This place is supposed to be contractor friendly and have wholesale pricing for contractors. They will steal your clients from you and sell out from under you. Heidi, who I have complained about many times, will lie, cheat and steal from you. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!

I personally must say for a true wholesale center for floors and flooring tools, this place is by far is the nicest looking store and has the best. selection any store in SD by far Andrew the Store manager helped us through an entire remodel Of our kitchen an floors through the downstairs..He honestly is amazing we never thought we would put Luxury vinyl plank in our home until he explained the real meaning of what it truly is and about the real difference between the thickness In mm and the wear layer mil Also how people market the material to look like a deal but it’s all in the wording and what’s eeally in the box you are buying. He also was the only one to know about IIC and STC ratings for my CC&R”s at my condo. He truley made a huge smile on my and my husbands face. From install knowledge to knowing everything about what our needs were he was great.I would and will always recommend Andrew at Rayo In Chula Vista if you need knowledge or the best prices in flooring and or floor tools I’m telling call him you will be shocked. Great friendly customer service and awesome product.

Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. They sent to the warehouse to retrieve order, I ordered extra to be safe because they told me I could return it with a receipt. I brought back the left over unopened boxes with the receipt and they refused to take it because it was over 30 days. They failed to mention that critical piece of information and I failed to read the fine print. With so many choices out there and par prices, Rayo is the wrong place to buy. I highly recommend not wasting your time.

Excellent customer service

I have worked with a lot of contractors and vendors over the years, as I own several rental properties. Rayo and their staff are great. Patrick, Kathy and Heidi are extremely helpful and have always gone out of there way to give me the best price for my needs. They also gave me a great referral for a flooring guy that I am happy with and have used for a few years now. You have a great team. Thanks Rayo, keep up the good work.

Dropedp by at 11:55 today to look at some flooring. Was stopped before I got to the door and told they closed at 12. Go ahead and look at the website it says 12:30. I wont come back here...

Excellent! Acacia wood floors look magnificent, and carpet is divine. Price of materials beat EVERYONE we shopped including many others who claimed to have the lowest prices. This place is wholesale and has the best of every kind of flooring but you must have a contractors licence or be working with a designer or contractor to get these amazing discounts. They are factory direct. (They are not open to general public)

Horrible I cant believe these guys loads my carpet damages my truck wont fix my truck because small print on there invoice be careful they are a joke letting employees with no fork lift license load trucks shame on u Rayo carpets going somewhere else. Because u guys cant man up when your at fault .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was told by them that they didnt receive the carpet or laminate that we ordered a day before my installer was scheduled to start and we had put our order in 2 weeks ahead of that. Also it was only coming from LA to north San Diego county. One thing that I thought was weird too was that the carpet and laminate were not from the same vendors so I am pretty sure they did not place their order for us in time. Having history working in purchasing I asked them to send me a copy of their order confirmation letter; they refused saying it was their business. When I told them we dont feel that we are getting the service we payed for Patrick and Kathy both werent willing to work with me. They wont even accept the fault for their own mistakes and now my 2 year old, my pregnant wife, and myself will have to find another place to stay for a week instead of moving into our new house! OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES!!!!
