Very knowledgeable staff answered my questions very well and explained a few things to help with my repair. Its worth maybe the few extra dollars to get the genuine parts and not have to go back and forth trying to get the one you need. Just go to cat and get it right the first time!

Core charge on the water pump is 430 and some change but when buy platinum kit the core charge on the water pump is 738.00 explain why

Spent a whole week calling them about a skidsteer I was interested in, they told me it was pending from the first day, then told me customer decided not to sell it. Then they told me I have a chance to buy the skidsteer. I had hope and then later next week they told me the first person is buying the skidsteer. Not serious at all.
