I hadnt been to Coldstone in a LONG time. I decided to try out a custom ice cream cake for a birthday and absolutely loved it! It was fun to customize every single thing that went into the cake. After I put in my order, the store even called to help with some ideas they had for the decorations based on what I had requested. It looked super cute and tasted great.

Needs updating on hours. According to Google only place open. Trying to pick up something for a surprise for daughter. Drove to location to find out they were closed 2 hrs before listed time.

Hours are wrong.

Employees were poorly trained. Three different employees told me they didnt know if the ice cream flavor I wanted was gluten free. None of them knew were an allergen list was located.

Really good ice creams and excellent service. Toppings are great but the variety of ice cream was lacking. Still would recommend to eat, the TimHortons next to it makes it a perfect place to spend a sunny evening by yourself or with others.

While my ice cream was good. My girlfriend found a piece of plastic inside of hers. Will be calling in the morning as their phones are not ringing.

I went to Cold Stone in September 2017. I was very disappointed with my experience. The Cold Stone area (separate from Tim Horton) was dirty with boxes, containers, spilled ice cream, and toppings. The area simply looked like it hadnt been used in a while. The employees seemed to have an attitude when we wanted to taste some of the ice cream flavors.The staff also did not know how to input a gift card in the register so we waited for over 20 minutes (the store was nearly empty). I emailed the owner of the store and shared my experience (as stated on the door of the store) and never got a response. Never again!

Ordered a cake online same day as pick up. Didnt have larger cake but made 2 smaller ones but ended up being more cake for the same price. Cakes tasted good.

I dont know what happened with the receipt but the person that did it during my coldstone experience rang up different random items, still 4 ice cream but, the ice creams were nothing like what we got. The first mix in free didnt apply as I got strawberries mixed in with my ice cream but we ended up having it on the receipt as 69 cents and as marshmallow. We didnt want to complain because of their slow service. Dont go here.

The employees were not very knowledgeable and the supervisor Ryan would not accept my birthday bogo stating they were not part of the coupon program.

Could be bias because its was 80 degrees outside but the icecream was satisfactory

Love their selection...but they never have what they need to make it....out if bananas....out if berries...out of vanilla.....we now go to TCBY.

Going downhill...new people working and they have no idea what they are doing. After i got my founders favorite ice cream home, I realized they didnt mix it enough and put waaay too much brownies in it.

Took the kids here for ice cream. The person helping us was very patient with our indecisive kids. A good experience.

Was dissappointed, ordered three 40 packs of tinbits and and wanted atleast 20 rasberry filled in each box the rest being mixed.The rasberry had very little if any filling.I have been going to this place since it opened years ago.Go thru drive thur but majority of time in up going end to make sure order is correct,but seem to be disappointed.plz help them be more considerate on orders.I feel $25.00 wasted........

HELP! The service here needs some better management. You’ve got angry customers, slow service, unavailable choices for food, and an overall bad experience. Hope this place gets turned around.

My wifes and my experience was okay. Enjoyed the ice-cream. However I purchased some donuts and asked if the leftovers go on sale half-priced when they got older or before closing. Similar to what Wesco, Meijer and Wal-mart do at the end of the day. I was promptly told, No, they are thrown away. I was floored! I asked why not donate them to the homeless shelters and the girl told me they only donate bread items. What a waste I was thinking seeing as there were at least a few hundred muffins, pastries, donuts and donut holes left in the case. Wondering if some of them go home to the staffs families. Not sure Ill be patronizing this company again.

Mist recent visit was extremely disappointing took almost an hour to get two breakfast sandwiches and it was slow when I got there.

Sometime it NOT CLEAN other wise it OK.
