The store has a nice setting; However, the people in the Pharmacy are rude. The Pharmacy Supervisor is Very Rude and did not answer any of my questions. I actually got hung up on 3 different times as well, by the females that work in their as well. The only Nice person in that Pharmacy is Shane. he is really cool. I want to point out how the Pharmacy Manager, When i asked to speak to him over the phone, he told the other pharmacy tech that he did not want to talk to me. One of the females yelled at me over the phone and specifically raised her voice at me. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Their job is to render service to the public professionally and that is not the case with them. They are cold and rude and i recommend my family and friends to go somewhere else. Not CVS in Ogden on Harrison. Dont go their if you want to be treated right. Not the place.

Open 24 hours which is awesome. Great overnight staff, I think she was a manager. She was super nice and we had a long chat. Very helpful for what I needed to buy. Great prices and products. They have things that Walmart didnt even have. Overall five stars

Ive been going to CVS Pharmacy for years. I lose track of how long, but the employees comment on how ancient my CVS card is. I love coming here to pick up my medications and anything small I mightve forgotten at the grocery store. Especially since theyre open 24 hours and I work night shift. My only complaint is their new phone system. I hate shouting at the stupid thing to get it to do what I want. I miss the old system where it wasnt voice activated at all and you could only press dialing keys to answer. I hope they change it back someday. I cant stand using it refill medications anymore. I need to talk to a live person.

Dont mind the Latino Karen (El-Karen). This store is easy going and very helpful .the pharmacy crew has been great for covid vax and prescriptions as well. It does get busy, but with the recent flood of immigrants let in from the Biden administration what do you expect ? Its only going to get worse people. Hide your chickens, they coming.

Great remodel and setup with the Minute Clinic, but there are no employees to help... ever...with anything. No shopping baskets at the door - youll have to pick one up at the self checkout. Lots of customers waiting for help, and 2 employees chatting with each other.Do better.

I had a good experience I was there for two hours in the middle of the night shopping for whatever I wanted. No one bugged me. at check out the guy help me select stuff because that is way short on money, enough money. They were very helpful

I have to give a shout out to the young man, Bobby, who helped me at the checkout this morning. I was purchasing a bottle of B12 vitamins and was truly trying to find the best dosage for the most efficient cost as personal financial struggles have been a factor at this time. I brought 1 small bottle of vitamins to the checkout counter and was pleasantly surprised when Bobby made me aware that the product was on sale and was in fact buy one get one free. He scanned the product a second time to access the promotion and told me that I could simply grab a second bottle on my way out. Bobby also donated a few pennies (4 cents) to my total so that I didnt have to break a larger bill for the transaction. Just a bit of kindness no matter how small truly goes a long way. Its been a great day thus far!!!

I used to love this store. Well, then they decided to profile me for some reason for someone that steals. I could feel eyes on me the entire time I was shopping all while the same employee kept asking me if I was finding everything I needed. He even went as far as to come over to my cart inside my bubble and without my permission he started scanning random Halloween items to see how much they cost. Really!!!??? Like you don’t know how much they cost??!? What the heck CVS? I was filling my cart with a ton of items. It was obvious I knew my way around the store. I am in the top 1% of shoppers at CVS. Does that sound like I steal? Yeah, no! Needless to say I’m canceling my care pass and moving on to the next convenience store. Bye bye CVS!

I went in with my son to buy a birthday card for a friend at work.

Not to shabby. I think i might have seen them give an old man his meds when he couldnt afford them. But i was just being a Snoopy Susan so i could have misunderstood the whole situation. Maybe i need to be a Make Sure Mark before i go off saying things like that though, but it seemed sweet. Also, they have enough cameras in the pharmacy to make a Matrix movie stunt scene.

Bald pharmacist wouldn’t fill my script and told me I don’t have insurance even tho it’s threw care mark cvs in helpful and complete waste of time !!! Call other cvs and they looked it over phone and had my Insurance and had me set up in no time bald pharmacist should work at dmv so he can have the right attitude for the work environment!

They took money out of my moms account for a prescription, which was supposed to be delivered. It went to wrong address and now each person weve spoke to has a different story on what happened. And still my mom doesnt have her pills.

The staff are friendly enough but the prices are expensive. You only have about 5 items an itll cost $50+. I only go here because its close to Weber State but as a college student its hard to get what you need because its expensive.

I would also give this store zero points. The manager is rude an uncaring, as is Ashley.As others have stated, I am stuck with CVS because of insurance. But I will find a different CVS, even though it means driving further to get my meds just to not have to deal with these people.

I’d give this CVS zero stars if possible.More than once this pharmacy (a female employee) has denied the pharmacy ever received prescriptions for my daughter, a college student at Weber State University. I have physically been present when the prescriber called in the prescription.Yesterday she was called by this same female employee, to confirm a new prescription to be filled. Today she was told by the same employee that her prescription, including the one they called to confirm yesterday.Wait... yesterday at least one of the two prescriptions had been called in? And now it was never received???Both prescriptions have now been filled at a pharmacy across the street.This review is not a reflection of service provided at other CVS locations. Others are highly efficient and have good, even great customer service.

The staff is always very polite, and the store is clean and well organized. However, I will no longer buy prescription drugs here. Today I purchased a prescription that cost $96. When I got home, my husband showed me that the cost at other pharmacies was only $17-$20. Now Im realizing I may have lost hundreds of dollars over the last couple of years. Dont make the mistake I did of assuming that CVS prescriptions are reasonably priced. At the very least, shop around.

Worst pharmacy ever. Left the doctors 20 min away and after arriving we still waited another 90min for our prescription. I was filling for 3 children. Once I got home I realize they gave me duplicates of one child’s cream but no ear drops for another child with a ear infection. Also the duplicate creams were two different prices for the same cream just under different children’s names. Same insurance same medicine different prices. After realizing we were still in need of ear drops we return to the pharmacy where they were externally rude and jumped to blaming everyone else for the mistake rather then admitting to it. They also refused to return the extra medicine they duplicated because it because it me ft the building. At this part I’d like to express that the one we were returning was in there paper bag with the bag still stapled shut by there employee. Luckily we have our kids pediatrician cell number because it took 3 calls to him before we got the mess straighten around and the medicine we needed for our kids. It did however cost us extra money in copays from these scam artist duplicating prescription and charging incorrectly only to blame us and the doctor and refuse to even attempt to make it right.

Had a tech Ashley hang up for some reason. Called back, they seem less than interested in helping someone in need. I get these are tough times and were all a bit frazzled but kind words are all you need to share to help someone. Stuck going to this pharmacy because of insurance or Id go elsewhere. Good luck with Karma, ladies. 👌🏼Update: Called my Dr. office the next day and CVS never sent my refill request over ( despite begging for an emergency dosage because Im completely out then being denied ) which Im not surprised about at this point. Terrible experience. No communication even after I went in and called over 3 times and never got the correct information. Each staff gave me conflicting information. This was on a simple refill. I went in again tonight and was told I called drive to Centerville to get half of the prescription as this CVS was out. I will never use CVS again. Back to Smiths for me. I have had great service for 10 years from Smiths.

This CVS was very helpful. We asked the pharmisist at the counter, Stacey, to help us with some prescriptions and for checkout. She was quick checking us out and helped me get one of my purchases for a discount. She was very nice and we got out with 14 items and 3 prescriptions in 20 minutes!! Thank you!!

Horrible experience with CVS on Harrison Blvd. The daytime manager was so rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Expect better from a professional pharmacist.

I have to call this pharmacy frequently and I cant reach them in under 15 minutes. No one picks up the phone. Very discouraging. Not only is the hold music terrible, but I dont have that kind of time.

24 HR Pharmacy! This is one of the only 24 HR pharmacies in the area. The staff is always nice. Even super late at night.

Stopped to get prescriptions through the drive through after a doctors visit today 1/9/18 around 7:20pm and the man working was incredibly rude and stated that I did not have any prescriptions and began to list off every date I had previously picked something up on. I stated about the appointment and he magically said oh yeah there’s two and it’ll be 20-25 mins and then hung up (he did not come to the window at all) I came back at 7:50pm and again stated I had a picked up he said yes for two and it would again be ready in 20-25 minutes and as I tried to say I had already waited that long he hung up (again not coming to the window). I am incredibly sick and for no care to be given for customers or to allow them to even speak or keep their word about prescription times is unacceptable. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Gave me warm insulin on Cvs pharmacy on 40th & Harrison. I sent my daughter to pick up my insulin...she asked for ice for the insulin. For those who dont know insulin has to stay cold untell its opened for use. The tech sold her an ice pack in the box not cold. Packaged everything up & sent her on her way. The insulin is warm. Ok so Ill just call & explain to the pharmacists right? Oh no.. this pharmacist was so rude! He intested that the insulin is fine warm because he went to school for 4 years to be a pharmacist. He told me that he knows more because of his education. He stated that they dont have ice available to transport insulin even though i get it on ice ever single time I go pick up.he said my daughter must have grabbed the box off the shelf! Um..No! Without inquiring any information this pharmacists assumes to know what happened & knows everything about insulin. I am sorry your not Type 1 = you dont know! tried nicely to explain to him I only have 28 days to use this insulin and then I have to through it away. It was the worst most downgrading experience. He refused to replace it. We need more education & awareness for even our 4 year medical degree pharmacist. End rant!

Calling one CVS after another throughout the SLC area searching for a speciality item that was listed in stock online at this Ogden locationThis pharmacy pawned us off to the front desk because it was an OTC item even though it was a medicine and all other CVS locations had the pharmacy handle our request because it was for our autistic hearing impaired kiddo with an ear infectionAfter being left on hold quite a while, the young man at the front tried to figure out what he was going to look for based off our description, he returned after a few minutes saying they did not have what we were looking for — 1 star added to the review because the young man was nice and left us feeling like he genuinely tried to find what we needed but it was obvious this medicine was way outside his scope of knowledgeMy wife contacted CVS corporate offices and they searched for us and found 3 bottles of the medicine we needed at this location, which we promptly drove to and boughtNote to Pharmacy — you should probably handle medical stuff even if it’s OTC...quit being lazy

Before I moved here, I seriously loathed CVS stores. I would avoid them at all costs, even driving out of my way if it meant not having to deal with them. Then I met this one. The staff is excellent and actually care about you and the concept of customer service isnt lost on them! I wont fill prescriptions anywhere else since finding this pharmacy, and the store itself is equally wonderful.

Called in to get information about flu shot and the person in the pharmacy was very unhelpful and short with her answers. Definitely not going to take my business to CVS pharmacy.

This place is great! It has everything a Walgreens or Rite Aid would have and for a decent price. This building is new too, so its nice inside.

Dont expect professionalism when CVS makes a mistake about administering incorrect medications. They are impossible to admit any wrong doing- I canceled the order, they filled it, leaving me with 90 pills no one will use - pretty irresponsible considering folks die every hour from drug overdose in this country.

All these people complaining about the guy with the one leg who works night shifts. My wife hasnt complained about him once. One of her prescriptions was waiting on authorization from the doctor before her insurance could cover it. Obviously thats not going to happen in the middle of the night. So the guy with one leg informed her about an over the counter medication she could use in the meantime, and how many pills to take in order for it to be the prescription dose. He even printed off a piece of paper to show the authrization error popping up on his computer. She thought he was very polite and helpful for the work he did.

The dayshift manager flat out talked to me as if I was uneducated! She was even disrespectful enough to lie to me about my transaction. I have reason to believe she is homophobic! I work in management and customer service, she basically stole from me then handed me a coupon I applied as if it made up for cash!? The gentleman helping me before her caught that all of my extrabucks were not applied but were scanned. Instead of manually overriding the next transaction to make up for THEIR mistake she simply kept my earned extra bucks. She took $13 from me with no hesitation. Cooperate will be contacted.

I asked the pharmacist what he would recommend for gastroenteritis. Lance was rude and dismissive. He couldnt care less about my mom and her pain.

The guy with the missing leg is very very rude and unprofessional. He choice words when helping me were extremely inappropriate he used hell and referred to me as dude one to many times. This is why I no longer use CVS staff is always absolutely inappropriate. Unfortunately my doctors office sent my Rx to the wrong pharmacy. I started going to Walgreens because I actually get treated like a person there and not like Im bothering the staff with my presence.

Dont ask for a Rx your child needs filled monthly to be auto filled as they wont do it! Even saying they will/did. Also dont expect them to fill way Rx says. If says do not substitute they will any ways and you will have issues with your insurance not filling it. I will be going else where!
