We have brought our boat to this business under the current ownership for the last three years for servicing. We became dissatisfied with this business because of their lack of concern for customers and took our boat to another business for the servicing. As of December 3, 2019 this new business which is now servicing our boat told us that the oil could not have been changed last year because of its condition/appearance. This leads me to believe that the former business DID NOT change the oil that we paid for. Stay away from this business because they charge you for work they do not perform and their lack of concern for customers.

The customer service is terrible. We paid for an oil change and tune up and the boat would not start after. It took Jeremy 11 days to return our phone call. Took the boat somewhere else and it needed a new starter. So it was never started after the tune-up.

These guys are fantastic, very easygoing but also very professional. They do fantastic work and they are very reasonably priced. They will be getting all my marine business!
