My first time going there, the store is super organized and fully stocked

Love this store. So many craft materials available. They sell fabric as well. If you are a lover of anything arts and craft, you should visit this store. They have a whole isle for cricut tools and accessories. Baking needs and decor needs. My kids love this store as much as I do

They have a good deal on some items. I just wanted to suggest if you see sign for sale or tag dont just take workers word. I showed the sign to their workers both told me that specific item wasnt on sale. I really needed more quantity but instead I got one. When I went to register I found out that was on sale. Since it was closing time I couldnt go back. By the way I did tried their price checker and it wasnt working.

Great service and just about everything is in stock. Went yesterday and they didnt have buttons for crafting except small packs. Ill check back in a few weeks

Love variety of things: art, kids materials, watercolor, paper, etc. Reasonable prices...

Though I love this place... i shop here for art supplies and feel the variety is missing... certain brands are available in plenty...

The woman at the checkout was extremely helpful with my returns and very plesant.

Nothing like driving from Carleton MI (37) miles away and not being able to get 3 rolls of the 6 that listed left in the store. Website said 6 in stock, I even called them and was told their were 6 left. Wont be doing that again. The cashier was very helpful.

Great service. I phone to confirm an item was in stock, they checked, gave me directions and when I arrived, continued to assist me further and accommodated me with easy check out: had problems that day with my legs. A - 1 assistants.

This Novi Michaels is well stocked. You will find most likely what you are looking for especially Christmas decorations. However, there was only one cashier at the time I was there which resulted in a long line. Customers were patiently waiting.

Didnt have what I was looking for but great shopping experience and everyone was so nice... At on customer service skills.

Very helpful staff. I bought some sewing supplies for tent repair and was able to get back out on the road quickly with the the right stuff.The employees were helpful, took the time to listen and make suggestions. A pleasure to shop here. Michaels is the place to go.

Only shop here when I have a coupon - otherwise prices are higher than other places. Store is usually neat and at times offer decent sale prices. Its next to home goods across from 12 Oaks Mall

Moving everything around to make room for Christmas things. Love Michaels. But only negative for me today was the single cashier working hard,but they needed a few more registers open. Long line today.

Clean, organized and I still found a few Christmas items at 80% off.

Although scarcely staffed...cashier Geneice made up for the lack in personnel with her genuine interest in delivering optimum customer service!

My experience at Michaels was great. I purchased in store and picked up an online order. There were plenty of cashiers and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with my purchases in hand. Associates were friendly too.

Out of many items. Hard to find anyone in store to help. The people at the registers are very nice though.

Wow this place is dangerous. Went in looking for stuff to make Easter baskets, found exactly what I was looking for and a ton more. It feels like if you want to decorate or have any fun with your house this is a must visit. The picture frame selection is great as well.

This is a nice craft supply store. They have a big selection of products. The only area in which they lack is fabric. They have a really nice unfinished wood section. They have great prices and a lot of good coupons. The Holiday decor / products has always been really great. Everyone at this particular location has been friendly and helpful.

Various websites suggested that Michaels was pet friendly. I was initially surprised but so happy to take my bernese with me.. But the instant fear of the cashier was surprising and they seemed very unkind. I guess Ill just buy yarn online.

70% off Christmas stuff... Everything was neat and easy to find.. I love this place

The store itself is nice. It’s smaller than other Michael’s I have been to, but not bad. They have a good selection of art markers. One thing I will critique is that they will not honor two 40% off coupons that are both valid and have different serial numbers. Joann down the street will honor both coupons in this situation.

Place to go for arts and craft supplies. Have been shopping here for.more than 5 years now. They are little overpriced but they always have some kind of sale going on. They do carry multiple craft items for kids too and hence my daughter likes it.

Well stocked MichaelsStore was clean and well stocked. Cashier was very pleasant. Register 4 has issues printing receipts, and ours only shows the far right side of the receipt, all other info is missing.

This place has exactly what you are looking for in an easy to find location. Download their app and save even more. The young lady cashing me out asked to scroll through the app I had up and just started scanning things, next thing I knew I paid less than half of what I was expecting to pay. Awesome service here.

They have really nice deals on seasonal items. If you stop by make sure to check out the clearance in the back of the store. Staff is also friendly.

You may want to have a sign in the front informing your customers that online pick is in the back by framing. I stood in a long line to be informed I had to go to the back once I reached the cashier.

They need to wipe down card machines between customers.

Nice Michaels location, good customer service and I can find most of the stuff Im looking for.

For sale items it is easier to ask. I wanted the 70 percent off scrapbook paper which was in center isle on the other side away from the non sale paper. Check out cashier must have had a headache or didnt want to work, not friendly at all. My next trip will be back to the one in Commerce Two.

Always very helpful and friendly at this store. They are very aware of the check out line at all times always pulling more cashiers as soon as needed. They are good about keeping stock current.

This is not my usual Michaels go-to, but definitely same great service! The staff was really nice to let me and my toddler use the classroom for painting! Thank you so much!

I dont go in here too often but its set up to find things exactly like the website shows. Also, the cashier who checked me out helped me by telling me how to use an online coupon for 20% off. Pleasant experience!

Clean for the most part, but surprisingly low on stock. What craft store doesnt have crazy glue?? Perhaps I came in after a busy few days... Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Michaels is the usual staple of craft supplies we all know and love. This one is no exception. The aisles were tidy, everything was in its place, and the staff were both knowledgeable and friendly.

Being a craft store I wish they would brighten up their stores a bit. Very gloomy. But always super nice staff and always have what I am looking for.

Clean store, nicely organized with plenty of help around to ask questions to. As an added bonus, they had exactly what, my Wife and I, had been to two other stores to purchase.

Every time Im at the register, I got to have their rewards card or credit card or whatever, constantly being thrown at me. A simple no does not suffice. Rather go to a different store. Also, prices change all the time. And not for the best. Never know what to expect here.

Today they had a better selection of the items I was looking for and they had more help to help me find it. I love the change.

I came here for yarn. They have a much better selection than the store up on Haggerty. It was well stocked and while there was a line at checkout it moved fairly quick.

I love Michaels. They always have a good stock of supplies I need for my classroom like washable paint and popsicle sticks.
