Sounds simple but I needed some thread to match a little shirt I was making my grandson. I wanted it to match the material (I did have some with me) and could not decide. Well an employee came to my rescue. I was unsure about the color but bought it and low and behold...it was the perfect match! Love all the employees I have encountered over the years at my local store!

Always I have liked Joanns, prices for sewing has escalated but the quality is always good. Very clean, neat arrangement of their products. Great customer service.

Thats a whole different beast. I use apps but not always have a tower to open in the store. My only problem is I cant get out of there without spending $200.00 min. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! I had just walked out of hobby lobby due to apathetic and incompetent customer service so I wasnt expecting much. I was very pleasently surprised. Helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous floor staff made my shopping in unfamiliar territory a good experience.

I stopped in to price check an item, and eventually returned to purchase. Ashley and Tanya at checkout were extremely pleasant and super helpful. While it may seem a small gesture, they managed to pull up a coupon for me since I had no cell service at that location, which ended up having me even more! Your staff is great, please do something worthwhile to keep these kind of people!

A lot of products from China. We were able to find and purchase products made in USA and Vietnam. We had a 20% off coupon.

Very good inventory but the lady I asked for help was not interested in offering any. Didnt seem to know much about the products or location of anything.

I always enjoy a visit to my local Joann Fabrics, whether its to hit a sale or wander the new arrivals, the store gets my creative juices going. Being a re-enactor, I often use the products in a different way than intended. Ive bought curtain weights to put in the bottom of handmade pattern weights instead of sand or kitty litter. Some of the fabrics and trims I need are not carried in the store, but available through their online shop.

Wonderful craft store, found a book Ive been searching for everywhere! Everything completely stocked and organized, just couldnt find the restroom.

I am very disappointed with this store. I decided to buy a sewing machine a Singer 4452 on June 25. I was told that it was out stock. They looked it up to make sure they had it in their ware house. I was told their was one and that it would take 4-8 weeks to get to the store. I was aslo told to come back the next day to purchase it since it would go on sale. I decided to go back the next day to get a good deal on it. I made the purchase, after checking that the ware house still had it. After 4 weeks, I call and ask about my machine. I was told it was not in yet and I should wait to be called. Since covid they have been out of stock and I understand that. I call again after six weeks and was told the samething. Finally, after eight weeks, no one from JOANN STORE IN OCALA on 27th Ave called. So I decided to call the again. I was told by Daniel the store retail mannager, who was very nice, that the machine I was sold is discontinued and that I was not going to get the machine they advertised on line and in their store 8 weeks ago. She called other stores to try to get something similar but she had no luck. She aslo said that in their notes that mechine has been discontinued since May. Yes May!! Either, I was lied too so she could make the sale or the lady whos sold me this mechine was very poorly trained. Time is very valuble to me, its worth alot more than $200 I spend and I hope to get back. I feel angry, disapoited, for the incopetent, false advertasing and poorly trained staff. Shame on you JOANN store for not taking my time seriously. Know I have to let go afew projects. Please do not buy a sewing machines that are out tock.

They didnt have the one thing we went there for: a $15 bottle of adhesive remover for fabric. We were not greeted when we walked in the store and all employees acted like we didnt exist. Bought it on Amazon...thats the way life goes nowadays isnt it?

I ordered online for pick up on store. Got email that order was recieved. Got email that order was ready. 15 minutes later i get to the store and my order was not there. Someone else was allowed to take it eventhough I did not authorize anyone but me to pick up. I was told two ladies picked up, no names, no ID requested.

They have a huge selection of fabrics and sewing supplies. The staff seem pretty friendly and the couple I needed help from seemed very eager to assist. Their prices are on the higher side compared to other places you can get similar items, but no one has the same selection JOANNs does.

I could spend all day in this store. Would be helpful if the employee knew how the sales work (like, can you mix and match different brand yarns that are buy2get1 free) I had to suggest several times that a manager may know how the sales works and could she please ask her... That should have been her first response

I went in looking for blanket kits that were on sale. The sale was kinda confusing due to different ones going on for the holidays. This is the store of last resort.I worked for Joanns for several years, love the company itself. The motto for the company has always been customer service. However this store leaves a lot to be desired. Called for info, put on hold after 10 minute wait. I hung up. Called back put back on hold 😡.They do not help their customers out when asking questions and are told it’s in this area and to go look. I don’t know about anyone else but if I can’t find it then I go asking for help.Need new management with positive customer service.

Every day, lots of sales are going on, making it possible to create whatever you can dream of. This location is located with a large shopping center, with plenty of off street parking. There is a restroom for customers. They hold classes in store.

Always a busy stop. Very picked over between the holidays and the pandemic.But a good stop to get art and craft items.Be prepared to wait in line at cutting table or register.

The coupons are great but it needs to be easier to receive them as a consumer and not to have to rely on my phone being present to get the offers. If you want my money as a shopper in JoAnn stores make the effort to bring make me want to shop there.

One of the better supplied stores in this chain and you can purchase online (usually slightly cheaper) and pick-up at the store after you receive an email notification that it is ready. Be sure to have your smart phone charged up and with you to show at the checkout counter to quicken the process.

Retail establishment is bright and clean. Can be difficult to spot from traffic, signs are prominent. If you have a craft or hobby you will find it here. Supplies are generous and stock levels are very good. Sales are frequent and online coupons are available, even to your smartphone while shopping. Staff is courteous, very helpful in finding your way around. What further impressed me was the broad range of knowledge among the employees. Sewing, crafting, even quilting assistance can be found here. Return visits assured.........

I am disappointed in the fabric portion of your web site. When asking for specific type of fabric I am shown others not wanted. With the covid problems and my physical problems it is easier to shop online. But harder when you dont show what is requested.

Great selection. Terribly expensive. Common sense tells youthat items cannot be placed on sale the moment they arrive at the store unless they were overpriced to start with. I find that their sales even at fifty or sixty percent just bring them down to what they should have been originally.
