When your at the Target store in North Miami Beach visit Shannon at the Starbucks Cafe! She so awesome! She is very friendly and has a great disposition. Overall, I enjoy visiting this store because the store is always clean and beautifully displayed. All of the staff and Team Members are really nice, friendly and helpful. Its a pleasure to shop at this store!

Good but desperately needs either more cashiers or more self checkout stations, crazy that I have to wait 10 minutes in line to buy a Diet Snapple (which they do have a good variety of) AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT YO

The line was wild long for no reason at self checkout. The line went down past the main walkway and drinks/snacks aisles. Service checkout was short(3 customers ahead of me). Yet self checkout was significantly faster. The people who were at the end were finished before I was even rung up. People also parked ridiculous here blocking the entrance and exit.

The customer service was above and beyond! Pam was excellent! She suggested that some of the items I had also had digital coupons available through the app. When I couldnt figure out how to clip the coupons she took my phone and clipped everything I had on the belt! I saved an extra $10! Might not seem like a lot to some but it is for me!

Great customer service and experience by Magdiel. He was super helpful and kind, the type of employee that goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a happy customer.

Clean, efficient, and always in stock Target! This place always has what I need and the clothes in the Sale section is always fairly good and pretty stylish. Highly recommend this place but make sure you lock your car while you are here - I have seen some issues where cars have been broken into

I went shopping yesterday on Tuesday. I went to one of the registers and I noticed a new employee I haven’t really seen before and she was absolutely beyond nice. Her name was Cassandra, She was tall and pretty and she was very very sweet. She asked me how my day was going and I told her “Not so good.” And She insisted me to explain to her what happened. I told her I was just having a bad day and one of my personal problems. She was very concerned and worried and trying to cheer me up. She was also telling me and assuring me that the day isn’t over and that everything will be okay. Talking to Cassandra was like I already knew her as my friend. This is what customer service is also about, connecting with customers, uplifting each other. This target location needs to hire more people like her!!!

She was a delight, thought ahead and was ALL FOR THE CUSTOMER(S). She seems to really VALUE her position at Target. Give her some acknowledgement. Just take a look at her persistence. Great place - its a normal target but I really love their Pizza Hut Pizzas in the front along with the starbucks. Also, it usually has everything I want in stock, so very much love it.

Very unhappy . When you call customer service Julie, one of the employees who picked the phone, was very rude and unhelpful hanged the phone while I was talking today and i am shocked that targets employee would do that to a customer like me. Customer Service is awful here and do not suggest buying stuff online here. Never because we received a broken bed and no place to screw a bolt. Now we have to return a long bed and also unscrew everything we could and try to fit everything in the car. Super unhappy.

I went to my favorite neighborhood target to pick up a few house-hold items along with my two infant twins. My shopping experience was surely a pleasure Ms. Maria T. Was amazing a very big help and very patient with me being that I had mistakenly broke a wine bottle, the staff acted promptly in picking up my mess and continued assisting me with checking out. Ms. Elizabeth was fantastic my hands were full with my babies she walked with me to my car and helped me put up my items. Thank you again ladies.

I needed something from the electronics dept. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and the fact that I could pay right there and not stand on line at the front of the store was an added bonus. I appreciate finding employees who know about their products and are courteous and helpful.

Im normally a Walmart shopper because I like their lower prices, but now that Target on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami has Tesla superchargers, I will go there more often to buy some items. Thank you Target for installing the Tesla supercharger station!!

After my recent visit, I remembered why I DO NOT shop here. This location is trash. Why is my visibly leaking bleach not placed in bag at check out?! Why dont staff direct the self service line vesus the full service line regularly? Ive been to other locations the are high volume and they handle it. Hate to say but Walmart is waaaaay better.

Customer service. Pam & Manoucheka were INCREDRIBLE today at North Miami Store! they really solved my problem and went above and beyond! These are the kind of people the companies need to hire instead of replacing with machines.

Quick service. Ordered online for pickup and needed SodaStream exchanges. Waited a couple of minutes and received order and sodastream tanks. Service was real quick so I did a little more shopping .

Good experience, thank you to the staff assistance. I was in a rush to be on time at a meeting and everything run smoothly. I need a t-shirt because I had a coffee spill on the one I was wearing, I went in pick up a new one and I left on time.

So I go to this Target to get one of those Consumer cellular cell phone plans, this little guy who works at the store was no help at all after he finally came to me when I was waiting for somebody to help me for at least an hour. Talking about oh he wouldnt be able to activate the phone anyway after I buy it. Avoiding his job cause hes too lazy. The guy from AT&T was helping me more even if hes not a Target employee....I guess! So thats what we do now? Hire people who are dodging their duties???? That is soooooo professional 😑 I ended up calling Consumer Cellular from the store after this dude just gave me a pamphlet, and I had them set up an account for me, and mail me a phone since none of the Target people were in the mood to help me get a Consumer cellular phone with a good affordable plan. Jee.. sorry to bother you guys 😑😏

Bought a bike online and was promised full assembly by pick up and when I got there the bike was not assembled. The manager Amanda had a very nasty attitude and did not seem like she was prepared to address or properly handle my situation. She was not aware of what the website stated and was overly dismissive and condescending. Nobody could give me a definitive answer or solution to my problem. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Oh, I have a lot say about this horrific Target. Man was very gruesome with man explaining to him something, man was also very gruesome with woman trying to move up the line for Self-Checkout. They are not sanitary enough, well let’s just say the maintenance are not doing they job correctly, so you might be one of those people who leave the wipe for the shopping cart in the shopping. Well, looks like maintenance did not pick it up. So congratulations you have achieved the award of spreading germs. People are not not 4-5 feet apart!!!! I know we are responsible for taking care of ourselves, but staff if you need to take drastic measures, then take them. So, my theory is if you want to go to Target, go to another one!

Target In North Miami lost its edge. The lines are long and slow. The store looks dirty and disorganized. It feels like Walmart... with higher prices!

Target has always been guest-friendly, considering the fact I used to work there back in 2018. I was a sales associate in the men’s clothing softline department. I enjoyed my year and a half working there. Everyone was so cooperative and welcoming.

4:15 in the afternoon 2 registers and self checkout only open. A line of almost 50 people. It took almost 20 minutes in-line for anything to happen.Their were managers walking about and talking about issues, but not lending a hand to help. The person upfront to enforce social distancing was wearing a “tacos and cerveza” t shirt. The curbside pickup attendant was wearing a bright red sports coat that was unbuttoned, underneath her jacket was a black Tshirt advertising a local bar or something.I never expected Walmart service from a target.

The store seemed very clean, organized, and safe, which is important during a time like this. I really appreciate all the staff who were very helpful. Keisha at the register was great! I will definitely be returning to do my shopping here, and will recommend that others do too.

Andres is a useless electronics department member.I called in and asked the availability on an xbox one x wireless controller. He said there was 1 left in stock it was $80 and he would hold it for 15 minutes. I rushed there and arrived in 12 minutes. When I get there he says its not in stock he never physically checked. Really wasted my time like that??? Target should fire that useless waste of space. Hire someone who deserves that job.

I tried Target Drive-up (pick-up) today. No minimum cost. Order was prepared in a time period stated (within 4 hours). Order was brought out quickly. They had barcode scan to prevent incorrect order. You guys did everything right!

I have been here a few times since moving to the area. I mostly just get groceries there when Im in the area like when I go to the Post Office next door. Some of their nonfood items are more expensive than Walmart but with the groceries I can usually find their generics at low prices and they are just as good. Plus this store is closer to me than Walmart so they fit my needs nicely.

Great store. Great service. Luckily I’ve gotten extremely great help on all departments every time I’ve been there. If merchandise is not available, sales associate is quick to order it for me or check availability on another store. Women’s department is also great. Great variety of styles and sizes. Store is super convenient, you pretty much can find anything and everything.

They had everything I needed and the girl that helped me with the self checkout was very helpful and pleasant.

This targets action and poor service was incredible. I had my 3 year old sons birthday part last Saturday. i knew this Target had a Bouncy House for my son and his friends to enjoy. I bought the bouncy house. when i opened the box, to my horror the bouncy house was used, in fact it was moldy and would not inflate. i was so upset so i called Target expecting some help, to my surprise the customer service lead working on Saturday 8/3 at 1:00pm. was not willing to help at all. she told me all they can do is offer a refund. I wonder why Target needs a customer service lead that can only repeat what any associate behind the register can offer. please take my advice and shop Amazon. At least you are guaranteed great service. this poor service is a great example of why Stores like target suffer with keeping up with sales like amazon. the Customer Lead in target is a jib that could be eliminated. because they cant help you! Stay away from this target that sells used product and refuses to stand behind what they sell! this is a great example of why retail stores are dying! Good luck to target as i will not go back as i know Amazon offers better customer service!

Extremely likely because of the employees and how hard they are working. The store employees are exceptional and the place is very clean. Management is doing an exceptional job keeping everyone safe unlike-lets say Publix supermarkets with unhappy employees and crowded stores.

I was shopping with my husband as we usually do, the sales associate Marlin was very rude, short tempered, talking bad to a customer about her previous customer, that she needed to ring up fast with out taking considerations or special requests from customers. When it was our turn to pay she did not ask us to input the phone number registered with Target she went ahead and erased out of the key pad, I told her I wanted to key in the cell number to get the rewards she didnot like it that she had to void the transaction and ring it up again

The staff is always so helpful and nice. My daughter asked for stickers and a staff member kindly checked a few registers but they were out of stickers. She spoke to my 3yr old nicely and explained that they had finished.

Variety of options and up to date with new trends. I tried the drive up option for the first time and was extremely pleased with this option. If you’re in a hurry and need to grab your items and go I highly recommend it. My order was delivered in less than 5 minutes upon arrival!

Target is fantastic and all, but the employees don’t know nothing about nothing. Don’t even try calling, they’ll say something through the phone and when you get to the store they either don’t have it or don’t have a clue about it. Save yourself the trouble.

The customer service has always been consistent in providing polite and productive service. The Starbucks fits in well with the overall calm, family-friendly atmosphere of the store. Wonderful, clean Target with amazing view of amazing daddies. There was a great looking dad on isle 3 and I was in love. He had the perfect mix of nerdy bad boy flavor that any girl looks for. Cant wait to go back!
