Ćhristina the store manager was absolutely fantastic! I recommend her to everyone that needs a new phone or service! She explained all my options and was super caring and helpful.

My family got great service from Sean at this location. I highly recommend him if you go in. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and patience was noteworthy when he was setting up my kids phones and helping a new employee close out after what I understand was a very busy day. Att is fortunate to have Sean and I believe he has the ability to be a store/regional manager.

Sean was great. He not only tried to fix my old phone but helped me pick an affordable replacement when my old 6s could not be saved. Thank you Sean for going the extra mile!

I am technically challenged, but Christina T worked with me for an hour transferring my old iPhone to a beautiful iPhone 12 mini! She explained everything plus I took advantage of a promotion to pay $8.75 for 36 months.Also, as Christina was doing my paperwork, she was teaching a new associate how to fill out the forms. Im amazed at what this little phone can do...now I must get used to the high tech features...if I have any questions, Christina invited me to come back to the Novato store and she or one of the very able assistants will help me! I met the new guy Zachery as she was training him and had some laughs with another associate named Sean! Keep up the great work...oh, and I love the beautiful new blue and white high stools :)Rita M. After reviewing the 5G phone I was interested in purchasing online I went in person to check it out. Sean was quite knowledgeable and helpful with answering my questions and getting me set up with the right plan. The phone I wanted was in-stock and I am using it now! It is recommended that you wear your facial covering for in-store visits at this time.

I came in to gat my new phone turned on after a year and was so scared all my important info was going to be erased! Sean was so helpful and made the transition so smooth and there was no problems. Definitely good to know I have my local AT&T support when it comes to my phone.

Daniel was the representative who greeted us immediately. He listened to what we needed - which was to ADD a new signer to an existing plan. He reviewed old plan and upgraded us to a newer plan with more benefits and features since I was grandfathered in with also lowering my monthly bill.He was confident, attentive and provided me with positive outcome while making sure experience was safe and clean.Daniel was quick and efficient. I’d recommend this location and return again.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone. Sean was very helpful & knowledgeable about the phone. He suggested we upgrade our family plan (which was very old) and ended up savings us $30 per month!! The best part is it was fast & painless! Thank you, Sean!!

Why are there not negative ratings? 7 visits to get a first responder discount that was offered to me by chance. Sean in Novato was amazing. Everyone else I dealt with at the stores was marginal. Im not really blaming any one person. The process is VERY broken.

I purchased a $700 phone. The manager, George Cardinas assisted me. He did not ask if I wanted insurance for the phone or if I wanted to upgrade my plan. He just signed me up for both. He said the phone was 600.00 when, on fact, it was $699.99. I was not even offered a receipt. He said they would email it. I had no idea my bill would almost double, especially since I paid $300.00 down. I should have gone to Target. He provided no customer service.

Normally anything phone related is a total nightmare but Darwin made it, dare I say, fun. He’s got a great sense of humor and is super patient when dealing the barrage of questions regarding phones, bill, plans etc that come with every phone upgrade.

My wife and I went into the AT&T store at Vintage Oaks Novato, to buy a new phone that was compatible with her hearing devices. We were met at the door by the Manager Jorge and from that point on we were treated by him (Jorge) like we were putting him out.We have been using this store for all our AT&T needs since we moved to Novato about 7 years ago and this was the worst experience we have had there. Hopefully Jorge can receive some customer service training or be reassigned to some other job where he has no customer interaction.

Make sure you work with Darwin, he the best.

I got a new iPhone 11 here at the vintage oaks store and worked with Eddie he was very educated on prices and promotions and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was T the store. He lowered my bill and got me a discount on my phone which was amazing!!! I was expecting to leave spending $1000 on the phone will definitely be back!

I went to theVintage Oaks store today ( Novato Ca) with a problem with my new iPhone. Jorge helped me. After trying many times to connect my car to Bluetooth and going to dealership I could not get it to work. ATT was my last resort! I have to tell you that Jorge was SO helpful and got it all sorted out! I am disabled and not having my hands free phone set up was very worrisome. So THANK YOU JORGE! He deserves recognition!

Came in a few days ago to look for a new IPhone. (Im currently with another carrier and want to upgrade) I immediately was greeted by the staff when I walked in and they were extremely helpful with explaining the different plans to me. They sat with me and answered every question I had and gave me multiple different options with switching. Very happy with their service! Even when I was looking around everyone was super nice. I spoke specifically with Sean for about 15 minutes and its safe to say I will be switching to AT&T!
