We will never go here again to shower.

This happend at the flying J in Salt Lake not Ogden. We waited for 15:33 minutes to fill up one bottle of propane, the employee didnt say hello when I said Hi. He acted annoyed. Also he walked passed me to write down our license plate, I asked why he didnt respond, I waited a minute or two then asked again he said he didnt know, he doesnt ask questions. Also he didnt bleed the tank Wich I found out since I used to work for Riverton Hardware and that is something we had to do. Not impressed and not going to get propane their again. This was not at the Ogden store, it was at the one on 900 w and I-80.

I thought $10.00 to dump your RV was a little high after spending $135.00 in gas.

Not an awful spot, staff arent to interested in wearing mask properly, generally below the chin. The Dennys is slow as hell, food was cold. Waitresses were very nice.

Blaring loud music all night in the parking lot from the store speakers. Another awful flying j experience. If I didnt have to stop for the night I would have went to Loves where I have MUCH better experiences. AVOID

I haven’t even yet arrived this place for a 34 hour break, but I’m giving them 5 stars now after reading some other reviews about their relaxed enforcement of the bull shyt mouth muzzle mandate.

Just after the exit so location is great. It was covered with snow when I was there.

Tried to get fuel here and the pumps wouldn’t read my credit card. Tried 2 cards and 3 different pumps. Went across the street to get fuel and had no problems.

There are signs the door stating a face mask is required. Neither the employee on duty or any customers, aside from myself, were wearing masks. Please do better at protecting your employees and customers by enforcing simple public health requirements. As a trucker that is required to use this company, its disheartening when locations like this show zero consideration for the safety of its patrons.Also, the employee on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional.

First of all this truck stop is poorly designed. If you park your truck you have to walk to the front entrance where the gas paying people fill up. There is no rear entrance for drivers who Park in the truck lot. Poorly designed.

Great food and a variety of products they sell. From food to charging cords for your phone. This is a great truck stop for truckers. They have a lounge for truckers and laundry for truckers. There is a Dennys restaurant connected to the store. I like this place!

The middle row for trucks is at a horrible angle which results in blindside backings, and a greater risk of damage to trucks. Total PITA to park here because most of the empty spots are blindside spots because the good spots fill up really early. I usually avoid this place because parking is so difficult. If they ever fix it Ill change my review... all they really need to do is repaint the lines in the middle at the opposite angle... reversed so that people backing in are backing left instead of right. All other drivers I talk to agree the parking sucks... its not just me.

Beer talking all over my food without a mask on. I dont appreciate that.

The staff are very friendly. Spoke with the lady from germany and she was fantastic to talk with. Had an issue getting all the food I had ordered and she made it right. Will definitely be coming back. The parking situation needs work though. Pretty dirty lot and its always full with drivers parking where they should not be.

Great friendly employees. Store was clean with a wide variety of snacks you could buy. Even has a good selection of hot food you can buy. Store is kind of hard to get out of right now with all the road construction. But it is in a convenient location off the freeway.

At 4:45 I called this location to see if they do propane refills for RVs.We drove 30 min out of our way to get propane. When we arrived they said they don’t start doing propane refills until 6:00. Would have been great to know that when I called!! They were very rude. Terrible customer service!

Still haven’t fixed anything at this flying j. Hallway to the men’s restroom and the showers is cluttered. This store is unorganized. Don’t think about getting any hot food after 10 pm no pizza wings or anything in hot case but 4 dried out breakfast sandwiches. Very few cold sandwiches in the cold case. Pilot and flying j are going down fast.

Get Dennys out of there we dont have time to sit for over a hour so they can get are food right an its not just here at all the truck stops that have Dennys in them.

Honestly, it’s a truck stop. Nothing too extra or extraordinary though, they do have some souvenirs. I got some food and a Monster energy and it was great. If you need a quick stop then come here. The facilities were clean as well, which is pretty much an expectation.

Dont like to go here. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Every time i get out of my vehicle there is always a drug addicted and or homeless person begging for money. Also used needles in parking lot.

I tried to get fuel here from two separate pumps. The first one had no numbers so I could not push enter. It took me a minute to figure out that they were missing. The second pump had the numbers but you could not read the display it was all scrambled. We ended up going across the street and getting fuel at the Phillips 66 gas station across the street. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I have always enjoyed the Flying J Travel spots and Centers, I feel they have everything you need or want, - ( they have at your fingertips).Ive never had any issues. All the ones i have gone to and or been to has been a great experience and have nothing negative to say about the establishment within itself.If there was something that needed attending to, they were very fast to get the issue corrected and make sure that the customer comes first leaving with a smile on their face.

This place is easy to get in to and out of any of the gas or fuel islands, tractors & trailers or cars. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a nice convenience store in side with a large variety of things to eat and drink. The store also carries items that a traveler or trucker could use. There is out door seating so you can set stretch and relax. They take credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment.

Only parked a short time before heading to unload trailer. Did not eat at Dennys or purchase any items in store. Clean ladies room, and rest of store looked good. Big plus, the ice machine has the yummy crushed as well as the cubed. :)

I just want to say thank you to Bryan who works doing Maintenance as he really helped me out thisMorning when I was having a rough morning. I didn’t have my money with me to make it back home and he went and put money on my pump so I wouldn’t run out of gas. He was so kind and I couldn’t be more grateful for his selflessness. We need more people in our world like him. It was early in the morning and if I would have ran out of gas on my way home I don’t know what I would have done. For the management, give this man a raise! He is a great example of someone who deserves recognition and praise! Thank you again Bryan!

For a truck stop it had s good local st home vibe! Clean, helpful staff, great to go food items, no price gauging, and you never know who you may meet. Thank you again United States army for my sons smile that day you made a difference we thank you for protection or freedom!

Run down! filthy fuel island no trash cans . We all need to smarten up! Make are own coffee!! They jacked up coffee to $2.09 before tax refills $1.89.

Loved it very clean. I believe there was showers here they looked like a Hyatt Hotel bathroom I was blown away. If this is the one Im thinking of anyways. Always plenty of food options slept overnight at several in the U-Haul always felt safe.

Best pizza in town....Its only 13.99 for a pizza and it is huge! Not to mention they cook it fresh for u! Also the staff are all really friendly!

Good people, clean rest rooms, clean showers. Hot deli bar has meat loaf, chicken, pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, hot wings, macaroni and cheese to name a few. Food is good. They also have about the best soups around, and if you like Dennys you can eat there. They have competitive fuel prices. I stop here almost every day at work.

This Flying J has a nice Drivers lounge and the Hot Deli is nice to. The coffee you cant turn down, Pilot coffee is known to be the Best! That is if you have the right people to brew it. No weak coffee! 😝😠

Everyone was friendly and they were quick to clean the showers. The laundry is too small. They stuck it in a hallway and gave two washers with nowhere to hang or fold. The wifi works great inside but not outside.

I’ve always enjoyed this Flying J, service has always been great, easy in and out, but the parking is limited and tight in certain areas to back into, which should be at an angle and trash all over, only one trash can for one row of 20 trucks.

The employees were not wearing masks when there is a sign on the front door that says THEY ARE REQUIRED! she couldn’t even wait for her elderly customer to leave the desk before trying to get me to come up to the register.

Ok so I dont play the black card but I went to the Dennys tonight to get a healthy meal so Im standing at the register and the server seats a customer and I waiting on her to return. A white gentleman and his lady was behind me a few minutes go by his lady leaves but in the meantime the server returns the guy walk up and she grabs a menu seats him but didnt even acknowledge me. Needless to say Im angry 😡 so I went to the McDonalds next door my money must have been to good for her.

I was passing through on my way from Eugene Oregon to West Virginia as I am relocating. The nice young woman who is the night manager Marcella,tonight on 7/8/2019 was more than accommodating, compassionate, caring and professional when helping me retrieve money sent via Western Union as I am exhausted from losing my mother in April to cancer, being homeless, and driving with a 5 month old puppy with hardly any resources. I have to stop in a location when I get close to timing out of gas and reach out to domestic violence services to retrieve gas. Your night manager made me feel less stressed and reminded me of my mom and remained calm as I wanted to explode because of exhaustion and scared. You have a great asset running your night crew and its very difficult to find people with her work ethic along with great customer service skills in that line of work due to some difficult customers who can sometimes destroy a good one by being a difficult so keep doing what youre doing to keep her happy because a happy employee will go the extra mile when their boss treats then well and values them as a person more than l just their employee.Thank you Marcella for being patient when I couldnt and thank you for being compassionately understanding

I had stopped here to get something to eat. They had a Dennys so I had an enjoyable breakfast. It was clean and pleasant with the oldies but goodies playing.

Avoid for anything but fuel. Absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure they ever clean the fountain drink area.

The bathrooms were clean, and so was the store. Nice size parking lot unlike the pilot at the next exit north. And they have the been to cup coffee so that is all I needed.

I like flying Js and pilots. Lots of parking, reserved parking available for your 18 wheel big rig truck,convenient fuel stop, convince store pricing lots of products. Staff is nice and the showers are 4+ stars.

This place is perfectly located! Furthermore, the staff here is friendly, warm, and always happy to help.Its rare that the line is ever moving slowly. And if it is then its quickly remedied.Equipped with chip reader. And has hot food cooked and ready to go.

Huge lot. Made it easy for cars to get around the semis. Not the biggest fan of their prices, and store upkeep.

I take showers here all of the time. The shower rooms are always clean, short wait times, the water is always hot, and the staff is always polite.I like the offers they have with their pilot rewards program too. Alot of amazing deals!

I love Flying J’s. They normally have cheaper gas and the store is a lot bigger than a normal gas station. Also, because I drive a lot, they normally have food which is helpful if I’m in a rush. Grab some gas and some grub and get going. And sure, it’s gas station food, but their pizza is actually really good.

Do not come here expecting to get DEF as their nozzles dont work and if you go inside to tell someone they blame the drivers for their nozzles not working.
