I had them install a 3000 watt inverter on my work truck very satisfied they were very professional I highly recommend them they do that and a lot more like customize your truck

I spent a total of about 3200 buck on a brand new Chevy with less than 700 miles on it, had several things donone to it. Bull bar, spray in berliner, level kit, toolbox and a few other things. First it was supposed to only be there 1 day so I took the day off and was there before they opened at 8 . They didnt check my truck in until 11am .So from the start they were behind.I agree to leave my truck until the next day.I called them next day and the said it was ready. Got there and it was still in the shop toreapart. When I did get it the backup camera no longer worked. Like I said it is a brand new truck. They said it worked when they pulled it up front. Told me to take it to the dealership for repair. That they were done. Do not use this place. Terrible customer service. I will be trading with west Texas offroad from now on

That did a great job outfitting some of our work trucks at a decent price. The sales people arent trying to push the most expensive products but the fuel tanks tool boxes and brush guards that are suited for your needs

Found everything we needed

Had some issues with my roll’n’lock. They took a look at it and advised me to contact company directly for replacement parts. Threw some extra screws in the frame to tighten it up and didn’t charge me. I’d definitely recommend. Good folks.

I have had two work horse bumper brush gaurd on 2 different trucks they worked awesome and looked good . I will never put ranch hand back on my trucks after haveing work horse and shipping was fast. Greene county ga thank yall

I have spent over $10k within the last 3 months on truck accessories from Workhorse- I pick up a truck (They had just put BRAND NEW $300/ea tires on) and the driver side back tire went flat within 30 miles of their shop. I call them this morning that it is flat in front of my house and they need to come fix it and they say I have to get it to their shop for them to even look at it. NO customer service. So what does a single girl do with this- go buy an air compressor and hope it makes it 25 miles away to their shop? Never using them again.

I went to apply as a welder for workhorse, I cannot believe the condition of the shop, it is very filthyscrap everywhere, and the shop supervisor was under the influence of something. I can NOT believe the will not let their customers go in the back to see the shop and how and who does work on these vehicles.... I highly recommend you find a shade tree mechanic install your accessories. they would be more professional!!!!!!!

The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. They brought a box out we purchased that looked like an elephant sat on it. Then she complained when we wouldnt take it, then proceeded to mock me when we had questions about the other box I ended up having to buy that was more due to them supposedly being out of stock. I would recommend going elsewhere way away from there. And also for our inconvenience we got charged more than what I was supposed to and even though its 5 bucks, I guess she needed that money to dye her fake blonde hair some more.

I have banned all my drivers from spending any money at this place.1 Example: Got a simple antenna installed in a bind (highly overpriced) and 5 hours later my truck is given back to me with the antenna chords rolled up in a loose ball around the clutch pedal and direct wired to the battery when I was told it was going to connected to the ignition so it wouldnt run my batteries down. Absolute lazy. Then when the issue was brought up I was told they will talk with their tech about the issue. Wires were crimped from the tech pushing the clutch pedal in to bring my truck around front. Then on the way home the wires break loose from the battery because the correct fittings for the wire werent even used. Again, absolutely lazy.

Very friendly. Good service. Not so great on time estimates. No waiting area, only a single bench to sit on.

We bought a toolbox/gas tank combo for my husbands F250 and the people are friendly and willing to help if needed. The prices are pretty good too.

Matt and the team at Work Horse did an excellent job of building a custom headache rack and installing on my new K-3500.They also installed Ranchhand replacement bumpers on front and back, Westin DEF tank skid plate/protector (which 2017/18 Duramax’s need), ATTA 50 gallon fuel/toolbox combo, Hi-Lift Jack lock and Jack, AMP side mount bed step, tinted my windows and installed Husky under tear seat storage box.All work done well. Much easier to deal with than 2 of the other truck outfitters in area.Location is a 30 minute drive from Midland, but well worth it.

Double check instillation before you leave. I had to return 3 times for my steps & 5th wheel hitch to be right, but they did fix it with no extra charges.
