Yesterday was my first visit to this shop. I called a few days prior to setup an appointment. I was able to bring in the vehicle the afternoon before my appointment. I also had a ride setup in advance. My vehicle drop-off experience was easy and the staff was helpful. I expect to continue to receive excellent customer service, detailed repair information, and fair/honest pricing. Customers should keep in mind that the parking lot is small and appointments will always fill up fast so call ahead. When setting up your appointment be prepared to wait a day or two - in most cases. I didnt mind the wait, but if you require same-day service this may not be the place for you (depending on what type of service you require).I will update this review with my final thoughts when the service is complete. I suspect Ill be back because the customer service so far is going to be hard to beat.

They put freon in my mothers car and its working great. Service could be better... You stand around and no one greets you or tells you who to see. Kind of off-putting. Nice enough once you got their attention.

The appointment was kept timely. The bill was as agreed upon. Kevin did a quick and thorough job of changing the oil and rotating/ balancing the tires. No hassle or pressuring was used in the experience. I bought my tires at a reasonable price from them a couple months back and they have held to their word and policies concerning them. I highly recommend your consideration of these guys for your tire and oil needs.

HONESTY. Phillip called me to tell me my brake pad replacement could wait a while. That kind of honesty is kind of rare now.

We have used Sid since he was with Goodyear. We developed such a good relationship and trust with him that we decided we would follow him to his new business. I have a 2011 Toyota Camry that has new tires on it that Sid suggested and so far they have been put to good use by my 20 yr old daughter. We have also used him for general maintenance of this car and he has never suggested anything we truly dont need for maintaining this 175,000 mile Toyota! I appreciate his honesty and loyalty.

They didnt do the alignment correctly the first time, so I had them redue this and the managed to get the tire balancing all screwed up, so the car steering wheel vibrates at speeds between 55 and 75, I never go back there.

Henrys on 82 quoted me $600! I had a friend refer me to Northport Tire & Auto...$45!
