We are so pleased with this company! I wish I could give 10 stars. My garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. We couldnt even open the door manually, and of course my car was locked inside. I looked up various companies, and what I didnt like about some is they dont provide their license #. Thats a big red flag for me. We read reviews, checked the CA Secretary of State website as well as licensing / bonding. It all checked out for this company. We contacted the company through the chat, and the amazing John :] made immediate contact with us. He arrived on time as promised. John recommended two springs instead of the one. I had a garage door that wouldnt go up and down and one of the guide cables was loose. This company replaced the tracking wheels and tighten the loose cable. They had it repaired in about a hour and it works good again. They charged replacement wheels and alignment of door for a total of $216, I am very happy with the repair

The spring broke and checked out my NextDoor app and folks were recommending them so I then checked out Yelp and was able to get an estimate of the spring replacement late Friday. I was surprised to get a reply within 30 minutes of the cost. The next day, I called and setup and appointment for Monday morning. I was happy when they could schedule me so soon. Thought I was going to have to wait until after Thanksgiving. They were so friendly and their price seemed reasonable. They even explained about my door. Bill and his son Joel fixed my spring and also adjusted my garage door because it was buckling the door when it came down. Strangely nothing new to say in this review. The spring broke on my garage door. I called these guys, they came the next day and replaced my springs. I was impressed when the tech who came was the owners son. Im not even sure if he is out of High School (he mentioned something about HS and Community College), but he was competent, confident, careful, and extremely well spoken and polite. If you never saw him, you would think hes been doing this job for 20+ years.

I finished a long 12 hour night duty shift and arrived home at 8am. When closing my garage door it came off tracks and was inches from hitting my car. I called Bill, and within 30 mins he was at my house. Bill and his colleague worked quickly to fix the hanging by a thread garage door. Someone came and fix the door which only allow to close it and charged us $175. However, they never show up and fix it and disappeared. We can’t even open it. They are totally irresponsible. We have to get a new service guy now after paying $175 to close our garage door. Terrible service!

These guys are the best. We took down one of our garage doors a few years ago but saved all the parts. These guys reinstalled my garage door, using my parts and did not try to sell me new. It saved me a bunch of money. Unfortunately a few weeks later I broke my other garage door and they came out, gave me a a really good quote on new doors and had them installed in less than 2 weeks. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Too bad they on do garage doors!

I wasnt at home to see him work on our garage door as I was at work but from what my wife tells me and from speaking to him on the phones a couple of times, i can tell Bill knows his stuff and is a man of integrity.Early in the morning, my wife calls me up that the garage door wont open and at that time she needed to bring the kids to school. I hustled in calling several people, of which Bill was one of them, and was hoping for an early appointment. I was able to get a schedule with Bill for after lunch. I didnt know that my wife was also calling people and got an appointment from a different business for an earlier time. Bill was gracious with my cancelling the appointment and even gave me some advice on costs.The other person arrived but just diagnosed the problem, said that they can come back to fix it after 2 days, and even couldnt open the garage door manually. I told my wife to just pay the other guys required diagnosis fee and I will just call Bill.Fortunately, Bill still had his schedule open so the earlier cancelled appointment was set again. Now our garage door works. He really did an awesome job and i can tell he even tightened some of the loose rollers (dunno what they are called) on the side holding the panels. To me, that means besides the problem i called him up for, he even inspected the rest of the garage door. What a guy!Our garage door is really old to the point where they dont make the parts anymore. Itll probably last a couple or so years but when it reaches its end, we will call Bill, our Garage Door Super Guy.

The Garage Door Guys were absolutely terrific. They were very professional and honest. We had a problem with our garage door. It looked like it could have been a broken spring. He examined the door and determined that it was only a cable issue and not the springs which would have been much more expensive to fix. He fixed the cable and serviced the rest of the door including adjusting the springs. The best part is the fees charged were a lot lower than the other service people. If you are looking for a local person (Oakley/Brentwood/Antioch area) to service, repair or replace your door call these guys first.

Bill did a greatjob explaining to me the differences from door to door. I felt real comfortable with the choice i made (steel back insulated) the price was right didnt feel like i needed to get more estimates so i went with him. His worker did a great job on the install.
