Great pharmacy but downside it is not open 25 hours.

The pharmacist that looks like a jersey shore member is very rude and shouldn’t be in her place of work if she clearly doesn’t enjoy it.

Helpful and friendly

I was in Walgreens today and was treated terribly by 2 employees. One was cleaning up a soda that had leaked and one was a high school aged cashier. Management needs to pay better attention to their employees.

Every time Ive been there the pharmacist is extremely rude and snobby, and wont even listen to concerns long enough to answer the actual question or take care of the issue properly. The majority of the techs seem scared to have to ask a question.Its also ridiculous that its another one that closes so early.

When I called to straight out a photo situation, I was given to the manager. The manager, Joseph was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He contradicted himself so many times throughout our conversation. As the conversation continued, Joseph threatened to rip up my pictures and never give them to my father because it was his decision........apparently not Walgreens policy. The grand finale was when I asked for the district managers number.........Joseph hung up on me. It seems there is a lack of customer service and respect. Joseph needs to take classes on professionalism and dealing with unsatisfied customers. Come to find out later......he wasnt even the manager. A great amount of miscommunication in this Walgreens. Policies need to be reviewed with the staff. It all falls back on lack of training by the manager!

I am from out-of-town and had to get a prescription filled in North Platte yesterday. Stopped at Walgreens and was very pleased with the friendly and efficient service by your pharmacist. I did not get her name, but she was so helpful.

I really love too get my makeup at Walgreens and they are always nice. When it comes to getting pictures its not very well. I went in today to get 5 pictures. Once I was done I went to the Counter and they told me it was going to be 5 minutes, so as I waited a lady came in and ask if her pictures were done, and they were not. She explained to the man that she came in at 11:00 and they told her the pictures would be done at 3:00, and then she came at 3 and they told her it would be another 20 minuets. Then they told her that there system has crashed. After she left I asked them if mine were done and then said no so I did not leave the store with my 5 pictures with no writing on them just 5 simple 46 pictures. The last time I went my pictures took an hour and I was the only one there.

I wish there was an option for no star. Walgreens Pharmacy in North Platte Nebraska had the absolute worst service. The pharmacist wasn’t even near to help deal with the situation showed up close to 7 to get some prescriptions transferred that were very needed. The lady was so worried about closing that she lied about my scripts even after there was photo evidence. Was so upset I called my Walgreens pharmacy in Kearney and they said they should have been easily able to transfer and assist me instead while dealing with this they closed the pharmacy up immediately. So disappointed with the lack of care or service given towards myself and will not ever seek service from this Walgreens again. Absolutely terrible.

Excellent customer service especially from the photo lab techs and pharmacy. A genuine great overall experience from every trip!

Worst ever!! The photo lady is rude and disrespectful! and they steal from there customers!!! The assistant manager is just as bad and is good with the behavior of her employe, I am ashamed to even have a place like that in my town! If a company like that is ok with having people like that work in there store it is appalling and says alot about there values as a company!! I will NEVER SHOP there again or any Walgreens!

Always friendly and ready to help, the pharmacy side always seem like they never get my scripts very fast or at all. Cant really fault the help, maybe its the computer system.

I went in there and waited in line for over 15 minutes. Put my stuff down and walked out. The older gentleman needs some help, he is very slow!
