Not really sure what happened to this company once it was taken over by a bigger company. Quality has been reduced and fit is very unpredictable now. The designs are not as appealing almost GAPish or Abercrombie influenced? What happened to great surf wear with that distinguished touch? After 7 years of loyalty I find myself looking elsewhere for my gear. Reminds me of Mossimo way back. So sad. Reduced quality for higher profits?

I bought over $300 of merchandise from them. I really like the way they fit but the quality is sub-par. One of the Jeans I bought, 3 out of the four buttons fell off with just a few wearings. When I contacted them they said I needed to provide them with all of the necessary proof of purchase and pictures showing the issues with the pants. But it turns out their customer service is probably one of the poorest experiences I have ever had. With tons of follow up I am not getting any reply. You would expect a clothing brand to be taking care of their customers with great respect, but they fall so short of doing so. I gave them 2 stars because I really like the look and feel of the clothes but If they cant correct their obvious flaws I will never do business with them again.

Ive supported Brixton from the beginning at Local skate shops best quality. First time I used their online services. At first I had a problem. Yet Brixton did everything to correct that and went way above and beyond my expectations. Times are tough and we are very inpatient society. Give them a break on wait times etc. Support Brixton and support Skateboarding . If you have a chance stop by the Encinitas shop it rules. Ill continue to support Brixton and look forward to the next releases.

I’ve emailed and called over a dozen times trying to get my order sorted out. I’ve left messages with Mark Smith multiple times and no one has contacted me back. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After working in the custom service industry for 20+ years this will be the first business I’ve ever called the BBB about.

Worst customer service. I ordered a couple of t-shirts early in the month, and they still have not shipped the products. Can’t reach ANY customer support via phone. They are ignoring my emails. I cannot find anyone to help me with this order or refund. What a scam...

Worst customer service ever, orderd a month ago and got an incomplete order of items shipped to me when I finally did get my package. the shipping receipt stated I got everything but there was missing items. still no refund Still no call back even though I explicitly said to call me because they take days between email correspondence. and I believe every time I got an email reply it was a different person so I had to explain myself all over again. I will be discontinuing my support and spend my money elsewhere

Extremely incompetent. Kriss is RUDE AF! The way they handle business is completely unacceptable for any business. If you love this brand order it from a trusted retailer. If you order from the website expect delayed shipping if you order the wrong size expect your refund to be super delayed. Ive been a huge supporter of this company throughout the years and they just lost a super fan. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIER WEBSITE

Terrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. Placed an order. They did not even have the courtesy to let me know none of my items were in stock more than a week later. Then when I called them, they said there was an error and the items were in stock. Then never heard from them again. This place is so disorganized.

I placed an order earlier this morning which has not yet shipped, but when i called they cannot cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous as it still has not shipped. I understand there is a procedure but this should be simple since again the order has not shipped! The CS rep Maddie was useless. I asked to speak to a Manager who she said was Cindy but didnt even bother to contact me directly! I will never order from this company again. They dont seem to care for their customers at all.

Placed an order on Cyber Monday. Something went wrong when I entered the discount code. Whether it was my internet or their website, in the end it didn’t go through. I did not notice until I completed the order. I emailed right away and asked if they could add it retroactively. They said they couldn’t and the only option was for me to return it when it ships. I asked them to just cancel it and they could not do that either. As someone who has worked in customer service for 7 years with multiple fortune 100 companies, this is not how you do it guys.

Ordered 4 shirts and a sweater however the items were returned because their sizing is horrible ( way too small). It has been about a month now and I have not received my refund. I received a a couple of emails of them saying that my items are ready for shipping? I don’t see why and how if I didn’t ask for a larger or smaller size, I asked for a refund . It has now ben about 1 week since I last heard from them.

Ive been to the secret brixton sale and got all my fix of shirts tees and hats that are normally expensive af. Thats really the only interacting I have had here. Its a huge building with a parking lot. Dont park in the lanes along the side of the building. The other businesses will get pissed.
