Never saw Owner never shows up or hes always busy.. Bought new wheels and wheels are defective and will not warranty them.. took truck to get wheels balanced and will never got balanced they tried to blame me that I hit a ditch.. wheels have no physical damage on the outside or tires but are defective.. there answer was I need new rims and tires cause wheels are no Good... I do not recommend exotic suspension at all

I visited Exotic Customs for a lift kit for my f150, they had the kit that was recommended for my truck, I picked up the kit and I was off to work( so i thought) I was to get the kit installed on my off time/downtime, the truck is in immaculate shape, I open the box and the bolts are wrong, I called the shop and he had me come back over (which I didn’t mind) and I showed him, he gave me his word he’d rectify the mishaps, Well that took place months ago, work got busy as I did, this establishment is high speed, normally most of the youth don’t know what it means to keep ones word, I was blown away at the fact that the Shop kept its Word with me, I’ll continue to patronize this shop, although I live over 1k miles away, I went in to ask about the bolts and he had them waiting for me,, the bolts were awaiting my arrival, it really means and says a lot when you keep your word because at the end of the day, it’s all we truly have, this shop called Exotic Customs has some Serious Integrity and don’t lack what most shops lack, keeping ones word is a very integral part of professionalism Awesome Shop Hands Down.

Payed them to install a leveling kit on my truck and they did so, would have been nice if they would have told me prior to doing so that it was pointless due to my truck being a 2wd 1500 it didnt make my truck sit level at all. Bad business in my opinion. I understand you want to make the sell but honestly if they would have told me this ahead of time they probably would have been installing a suspension lift on my truck instead of a leveling kit. Which I am sure they would have made more money on considering the lift kit would be $1400 and the leveling kit was $240. Oh but at least they were so kind as to offer me the lift kit after which I already gave them $240 dollars to nothing!!!

Simple discussion of wrong parts being ordered and installed escalated to me being cussed at and threatened of physical assault all from the owner Joel. Buyer Beware! First and last time I will do business here. If you do choose to do business here, have them give you a written copy of the order/invoice before any payment or work is done because Joel does not know how to resolve issues or mistakes in a calm and business like manner.

Ive heard nothing but good things about this shop by people in the area. My car was in a wreck and I knew right away that I would take my car to get taken care of at Exotic Suspension. The owner himself, Joel, helped me through the whole process and also with dealing with the insurance. He didnt even budge or say anything when Id call him out of nowhere because I needed something else done to the car. Not only does he explain to you everything thats being done, why its being done, but he also lets you know what products and everything they use. Very trustworthy and if I ever need more work done to my Challenger, this is the shop I will go to. Thanks for your help bud!

Have to agree with Juan. My car was taken there by a trucking company to fix my car after a fire extinguisher came off one of their trucks and caused me to wreck. They went all out and repainted the car and pretty much made it brand new again. The problem was the settlement was for over 13,000$ worth of work, and it was no better than a 3,000$ job. They changed the color from grey to white, but didnt do the door jambs, so you still see grey when the doors are open. The headlights were installed incorrect and dont line up with the bumper. The hood wasnt lined up correct. The grill was left primer black, for whatever reason, because I did not request that. The front bumper wasnt lined up.The worst part was ordering wheels. The day after I put in my order for the wheels I had called back and said I had ordered the wrong ones, because I had a 4 lug pattern and had ordered 5 lug wheels. Joel insisted that he ordered the correct ones. Two months later he tells me the wheels are on back order and to choose some new ones, so I did. The week after, the trucking company called me to go sign the settlement papers, and so I went by to see my car. When I get there, he is still telling me that the wheels are on back order. When I looked on his display rack with all the other wheels, right in the center of the rack is the 5 lug wheels I had originally ordered!!! He said they were on back order for a few months too!! So those wheels went from a few months back order to his shop in one week, I knew then he was shady. Cant trust a man after he lies to you right in your face.So I get to take my car home that day, and pick up the wheels when they come in. When I got my car, the windows were left down, so it was all dirty inside. They took out my spare from the back and my sub box caved in the trunk cover so that was ruined, the particle board that goes over the entire trunk area.The second worst part was driving home. I live in Lubbock and have been dealing with these two companies for two months by this time. The brakes were not functional. The front driver side caliper was cracked. So we pulled into that Loves truck stop up the road. Checked it out, I could drive and use the handbrake, just to get me home, since it was all highway. The car pulled to the left like crazy. Joel told me that nothing was wrong mechanical and that he put the spare on and it drove straight. That was another lie. The CV axle was also damaged in the wreck. So the CV axle, brake caliper, and alignment, all mechanical things and he said it was good mechanically when it was really dangerous to drive.The last worst part about this whole ordeal was finally getting the correct wheels after three months since the accident. One rim was scratched while mounting the tires, and one tire was actually put on backwards! They are directional tires, so I had three for the left side and one for the right. I had to take the wheel to Discount Tire and have them flip the tire around.Im sure they do good work. The color looked really good. But the body work, and lack of mechanical skills and attention to detail make me have to not recommend this company. It seems like they really rushed my car so they could get paid by the trucking company. Im sure if I had went in on my own and laid down the money it would be different, but that doesnt mean cause it was free for me they had to do a crap job. Ive been driving for a month and already chips in the paint, and the black grill paint is wearing off. Now Im in a rush to sell the car since I have the new wheels before the paint starts fading or cracking in the summer. Since I signed a waiver with the trucking company, they wont do anything about it. Since the trucking company paid Joel out and I didnt, he wont do anything for me, especially fix the problems for free. I got screwed by both.I agree with Juan, avoid this place. I have had better paint jobs and bodywork at Maaco for a fraction of the cost.
