Not impressed. Stuff I would normally throw away, I see for sale on their shelves and for way more $$$ than I would expect to pay. Not for me.....

THEY ALLOW RESELLERS TO SIT RIGHT OUTSIDE THE PROCESSING AREA FOR HOURS. DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME YOU SHOW UP YOULL ALWAYS SEE THE SAME PEOPLE STANDING THERE AND THE SECOND THEY BRING OUT A CART THEY JUMP ON THEM AND GRAB EVERYTHING AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING. ALSO IVE SEEN THE MANAGER (JIM) HAND OVER VIDEO GAMES AND VIDEO GAME CONSOLES RIGHT ON THE HANDS OF SOME OF THESE PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY SHOWING PREFERENCE TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS AND THATS NOT FAIR TO THE REST OF US. THEY WILL EVEN HOLD GAMES UPFRONT FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE THAT PROBABLY KNOW THE MANAGER PERSONALLY. THIS PLACE USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO FIND MOVIES AND GAMES AND NOW NOTHING GOOD EVER MAKES IT TO THE FLOOR WHICH RAISES SUSPICION OF PREFERENCE IN THE STORE AND THE RUMORS THAT EMPLOYEES ARE TAKING ALL THE GOOD STUFF HOME.also be aware because they dont check any electronics at all or anything that needs to be tested before they put it on the floor and if you buy it broken than TOUGH LUCK because you will not get a refund or store credit at all. so basically theyre knowingly selling broken untested electronics.

Very large thrift store, so there are good chances of finding great finds. However, there prices are kinda all over the place. Their prices are standard for each clothing item, so all the shirts are $5, shoes are $10, etc. This makes for some good deals and some bad bc some items just are so overpriced.

I wouldnt go again. Not much in housewares . Smelled like body oder in the place. Disappointed

I come to Ocala 2-3 times a year for fun. Goodwill is always my 1st choice to browse around. The store is clean. Cashiers friendly. Disappointed however that there is so little furniture .But all in all I love this store as I do the Oldsmar Fl store.

I just find it hard to imagine the prices you are charging for things that were given to you for free!! I mean $2 for a coffee cup is steep. Also I found bathroom rugs you were charging more than the bath store for the same item..that was brand-new...sheesh.. also ended up catching Covid in your store..

This store is less appealing that it was 2 years ago. The Superstore is a mix of donated goods and cheap new goods and prices have gone up on everything. The only fun Goodwill store in the area (Outlet, also called the Bins) has closed for good due to Covid. Luckily there are other thrift stores in the area, so this one will be a once-a-year or less stop. Too bad, we used to like it a lot.

They have really neat stuff in there some brand new thing some gently used things whenever I head this way I always stop at this Goodwill:-)

The place is big has lots of things for decent price but you definitely got to hunt its really un organized and messy. They do not do any type of refunds on electronics or anything not saying I want money back but at least store credit one the employee said because they have a new Manager. I understand they have a station to test it but this certain item didnt have the plug to even test it out. Its like a gamble either you get something that works or you get trash. Oh also to mention the employee said when you used your credit card they only Except credit Not debit not sure if it was just her machine.

Sometimes you can find a good deal and sometimes you cant, good place to check out though.

Good place to browse but only if you are interested in reused clotting and household items - some new products are available

Always a great store. I love the vintage clothes, usually the only vintage clothes at other stores are for older women, not teens. Lots of cool household items and a very wide variety of clothing. Also, the music is always 10/10.

Awful experience got ran over by a child, I ended up going to check out I told the employees and they just laughed. Told the manager and she went to handle it. I should have not been laughed at and because of that I will never be returning. Teach your employees how to deal with customers.

Decent things for a decent price if you search. Love going here for odd finds by myself or with the family. Always worth running through even if you only find an item or two. Decent pleasant workers. Will go back

This place is ridiculous! they get used items donated and they jack up the prices. on top of that you no longer find anything thats branded like jordan or nike sneakers or video games. i was told by an employee that all that good stuff is sent to be sold on shopgoodwill because they make more money that way. so goodwill is about money its not about charity. if yo9ure going to donate i suggest donating to local thrifts stores and that way the money stays in town and not sent out of town to a C.E.O. that makes 2.5 million a year, donate to true charity thrift stores like humane for society, brothers keeper and veterens, at least those are good causes and they keep the money in marion county.

Best Good will store for DVD and clothes

This is a huge goodwill! Lots to look at. I found some name brand clothing for a good price. They also have brand new merchandise for sale. Some of it is a good deal and some of it isnt.

This is the Super Walmart of thrift stores. Such a huge place. I was in and out in an hour, bought some movies which were 2.18 each plus tax. Found 5 DVDs I wanted. Wife and Mother-in-law spent another 2 hours looking and trying on clothes. Truly an amazing store to see. Prices seemed pretty good just a little more than the Humane Society and the Salvation Army Thrift store. All in all, it is organized, clean, air conditioned, and way too easy to spend all day here. While the movies cost more money they had over 1,000 choices or more.

Nice, big store with a great selection of products. The parking lot is a little small and can get pretty hectic at peak times but once you get inside, it is well-lit with plenty of room and helpful employees.After holidays, they often discount their holiday-specific items another 75%, so plan ahead if you want to stock up. The lines are usually pretty manageable and the employees are courteous, so this is a place definitely worth stopping in to visit if youre looking for a deal.

Very expensive for donated items and supposed to be a place for low income families to get reasonable prices for basic essentials

I love this goodwill. I come often. The people are friendly but this is uncalled for the bathrooms were dirty I had to ask the lady in the next stall for towel paper and this is what I see when I walked out

Goodwill is not as good as it used to be although you do find bargains for donated products to the store they charge way too much there are a lot of resellers that go in there and theres been signs of favoritism towards them and against them it all depends on who you are

I love this store. But today a customer snatched an item from my hands and walked away. I let the cashier know and I left after my purchase. Cashier says this happen alot.

Beware of the prices at check out . The cashier at the checkout scanned the ticket the amount was higher than the price listed on the item . This has happened to me each time I have stopped here (twice) and cashier said oh prices have went up since the ticket was printed. I said keep it!!

The store has a lot of bargains which are very affordable. They have a vast collection of books, music CD, toys,DVDs and garden things...clothes, handbags etc. Its worth a trip..but wear a mask...they wont let you enter if you dont have one on....

Management was unprofessional and rude and didnt honor the seal that they had advertised up on a sign in their store. Then they announced over the PA system that older shoes Were on sale for 498 and still refused to honor the pair of shoes I had for that price and said they werent included. Customer service is obviously no value to the team members at the store.

Great place to donate used or new clothes.

Easy access with lots of parking. This is a clean, organized and well staffed thrift store. I buy a lot of nice clothes here. They offer sanitizer wipes by the carts at front of store. Since Covid-19 panidemic they have placed arrow stickers on the floors for the purpose directing traffic flow through the aisles and check out.

This retailer is more like a dollar store very few good deals my wife and I looked hard and found three items that were worth the asking price

Well, I was heading to movies. Popped in for my first visit and put movie off for another day. I enjoyed this visit and will return. Pleasant, polite staff. Many items I found for all areas of home. Great clothes. Some items brought me back to happy memories.New items as well including beauty items, cleaning products, etc.. Furniture area. Great music while shoppers also chatted with neighbors. I felt a community vibe. Very nice experience.

It’s more of a super store than a goodwill...

I like their selection, the staff members are always friendly, and the store is clean. I stop by often and can always find a good deal on some kind of project I can paint, or a book, or some other item. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because of the prices on a lot of items...way too high! Today they had an old contraption for washing clothes. The tag said it was an antique, which it wasnt, and the price was way over $100.

Overpriced on alot of things. A coffee cup was 5$ USEDCOFFEE CUP. BUT IT HAD A CHARACTER ON IT SOOOO also nit very friendly at all they hate beinv there ur like walking on egg shells. People who buy items to re-sell sit in furniture in the back and wait for items to be brought out and then they take everything. The goodwill employees allow these same people who come everyday to sit in chairs in the back and wait for things to be brought out. No one else has a chance to buy anything . 😕 it’s depressing really

This store is nice and well designed. It always looks neat and clean.The only drawback is the fact that their prices are higher than other thrift stores. However, it is still better than paying retail and it is worth the visit. They sell mostly used, but also carry new merchandise.

Went to drop off items because we thought you were doing drops with no close contact due to the CoronoVirus. Girl came out with no mask and got in our face unloading our car brushing up against us. We are seniors and this IS VERY UPSETTING!

Fairly well stocked, employees were cordial and helpful, everyone was following covid precautions, etc.

Crowded. Lines are extremely slow for the traffic line they have. Cashiers check you out at super slow pace as well.

This Goodwill is really cool. There is a mixture of new and gently used items available. Be careful when shopping during red and orange 50% off weeks because the colors look almost the same. Just pay attention to the O or R on the tag to keep from getting them mixed up. My boyfriend was able to get a decent pair of dress shoes for work for $4 because they were 50% off. We spayed them down with Lysol just to be safe. The staff there is very friendly!

Big store. Lots to wade through. Prices are high for second hand clothing. It is very very difficult to find the color of the day for the discount. I dont think I ever have, Im sure someone has.Housewares, linens.... Books, DVDs, furniture, etc.Its always crowded and customers seem irritable and carts are demolition toys to many!!I wont be donating to Goodwill cause of their corporate greed. It is no longer a charity but a solid for profit business. If they are going to be a for profit entity then drop the facade.

I LOVE this Goodwill.While the prices ARE occasionally extravagant on certain items, I find that this Goodwill is generally comparable or even competitive with the prices at other area thrift stores. Additionally, I appreciate something else about this store... In my experience, patrons are treated relatively WELL.I found at this Goodwill, a gorgeous king-sized Pottery Barn pickstitched quilt, that probably retailed for $250+ when brand new. It was fairly priced at $30, but when I got to the register, the cashier noticed a bit of melted candle wax on the quilt and promptly called a manager over. The manager apologized and took $10 off the price, and I hadnt even noticed the wax or voiced a complaint!Thats GOOD service, and I am quite willing to pay a few cents or a few DOLLARS more in exchange for it, so I come here often to treasure hunt.Kindness and morality are in short supply these days... Even in charity stores... Even in the Christian charity stores. But this is absolutely one of the better ones, and deserves to be noticed.

This store is really hit or miss. I have had an experience with a rude cashier which was unpleasant but I still came back. Sometimes I go and they don’t bring up the half price on the tag when it’s supposed to be rung up. Kinda dumb that you would have to remind the worker to do that if it’s literally on the tag.
