They promised job wold be done in a week, it took 3 months. The mechanic was out 20 in isolation Bc of Covid (totally extremely understandable) but still no excuse for 3 month wait. Paid 4,100 for motor up front. They added 720.00 in parts without notifying us before hand. They were rude and argumentative upon pick up of car. Dishonest, rude, not a good experience. As for job done still to be determined. Do not recommend.

Absolutely great service and wonderful experience, would recommend these guys to anyone. My car broke down at 5am on my way out of town and I had to get it towed. I called all kinds of mechanics in town and all of them said they wouldn’t be able to figure out what was wrong for at least another week. Called these guys and they looked at it right away, I had a call back with a quote before noon and my car was completely fixed by 2pm. They were quick, honest, reliable, and very reasonably priced.

Its a great, quaint little Italian styled restaurant. Great atmosphere and service. It will certainly be one of my go to places in Anniston, Alabama.

Stood there 15 mins and wasn’t even greeted. Guy un charged walked away and a customer had to tell me “he’ll be right back.” I replied “I won’t.” Just usual racist white sh!t. Won’t get a dime of my money or any of my friends and family

This place couldnt of taken better care of me! Im from the Atlanta area and my car broke down about 6 miles away from the shop, i had it towed and once they opened the next morning they immediately began looking at it and trying to figure out whats wrong. They went above and beyond trying to help me out for many reasons! I definitely recommend coming to this place, awesome experience! Thank you guys!

Truly an awful establishment. It takes a lot for me to actually write a bad business about is review but this place has absolutely terrible management/ownership. I would be wary of servicing your vehicle with any business under JLT enterprises, especially pro-imports. There are plenty of other actually reputable shops in the Northport area that will service your car in a honest and economical way.

We have had 2 Mini Coopers. And weve had both serviced and repaired here. Prices are reasonable, definitely better than the dealerships.
