My company truck was there for warranty work. They were able to get to it the following day and had it ready the day after that. Service was excellent.

It took them too long to finish my truck.It look like there never game the priority I should had. Parts took too long to arrive, and the day I went to pickup the truck the final parts didnt arrive on time.They gave me the truck with a major gas leak on top of the tank, and when I went back there the next day to see if they can fix it right way I was told the technician that worked on my truck was not there.I told them I live at Chicago and maybe will not take too long to get fixed. They refuse to fixed right way and asked me to leave the truck there for Monday. 😡😡😡

I called today needing some bushings for my 2006 RV. The parts department associate was super helpful and nice. Even though they didnt have the parts in stock, they were able to link me to a dealer that did have them in stock, which helped us keep our rv vacation on track! I will be back as a customer for Sewell Ford. Really appreciate the awesome caring customer service!

Even though this location is really close to our home and we pass by it almost daily, its so BIG, we dont know where every department is. We needed parts, so I drove into the lot, and asked an employee where parts department was. He said it would be easier to show us than to tell us and asked if we had room in the car. This young man hopped in the car with us and directed us to the parts department clear on the opposite side of where he was headed. I offered to take him back where we picked him up, but he assured us it was fine and walked back. I was impressed with Alex Garcias excellent service! The young lady named Rosa at the counter was also very friendly and helpful. These are the kind of people that keep a business successful so long.

Today After Five Days Of Having My car retained, I was told my car has not even been looked at. I have taken Uber for a week now and having unnecessary expenses while these people haven’t even looked at it. They gave me an appointment for service on Thursday and nothing happened on Thursday. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went in today for my transmission to get looked at and for a 7500 mile service on my F-150. This was communicated when I made my appointment 6 weeks ago. When I arrived, I was told that I was not on the transmission technician’s calendar (even though it was written in my appointment request) and that they would need to keep my vehicle for 3 days for him to take a look. I asked if I could get a loaner since I’m covered under warranty and was told that they can’t give me a loaner until the technician looks at it. The “resolution” the manager came up with was to do my 7500 mile service and reschedule the transmission appointment 3 weeks from now.Sewell made an error and did not internally schedule my appointment with the transmission technician. A place with good customer service would have gone out of their way to make this error right but instead I have to wait 3 weeks and waste more of my time to bring the vehicle back.

This place was great. Dropped off my work truck an oil change. They did a complete inspection and changed the air filter as well. They also have a cafe at their facility with the best nachos and a mini golf course. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Was told parts that I ordered would be in within 3 business days after ordering at the counter. Never heard from anyone regarding the parts arriving, so I called the day after the parts were to arrive and was told that they were never ordered. Person on the phone said he would order the parts for me and its been almost 2 weeks and havent heard anything from Sewell. I wont be using their parts department ever again.

Very disappointed in their customer service! Spoke with Nicole explained I had a situation where my windows in the front and my sunroof open when my car is locked and parked. I do not have any warranty left on it unfortunately, all she could tell me to do is bring it in and charge me $243.00 to look at it! Clearly a electrical issue that I have no control over. My car only has 41,000 miles on it. I don’t think I’ll be trading in for another Ford.

As a former Sewell motors employee I expected more from this place. I called 4 times about a part and got put on hold and eventually hung up on every time. The first time I called one of the reps did start to help then he put me on hold to call for the availability of the part and never came back and the line went dead. I called back 3 more times after that and never got back to the same person and got hung up on everytime. Poor, very very poor.
