Paper work should have been ready to sign when finishing a deal. Proof of income established when showing check stubs and not later on after down payment was given. I have bought vehicle before and never had this much trouble.

I’ll never ever come here again. The car salesman I had was incredibly sexist, suggested I shouldn’t drink Starbucks everyday then I could afford higher payments (I don’t drink Starbucks). Then went on with saying I should put more hours in at work- he doesn’t know this but I’m already working 45+ hrs a week along with being a full time student. Then assumed I didn’t know anything about vehicles and tried saying my current vehicle has an oil leak because I keep oil in my vehicle incase of emergencies. I also was left to wait in a chair for 30 minutes while he went and helped other people. When I asked to test drive the first vehicle, he insisted he drive first then would let me drive, never in my car searching process has a car salesman ever drove in a test drive that’s not what a test drive is for.

I started off my experience with another Toyota dealership out of Dallas. Upon receiving my wife’s new highlander I noticed a few areas that were scratched. That dealership put me in contact with Odessa Lithia Toyota. My point of contact there was the Assistant GM Dwayne. Dwayne was extremely professional and was willing to hear my concerns out. Probable the thing I liked the most, was he set a very clear expectation of what he could deliver and what I could expect with out sugar coating it. I had an amazing experience when I first got my truck 2 years ago.. But that wasnt the case this time.. To be honest its the worst experience Ive had and it ate me up inside because there was nothing I could do regarding the situation.. 2 weeks ago I received a call by a sales representative named Kendall.. He told my wife and I that our warranty was about to expire and that he could get us into a brand new truck.. No hassle.. No down payment.. No credit check.. Just go in trade the one I have and leave with the new one.. I asked him numerous times through phone if he was sure about the offer because it was going to be a long trip for us. and he said dont worry all I want is to put you in a new truck .. I was excited and headed back to Odessa, Texas.. He made me drive from Augusta, GA.. A total of 1280 miles.. He buttered me up and showed me the truck.. Making me think it was mine already.. Even told me to transfer my daughters car seats to the new truck.. As we were doing paper work something seemed off.. He was doing a whole new credit check report.. Something we had spoken about prior to me going.. I told him I got sick and my credit went down the drain not only that I had barely caught up on my truck payments.. To which he had said wasnt a problem.. He later comes and tells me that Im not approved.. Ive never felt so humiliated and played with.. I even tried to get ahold of the general manager.. Left numerous messages with a call back number and havent heard from him since.. If you ask me do I recommend toyota of Odessa I wouldve said yes when Lee McCord was working there.. He made you feel welcome.. But now my answer would be no.. Youre just a number to them.

Know your vehicles trade in value. Know your credit score. No hard card inquiries until you have every thing in writing. Dont let them run a credit check until you have made a deal on every thing, and dont give out your social security number until you do. Look at the Car Fax report on the vehicle you want. Be diligent. Look and compare prices. They do have some very nice sales people, but that being said... they are trying to make a sale and might leave out some info if you dont know better.

Héctor gave me the info i needed and made for a great purchasing experience.

Salesman was very personable, but sold me a car without a cleared title. I think thats probably illegal. Plates were supposed to come in- when I checked, they told me about the lien. They told me to go to the dealership to get new temp. plates. I drove all the way to Odessa to get the temps and had a hard time finding anyone to help me. The girl who helped me in licensing was very snotty and when I said something about selling a car without a clear title said something like, We have policies to cover that. Makes me think it happens relatively frequently. They sold me the car on March 29 and I still dont have plates or title. This is July 11. I would say to beware. Make sure to check for clear title (have them show you) and if they say they will detail the car---Check it before you take it off the lot. I found everything under the hood was dirty, the floor under the mats had not been cleaned, in fact something had been spilled there, and there was paint or something on the seats that was not apparent when I took it for a test drive. In other words, they were not very honest with me, in spite of the nice treatment during the sale process.

Do not purchase a vehicle here! You will be lied to! Plain and simple. I was told I was purchasing LIFE TIME oil changes and that as long as I was over 30 miles away from Lithia in Odessa, any Toyota would honor the life time oil changes. This is not true. This is a bold face lie! Im not over 500 miles away from Lithia in Odessa and theyre expecting me to drive back for oil changes. Oil changes that are needed every 5,000 mikes. So, you want me to put 1,000 extra miles on my vehicle, upwards of 4 times a year, to get an oil change. Im sure they will eventually try to sell me a new vehicle once mine gets too high in miles from driving back and forth so other. Do yourself a favor and find a local dealer to support. Lithia is too big for the britches to make HONEST deals. Highly dissatisfied!!!!

Worst Service advisors on west texas they give you the run around on any issues on your vehicle even under warranty and on recalls their worse, Stay away from Eric Copley service advisor your better off googling your issues than asking this clown, I made the mistake of buying a New 50k plus Toyota Tundra from them never again ill drive to lubbock or el paso for my next purchase and all services!!! Theres plenty of options around the area to buy toyotas from!!! Buy at your own risk from this place!!!

My experience was very bad, i took my 2008 Lexus 350 ES for a diagnosis and repair and all i know about this location was; They’re “reap off “people and they don’t even know what they’re doing and all they cares about was money not the service and they told me that they’ve found it problem and they charged me for $1293 almost 1300$ dollars and the car is still doing the same thing and I took it back and they charge another amount $398 almost 400$ dollars the car got worse to the matter of fact i can’t even drive that car anymore, I have learned my lesson and i can’t even recommend them for anyone....please my people don’t take your car to Toyota of Odessa for a service, please make sure you take your car to private mechanic shop . Its rare that you would come across a car lot that doesnt have a shortcoming or two. As far as my experience goes, this is not one of those car lots. At least where the sales department is concerned. The staff here is wonderfully cheerful and ready to help the instant you pull up on the lot. Even when faced with less than desirable credit, the sales staff will do anything within their power to ensure you a great deal. And while some aspects of car sales are not always Within the hands of the salesman or saleswoman (Because, you know.... banks) they will spend any amount of time necessary to get you the best of what they possibly can. Also, if you have a lot of kids as I do, they are absolutely wonderful and how they interact with them making you feel welcome and at ease during the entire process. I highly recommend getting a vehicle through this establishment.

Have had my Tundra at this dealer for service a couple times. Folks here are friendly and helpful. This visit Id been up for a while and wanted to rest while waited in line in my truck. The only request from dealership was that I lay back in passenger seat so porters could just jump in and move my vehicle. This meant a lot to me. Even with 10-15 vehicles in line, I was on my way in 2hrs or so, which I was really impressed by. Keep up the great service.

Fantasyland pricing. Why bother stopping by when they think their vehicles come with bars of gold installed and wont negotiate in any reasonable manner. Dont waste your time with them.

Being new to the Permian basin and at first impressions feeling customer service is not a priority in this area, I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle locally but I’m very glad this dealer was where we ended up. We were given the attention, information, and time needed to find exactly what we needed. We will be a referring and returning customer.

I went to Lithia Toyota on Saturday met with their very nice salesman gave them an offer of 25000 out the door in a vehicle got in touch with them today which is Monday they invited me in when I got there he went back talk to the sales manager he said we have a deal at $25,000 out the door on this hail damaged vehicle I gave them a $7,000 down payment and didnt bother looking closely at the paperwork and the finance office I just signed everything I was in a hurry and was anxious to get my new vehicle so I left after purchasing it got back to the house started glancing through the paperwork and realized that they financed the $25,000 and tact the $7,000 on top of that for a total around $32,000 as opposed to the $25,000 that we agreed on they were stealing the $7,000 from me and that is a hundred percent on the sales manager the salesman had nothing to do with it they were very professional and very good the sales manager is a crook and should be in jail what he did is theft I managed to get my check back and it may be a very good place to do business but not as long as I have somebody in management that is so crooked and Criminal

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. First of all I had two associates who were very generous and polite towards me and my husband as we waited for our sales person.I came in on Saturday April the 25th and although it was busy the selection of vehicles was nice. My salesperson introduced himself by joking and saying well youre not Mexicans what do you need a large SUV for? not only in the two months that Ive been in the Midland Odessa area have I noticed that the Hispanic culture is not small, but although I am of lighter complexion my maiden name is Sanchez. I also have two children already and are trying for have more, what I decide I need a large SUV for has nothing to do with my ethnicity. However, excited about the sticker price on the vehicle we decided to go further with the salesman and brush it behind us. When we finally test drove the vehicle that we have liked we went into his office where he proceeded to tell me and my husband that we knew nothing about buying vehicles and neither of us have any idea about how the car business worked and that what my husband was wanting was completely outrageous and unreasonable. They were asking 54 for a vehicle and my husbands offer was 51.... Now the salesman had many plaques and awards for being a good salesman or for being with the company whichever however I dont see how customer service is provided accurately while making racial jokes at families who are in he market to buy a vehicle from your company. I called the following Monday beings as they were closing soon and they were closed on Sunday, twice. The first time I called I asked for a floor manager whos making that day was David O. I left him a detailed message of how upset I was about my experience and he did not reply. I called a second time and let them know let the representative know on the phone who answered the situation and she transferred me to a Robbie R. who was supposed to be able to speak with me on such matters. Neither employee called me back and I just think that the world should know that if you go to Toyota of Odessa be wary that you may have racial slurs and jokes thrown in your face and although you may have gotten many vehicles before the date you went to go buy a new one you know absolutely nothing and no one at the company will say anything to amend what has been done.

I bought a 2020 Toyota 4runner SR5 Premium from Beyers at Toyota of Odessa and the experience was fantastic. We talked all week on the phone as i work out of town and wasnt able to come in right away. He had me send everything i could document wise so that when i came in the process of getting the car was fast and easy. He took me through the vehicle and showed me all the features and was very thorough with everything and made sure i had no questions. They have a great team here. Great place to buy a car. They dont give you the car dealer tricks.... they always shoot straight with you on what they are able to sell a car for. I have not had good experiences on the service side but luckily you can buy from them and use the midland service side or Lithia dealerships in midland.

Very nice 👍😊. Always busy but worth the wait for an oil change and tire rotation.

Was told it would take 3 hrs for an oil change and its been 5 hrs and my vehicle is barely getting put in the bay for an oil change!!! Ridiculous!! I have had my oil changed in San Antonio and it was fast and courteous service!! I could have driven to San Antonio faster than it took them to change my oil and rotate my tires!! Its a joke in here. Apparently their check doesnt depend on reviews!!!
