Store is filthy. First time picking up & computers were down, had to wait 10 minutes; then stand in a long line. Daughter went to pick up medicine after husband was in a bad accident and they said they were out of the prescribed Lidocaine patches. Went back a few days later and was told they’re over the counter.Manager is usually unhappy as well. Honestly I’ve seen better kept stores on the East side of Buffalo.Pharmacy counter could use the services of a good cleaning person as well.Makes one wonder about the cleanliness and hygiene in general. It’s obvious this store is not on anyone’s “best practices” list and doesn’t reflect very well on corporate.

Love this pharmacy. Everybody is extremely nice and helpful. Ive never had a problem with them. Thanks guys.

Opted into the text when prescription is ready never received a text.... It was ready but i had to call to figure that out ..other then that, they actually had the medicine i needed and accepted my insurance unlike the other 2 pharmacys.
