Great customer service! Josh and Todd were both great in helping me with finding the proper tractor and attachments to fit all my needs. Also Amy was very helpful with putting together all the aftermarket attachments I wanted for my tractor. It was in and out of the shop ready to go quickly and everything was installed very professionally. The delivery driver Steve was very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all my questions. I couldnt ask for better service.

I recently had my John Deere zero turn mower taken here with a carburetor problem. I bought the machine here and had 2 months left on the extended warranty. It sat here for over a week before they looked at it and got back to me. They claimed it needed a new carb, new blades, and voided my warranty, claiming bad fuel caused the problem, the standard B/S excuse any time you have carb issues under warranty. They quoted me just under $700 for repairs. I had the machine returned unrepaired and called a local independent repair shop. He picked it up and installed a new Briggs OEM carb, sharpened the blades, and changed the oil and filter, all for under $250. He agreed that nothing was wrong with my fuel and the machine runs great, once again. I am writing this to let people know that there are other options available, rather than getting ripped off by dealership service departments. Plus, as I learned the hard way, do not waste your money on expensive extended warrantys. Odds are you will never need it. and if you do, they will not honor it, for them its a win-win. Also, do not buy a new machine here, rather than at a box store, thinking that you will be treated better come service time, you will not, believe me. I would not recommend this place and will never buy anything here again.

I recently bought a tractor (1025R) and a gator from Everglades. Andrew was my sales rep and was very professional right from the start of the sale to the end. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and very accommodating with delivery and pick up. This is now my go to store for any maintenance equipment.

This location was very helpful when ordering a part for my mower. I went in on a Tuesday. It was located in a warehouse and they said it would be there on Thursday. I received a call on my answering machine Thursday morning exactly as they said and the part was in. Their showroom looks great and they can get any parts you need for your mower. They are friendly with great customer service. I highly recommend you purchase a mower or anything related to your yard work needs. They have a lot of equipment in stock all the time and can order anything you want.

Bought a Z920M last week what a nice machine.Easy to operate, cuts niceand mulch on demand is very convenient .Love the big gas tank and easy to adjust deck.I am a one man show cutting 15 lawns a day. This mower sure makes it easy .Thanks everglades.

Very helpful and found the right parts for a lawn mower

Experienced the most awesome customer service I have ever had from the Sarasota store recently when my JD lawn tractor suddenly would not start after using all day. I misdiagnosed the problem as a bad starter ordered this from this dealer but could not remove old starter so decided to have the Sarasota store pick up and have it replaced. A good thing as I later learned it was not the starter but a bad battery and voltage regulator. The turnaround time from pickup diagnosis/repair and delivery was less than 14 hours! Special thanks to their Service Manager, Molly Fore for all of her professional assistance, communications and with coordinating the service and understanding my need to have my JD back in use to complete my landscaping project. I was credited with the purchase of my unused starter as well. Also, special thanks to Dave for his delivery service efforts especially navigating his truck and trailer backwards down by 450 foot twisting shell driveway when he picked it up!I was totally impressed with this level of customer service and highly recommend this company for your JD service repair needs. They are truly a first class organization.

I was looking for a lawn tractor for my residential property. I had no clue but i knew of the reputation of John Deere. We visited everglades in sarasota and all of our questions were answered. We even ended up buying something other then what we were planning on purchasing due to the knowledge of our sales rep Martin. We really didnt know what equipment would be best for our property . After a lot of questions and help we chose the z335 riding lawn mower. The delivery man took time out to show us how the equipment worked and pointed out all the pertinent information for a novice about this equipment. He actually demonstrated the mower and didnt leave until we were satisfied. I know that lowes carries this equipment however John deere sets the price so i would have paid the same.Why not go to a dealer who knows all about the equipment they sell and can help you make a choice based on expert knowledge of farm equipment. I know that this was one of the least expensive models however they took a long time with us and we were pleased. Also they gave us a 3 year warranty. which this machine only merits 2 years and bumper to bumper. I feel confident that if i have any questions they will be able to answer them for me. I feel confident that they will stand by their sale should i have any problems. i dont think i could have gotten this kind of service at loews. In fact we did look at them at lowes and no one could answer our concerns or questions.For all of you looking now is the time to buy as john deere has a deal 200. off. on certain machines. Youll certainly be impressed with the one on one service that we have experienced at everglades sarasota fl.

The Sarasota location of Everglades Equipment is new and more convenient to North Port, Venice, Englewood, and some other areas.This location is smaller, but it is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful.
