I went the garage because of the check engine light was on. They replaced the O2 sensors. Now 6 months down the road. The code came back and I decided to do the job myself. I decided to see what kind of part they used.They put some cheap thing in that looks like it was bought from eBay. They charged me for a OEM part. Then I look at the other one and there is the original OEM O2 sensor in. I spent almost a 1000 dollars out my pocket. They told me they replace 3 out of the 4 sensors. They only replaced one? It isn’t ending here. The (BBB) Better Business Bureau is being called for this one. I have receipt to prove it that they changed 3 O2 sensors

Inspection was easy. Dropoff and pick up 4 hours later.

Brought our car in for inspection was told it needed repairs to pass. Scheduled an appointment for said repairs car sat in there lot for 3 days, they never touch the car when we inquired about the status of the car they acted as though we were a burden on them. They were also supposed to give us an estimate for the repairs and even after requesting it 4 or 5 time they never did.We were forced to take the car back.When confronted with our dissatisfaction Tony acted as though he couldnt care less.Highly unprofessional and severely lacking in character. I could go on with additional issues but I think you get the picture.

Absolutely recommend this place. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences bringing my car here. Very nice people who try to work with your schedule when possible. All businesses should provide the level of service and kindness as they do!

First time there. Just had an oil change and small stuff to look at. Im very picky when it comes to someone working on my car. Felt I could trust them immediately and I did. Definitely going back to have any work done to my car.

Such a great local garage! Garages can easily get a bad reputation where word of mouth could ruin a business. Ive been going to Harharts since I moved to the area four years ago. They are very easy to schedule appointments, courteous, and most of all, honest and trustworthy.

This place has tried to rip us off. The vehicle inspection had expired before it was looked at. They said that our vehicle needed front struts, swaybar links, lower control arms, transmission service and flush, battery maintenance, headlights that may not pass inspection due to a slight haze on the lens ect. ect... the bill would be about $1,200 well I said that I would do the work myself and bring it back. They torqued the wheel lugs on so tight that I couldnt get them off with a impact gun or a 18 breaker bar with my 265lbs standing and bouncing on it. So I had to take it back to have them put the struts and sway bar links on. Then they wanted to charge me $1,200.00 for putting in the struts I purchased plus the lower control arms. I would not let them complete the work. I had her pick it up from there and had her take it to a dealership. Within 1 hour of removing the van from Harharts the vehicle was leaving the new car dealership with a new inspection sticker at no charge. ( except the cost of the $2. sticker. ) The remainder of the work that Harharts said need to be done to pass was not complete when the sticker was placed on the windshield. In my opinion they took advantage of a situation with a lady with an expired inspection sticker. FYI the battery wasnt even a year old and the transmission was serviced and flushed a few thousand miles ago. #notagain #lostmybuisnessforever

Well I went there for new break pads. When I left it sounded as if my tire was going to fall off. I took it back and sure enough, Tony had said three bolts were loose. He then pointed out that my rim was stripped. So they tightened them and took it for a test drive. After leaving, I noticed the different lug nut on my car. They denyed of course that they were the ones who over stripped the nut but I know the truth. Which I believe lead them to forgetting about the other two. Thank God, I didnt lose my tire on the way to my doctors appointment. I was going to get my power steering pump changed there, which is over a $1,000 job but I dont appreciate dishonesty. Well Im still on the search for a machanic that actually knows what they are doing.

I need a flat fixed. They took me without an appointment, even though they were busy and had me out the door in 10 minutes flat, no pun intended. Twenty bucks plus tax, you cant beat that with a stick. I will use them again.
