Best ice cream I had ever had! Many awesome flavors to choose from and the logo is super cool too. They accept all credit/debit cards. Awesome and will come again!

Ice cream is good but most staff dont pay attention to their job and are on their phones. one time i went in and a teen was on their phone and i had to let them know when i was ready, instead of them welcoming me in.

It would be nice if the workers ever paid attention to their job, rather than close earlier than stated hours, sit on the counter on their phones, or FaceTime people instead of serving customers.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Drive 30 miles to Grant Ave Novato location 5 minutes before they open. Waited out front, the female employee inside clearly annoyed I’m there, 11:00 unlocks the door, doesn’t say a word to me. I ask for 7 gift cards, she mumbled “no gift cards” I expressed my frustration after driving the distance I did only to find there are no available gift cards I asked she has any other alternative ideas, she says no. I understand these are stressful times but that type of treatment is unacceptable! So I went home and googled that location, the reviews!! One horrible review after another. Poor management BAD ENERGY all around

Great ice-cream and awesome selection. They even allow for fudge on chocolate! Great family-friendly location that will be great for everyone.

Today is $1.70 a scoop day, March 31st. However, the kid serving the ice creams is cheating people serving half scoops and charging double. I ordered 3 kid scoops to go and he charged me $11. I refused to pay and asked him to take back the ice-cream. The kid was rude. Said he knows what hes doing and been here for 4 months. Weve been going there for 7 years. Hope the manager can train this kid to treat customers with more respect and also manage scoop quantities. Would give 0 stars for his behavior.

Always a pleasure coming to the last Baskin Robins in Marin (there used to be three....). The service is friendly and efficient and he extensive menu and flavor selection is always welcome. Also, there is plenary of parking in this strip mall so that isn’t a problem. Overall, great location.

We arrived a little after 8 pm and would never have found this Baskin Robbins because the lighted sign was not illuminated. After the following experience I later wondered if it was not working or just turned off.One of the young girls working there was standing at the entrance when we arrived rolled her eyes and went back inside, apparently disappointed to have customers coming in. It smelled like dirty mop water inside, the strong ammonia scent forced us to get our order to go. Our server, dressed in what looked like pajama pants, refused, for some reason to open a new container of chocolate ice cream for the banana split we ordered, instead telling us they were out! Seriously? We could see the unopened container with the word chocolate sitting in the freezer case!The oldest of the 3 girls working, possibly the evening shift manager had some sort of phone drama going on that was apparently more important than serving customers so she left the store & went outside to continue her call. Turns out the other young lady was just a friend back behind the counter.To be fair, I sincerely hope that the young lady on the phone didnt have a serious family emergency, etc she was having to deal with but if Im the owner of this store Id be checking up on the level of customer service, or lack thereof, the current employees are providing. We definitely wont be back.

Service so spectacularly awful its almost comical. The managements recruitment plan must be to minimize costs, at all costs. The staff spend their time chatting on their phones, or sitting in the corner ignoring all customers. Such a shame, as the product they sell isnt bad at all.

Theyve got good ice cream

This has got to be the worst BR I have ever been to not only are they rude to the customers they are also rude to there own employees. I have been in there several times over the last month pretty much everyday and never once have I left there happy they are so rude and slow I went in there one night and online it says they are open til 10 pm I went in at 9:01 and the kid said they were closed I said well online it says your open the kid says to me well that’s googles problem not ours pretty much pushed me out of the door and then shut the door and locked it on me I have never been treated that way by anyone my entire time ever going to any other BR. So the next day I went in at 11am and told the girl how rude the guy was the night before and she told me it wasn’t her problem becuz she doesn’t work the night shift. Well ok WHOS PROBLEM IS IT THEN? The entire staff should be fired or this store should just shut down no one seems to like there job there and lately I have been driving all the way to Rohnert Park so I didn’t have to deal with rude ass kids that they having working at the Novato baskin Robbins. So so rude.

It may seem great on the outside, but when I used to work there it was pretty gross. The icecream is good (overpriced, though), but the AC almost never works.

Hey its Baskin-Robbins what else can you say, 31 great flavors and then some.

Doesn’t take t-mobile gift cards. Please put a sign up so t-mobile users know.
