Dear man behind the counter that answered my phone call this morning, there is such a thing as Rotella T5 15W-40. Thanks for making me feel this small. Maybe have a little more respect towards women and take their word when they ask for something instead of “I’ve never heard of T5. I’ve heard of T4 and T6, but not T5.” You don’t think there’d be a T-something between 4&6?? Women get no respect at these types of businesses full of men. I found the exact oil I had called about at Advanced Auto Parts and it was even on sale. I call that ”Karma”.

Purchased semi batteries for $398.00 claimed to be rated at 1000amps. But when i picked them up they seem to be rather light. Time will tell and I will have them tested to see if in fact they ate 1000 amps...

Best place in the Permian Basin to get all your supplies. Don’t let the lines scare you, these guys have the best prices in town. Gary does a heck of a job on the phones. And all the guys like Ralf, Johnny, Nash, Mike, JD, Josh, and even the ladies in the office are more than helpful. I don’t know what the Permian Basin would do without this place. No doubt its one of the most successful business here in the basin.

B-Line has the unfortunate curse of being well stocked and having a rather comprehensive inventory. So the line is usually either to the front door or down an isle and wrapped around to the front door. They could have a serious revision to their customer sales area and improve flow thru but its a lot like walking into a Costco and finding out they only have 1 register open and taxes just came back city wide.

Great place to get an oil change.My experience wasn’t all that nice come to think of it. 1st time there. The mechanic drove my truck out the shop with his grease up gloves while I was paying the bill. Steering wheel, gear stick and door.2 trip. Drove in with no leaks on my engine. Drove out with a high pressure fuel rail leak. Mechanic say he didn’t touch it.Once bitten. Twice bitten with a $500 bill. There will never be a third. I may have to replace the engine.

Great service only one small suggestion about why dont you get people to load up in the back and the counter guys stay up front. It would help your customers get out faster and no long lines.thank you

Today i was there I bring all my oil before I do so I called them up and I told them I have $12g oil i need to be changed in my truck they told me they will charge me for $35 serviceAfter they dump the oil in my truckI asked for my custThey told me $427I was chaSo if you bring your own oil the will charge you the same is no different

Your gonna wait awhile in line but its all worth it. Especially if you talk to Gary, that guy knows his stuff in and out. He can tell you what you need even if you dont know.

They have great products and usually have what you need but that front desk line is almost wrapped around the whole inside of the store and can take you up to an hour or longer to get to the front.

Always a long customer waiting line at the B Line. Lol, But have to say the long line is due to the prices of the inventory B Line has to offer. The friendly knowledgeable staff work great to take care of the customers needs efficiently.

I called them when I was broke down on the side of the road and even though they had a line almost out of the door they still took the time to have the filter I needed sitting on the counter. I could have waited an hour to check out but I grabbed the filter and went to the tool checkout line and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Better get here early if you dont like waiting in a long line. Theyre also shorthanded.
