Pretty great! They are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week so I was pretty surprised that they were out of a couple flavors already by 1:00 in the afternoon but the flavors they did have were very good. Im not sure if the description for cookie dough includes nuts or not because I was surprised to find them on there but there are crushed nuts on the cookie dough cupcakes so watch out for that if its something you need to know. Packaging was very secure and we were in and out with no trouble.

The decor is so cute! I really liked the vending machine. The cupcakes are very big and delicious, but very sweet. We got milkshakes and even though they were very good, they were too thick and we could barely get anything out of the straw.

I stumbled upon this nice little cup cake boutique. And they didnt disappoint me at all. I was thinking to get something for my wife on her birthday and lady at the cupcake shop helped me to pick right one and suggested some really good items. My wife and kids loved the suggestions and made her special day very special. Highly recommended cake shop for all your sweet needs.

Beautiful little boutique shop. A lot of artisan made cupcakes to choose from. They seem to be a little on the too sweet side for my family, but we arent much of sweets people. No take out menus, but the menu is on their website. Unfortunately, no Gluten Free options for my wife. These cupcakes are gorgeous and generously sized, they will stand out and make a statement. Memu items change often and they constantly are putting out new concepts.

The girl helping us was very sweet, the shop is so cute! Cupcakes were super good, went with Oreo cheesecake, and maple bacon .I think that one was called Sunday funday or something? 10/10 love it. Fun little treat!

The store was amazing. However so much going on around with decorations I wasnt able to focus on the product. I felt rushed a tad but the lady was very nice. I was excited to try these amazing looking cupcakes 🧁 the icing seemed to have chucks of butter and didnt taste at all like buttercream nor fluff icing. The cake portion was nice but lacked flavor. I was hoping for an actual pistachio flavor but cake was sprinkled on top not actual pistachios.

Drop what youre doing and go to Colossal Cupcakes. You walk in, and it is so magical. Beautiful decor, employees are beyond friendly, happy and bubbly. Having a hard time choosing one? Get 1/2 dozen. Flavors are unique and out of this world!!!! Salted Caramel has got to be the best flavor ever. Will probably change my mind next time. Delicious cupcakes in a super cute shop! We had a great time going as a family and letting everyone choose their own treat to celebrate a family birthday. The flavors are very rich. We cant wait to go back and try more!

Having a shower on Sunday presents some problems because most bakeries are closed. Thank goodness for Kelly and Colossal Cupcakes!! She worked with me to make sure we had the freshest, most delicious cupcakes. The mom-to-be chose Strawberry Crunch, Vanilla Salted Caramel and Carrot Cake. The pink tins and sprinkles added that special baby girl touch...all our guest RAVED about the cupcakes. Sometimes you serve cake and people will take it home....these cupcakes were devoured immediately after they were served. Thanks so much, Kelly!

Tried the new North Olmsted location, super cute inside! The girls who worked with us were friendly and the cupcakes were tasty. Go earlier in the day as your favorite flavor may be sold out later! They are open late which is a plus!

Colossal disaster! Ive tried their cupcakes for the 3rd and last time. I would like to give them negativenegative stars. The first time I had them I thought they werent good because maybe they were too cold, the second time I thought maybe buying them the day before was the problem, but this time, which should have been the Goldilocks moment, they were bought about an hour and half before eating and were still awful. The cake was dry like it was a week old flavorless butter bomb holder. The frosting as previously mentioned, was just butter (or shortening), not butter cream. Even at room temperature there was no give to the frosting at all. I received this as my birthday treat and felt horrible my hard working spouse paid for this abomination of a dessert. It blows my mind that this place has good reviews regarding their cupcakes. Maybe we just got the wrong baker each time, but seriously I would like to get my spouse their money back. I was polite after the first two tries but this time I told my family this place does not deserve our business. I do not recommend this place and will not return.

Never work here. kelly is totally unprofessional. she threatens to not pay her workers even though that is illegal. she acts like shes still in high school even though she is a grown woman who owns a business. the way she runs her business is so horrendous it is most definitely going to go down soon. everyone and i mean EVERYONE eventually quits. she poorly trains her workers and then verbally abuses them when they mess up. the store is gross and has flies everywhere.

Actually so bad. I’ve passed this place so many times as I live in the area, but I’m going to have to agree with most other comments that say it’s seriously sub par. And that’s being nice. Got 4 cupcakes total. A strawberry creme, blue velvet (2) and Oreo flavored. Just like the decor and theme inside. LOOKED super cute but once I bit into the blue velvet and strawberry one, immediately regretted it. The actual cupcake was so oily and tasted like cheap $1.00 cake mix, that’s moldy or as others have said, “tasted off.” The icing itself, also completely lackluster, tasteless, not sweet at all and almost tasted sour? I don’t know how to describe it. Just god awful. I’ve made icing myself that tasted 10 times better. So basically $20.00 down the drain for 4 cupcakes that went in the trash. Listen to this and other reviews. Don’t bother going. Seems like they opened last year during COVID and are now cutting corners or something.

We were very disappointed in our cupcakes. They looked great but once we took off the paper the cake inside was wet After calling the store to complain we were told thanks for letting us know not sure why that happened and we were never given an option of a refund or an offer to come back for a replacement at another time. Threw away two $5 cupcakes very disappointing

SO I was so disappointed, how do you call a chocolate cupcakes a smore cupcakes but it had absolutely NO marshmallow?? And the gramcracker was stale! And it was my first time going with my sister for her birthday she also was unimpressed! Had 3 coworkers tell me there unpleasant experiences before I went I was determined to make my own opinion with that said I will more then likely not come back $5 for a cupcake that had false advertisement and not 1 staff member helped or tried to they were just like what do you want ok bye. Bad experience all around.

This was our first visit, we got 2 strawberry French toast 2 fruity pebbles and 2 animal cookie cupcakes. I didn’t think you could go so wrong with cupcakes they were sooooo dry and they need to work on the buttercream recipe. The buttercream was horrible it taste like oil and no flavor, doesn’t taste like real butter at all and no sweetness. On to the building cute but it was filthy, it has been some time since someone swept and moped the lobby floor, you can’t have a this cute set up and it’s dirty. As I was leaving I got icing on my hand from the exit door yuck!!!!! There were smudges and smears everywhere. All I can say is I do not recommend

Going to Colossal Cupcakes has never failed to brighten my mood. I go there at least 5 times a week, and try to stop by daily if possible! Amanda, specifically is the best employee. She always knows exactly what I want, and meets me with kindness and enthusiasm every time I go. That is purely why I rate this establishment 5 stars. I can’t wait to go tomorrow to brighten up my day!

Stopped because my daughter wanted to get cupcakes for family. For $5 per cupcake, you would think they would be really good.Took four home and tried them. All of them were hard and overly bland... Basically paid $20 for pretty frosting.Save your money

Honestly best place in the state for cupcakes. Whenever I get a sweet tooth. I always pull up to Colassal Cupcakes. The girls in there are exceptionally polite and kind. Especially one of the employees named Amanda. She is very sweet and kind. One of the best parts of coming here is seeing her and he very positive attitude it always manages to brighten my day. As long as Amanda works here I will continue to give them my business.

Cupcakes were good but not fantastic, really hit and miss on flavors. Banana cream pie was gross, boston cream pie was yummy, for example. The decor makes up for it as a kids treat location. Somw of the staff is rude and acts like you are bothering them. My son really loves the cocoa bombs.

Choc o pointment or dis a chocolate. My wife brought home 2 amazing chocolate cream cheese cups. To say they were dry would be a complement. And what is with the after taste? Yuck. My wife had one bite and just said no it was wrong. Went back to the store (very cute imho) to ask about ingredients counter person was no help. Returned with one cake. She has no idea what the cupcakes are made of? How is that legal to sell a product with no ingredient list available to the public. If not for the cute store no stars. Cute store 2 stars.

The shop is beautiful but the cupcakes were horrible. When I went to go eat them, there was oil at the bottom of the containers. Not sure if it came from the cake or icing but gross. I have to check for mold every trip because I have seen reviews about moldy cupcakes. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing cupcakes from this place.

This place was amazing! The decor was great and the cupcakes were even better. I really appreciated the workers there and they were very understanding of all of their different flavors. I would definitely recommend this for anybody who likes sweets!

I order a 6 pack of cupcakes today. They all tasted dry and the icing tasted weird. Definitely not baked every day. I see a lot of fake reviews listed and that’s sad. If they baked the cupcakes daily they would be moist and worth the money.

The new location is SO cute. The decor is outstanding, everything from the gumball machines to the beautifully decorated cupcakes. My fiancé and I had the red velvet and strawberry kissed chocolate cupcake - both had the perfect amount of moisture and sweetness! Definitely recommend!

Love Colossal downtown so am thrilled that now there is this North Olmsted location right by me! Cupcakes are exactly as the should be, Colossal, FULL of flavor, and their buttercream is to die for. I usually go for the Chocolate Turtle or the Banana cream pie but I have never had a cupcake from there I didnt like. So excited for their pumpkin spice to come back this fall! Yay colossal in my neighborhood. YUMMIEST

Love the customer service ! Very welcoming and the shop is beautifully decorated . Cupcakes were very delicious and having many to choose from, made it even better . I love how the ice cream treats are also on the menu especially since this summer has been really hot. Colossal Cupcakes such a sweet place to be.

Visited Colossal Cupcakes yesterday for the first time. Noticed some gnats flying around the inside of the cupcake/cookie display but nonetheless still purchased some cupcakes and cookies. I thought the cupcakes were a little dry and the buttercream frosting was very greasy. The cookies were much better.
