We were back again for more furniture & always have a great experience! I find that Sunday’s are the best day for us to go. Gerry & Reina are the best to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. The delivery crew is also amazing, and I didn’t have one thing that went wrong. We won’t buy from anywhere else, and will refer this store, & team to everyone I know! Thanks for all you do!

The storage manager extremely helpful and patient with me when I came to look for a new mattress. He was honest and didnt make me feel pressured at all to purchase a mattress right away. I told him my budget and he made sure to keep it within my budget and to reassure me to keep trying out all the beds until I find the one I really liked. I am glad to give them my business as they were very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back for more stuff to furnish my new apartment.

First and last visit here. I came to look for a mattress for my son. They only gave expensive options for a twin size. As soon as I said that I would be back, I got ignored and the salesman walked away. Neither he or the other man in the store said anything to me after that point despite me saying i was interested in other furniture in the store. Overall expensive and definitely not half price as advertised.

Excellent customer service by both Garry and Reina. Gerry was very helpful in our bedroom set pick while Reina was very quick with our contract. Our experience at this store was great and will definetly further our buisness in the near future. Thank you.

Do not buy mattress here, they are crooks who will drop of a pair of slinkys and an old pillow and call it a mattress. I tried to get help from the customer service but they were no help like there trash mattress. The couches were so horrible Im not going to dive into it for fear of triggering my nightmares I get now from how broken it was.

Stop buying from the old salesperson called Gary. Wait for 2 months to get my sectional.The reason getting one star is because the liar sale person called Gary.If anybody wants to buy from halfprice furniture, just try to be careful of this guy, just do not buy anything from Him. I am not the only one cheated by this guy, if you guys keep scrolling down to see the older reviews, you will know why I give one star. He is even worse than one star! And one more thing is if you buy from this store, they do not have costumer services at all. The customer service is actually at spring mountain, but the customer service do not care anything happen to this store.

We found a bed online that my wife wanted and was told it was in stock at the West Craig store so we headed out. Once we got there we were informed that the bed is NOT in stock but they had a similar model with the same fabric and rhinestone look. We liked the way it looked but wanted black velvet instead of blue so ordered it for home delivery. It showed up, we started unpacking and the drivers were out the door before I could get the first box (of 3) open. We not only found that the headboard was damaged but that the rhinestones looked nothing like the ones in the store. These were dull! Looked like plastic or plexiglass. We called the store and they said there was nothing they could do and that all sales were final. Really? I pulled out the paperwork and sure enough, it states the “all sales are final” and that if there is a damage, you have to pay $99 for pickup plus a restocking fee. I spoke with the salesperson and the manager at the store and they had absolutely zero interest in helping and were downright rude. Our first and last purchase at “Half Price Furniture” which, by the way, does not sell anything at half price... at $800 for a plywood bed with velvet and plexiglass squares stapled to it, we got taken for a ride. Stay away!

Very hard to find an affordable sofa that is durable and comfortable, but Half Price Furniture offered us endless styles and ways to customize the sofa to fit our space. The salesman is so helpful and has the best selection of stain-resistant eco-friendly faux leathers. Excellent place to purchase quality furniture.

Worst place to buy furniture had to leave as soon as we walk in because my children didnt have mask on all wich are under 13yrs old do not go there with your kids unless u want to get kick out

I got a living room set, the price on the tag was a little over $1400 when the lady gave me the contract to read it I notice that the total had jump to $1855 I asked the lady why it was so much, she said that the finance company was charging $200.00 for financing the furniture plus $39.00 for application fee. A few day later I called the finance company and asked about the $200.00 dollars they told me they didn’t no about the $200.00, that if I choose to pay it in 100 days it was only 39.00 dollars but if I didn’t pay it 100 days than finance charges will kicked in..... be careful with half price furniture they’ll ripped you off.......

I had been looking for a dining table and the store manager was super friendly and his customer service skills were warm and welcoming. He ensured that I left satisfied and made sure everything matched what I wanted. I walked out a happy customer and I got the table I imagined. Best furniture store for a reason.

Terrible experience ! I don’t see where half price comes into play because I spent over $1200 on a bedroom set that was under $700 . Purchased on 8/25 and was scheduled to be delivered between Monday 8/31- Wed 9-2. I received a text and call On Monday, stating I’m set for Delivery between 2-4. Not even 1 hour after that I get another call apologizing and saying I’m set for delivery Wednesday. Wednesday comes, the truck tat my bed is on is having issues and I get told I will have my set delivered for sure on Thursday. It is now Thursday 9/3 & I receive a call stating that my mattress was never delivered. & I now have to wait til Saturday. They weren’t even going to compensate me for the inconvenience until I said something and all they had to Offer was lamp or a mattress cover . Smh I will never do business with them again. I’m so irritated 😤

This place deserves no stars. Was told my furniture would be here in 4 weeks. Well, more than 8 weeks have passed & we still dont have our furniture! Every time we call, they always say well call you back in 10 minutes then they never call back! Read & trust the bad reviews on here. Save yourself from a bad experience & get your furniture elsewhere. These people act like they only care about your money, then they just ignore you & they use that tired old excuse of the warehouse has been shut down for 2 months so were behind well you should really tell that to your customers BEFORE they buy anything so they know to wait longer for their things! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not buy furniture here! They just want your money.

Its a mom and pops store. You can find exact furniture at big box cheaper. And get better service. I had done furniture detective and refused to fix it at no cost. Dont waste your time. They are nice when you buying and mean when there is an issue. This is my first and last time buying at a small unknown furniture store!!

This was my first time shopping here and I will never ever return. I purchased a bookshelf February 15 and I only just got it today (May 12). I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were closed for almost two months, however they lied to me multiple times about my order and they never reached out to me, I always had to call them. First it was that is would come in 3-7 business days. Two weeks go by I hear nothing, so I called. They called the warehouse and when I got a call back I was told another week. Another week goes by they still do not call me so I call them yet again just to be told they did not know yet. Another week and they finally called me saying they could put me on the schedule for delivery the following week. The next day they closed. That was out of their control, I understand. When they opened up again I called regarding it, again they never thought to reach out to me, and when I called they told me I would know by tomorrow because they had to call the warehouse (but remember they already told me it had come in), and that I would hear back by the next day. No call back. I ended up calling them the next day after that yet again and they STILL DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING!!!!! At this point its been three MONTHS since I bought my bookshelf! She called me back just to tell me the warehouse did not answer the phone....your warehouse really doesnt answer their phone? Then she called back later just to tell me my bookshelf did come in but it came in damaged AGAIN. She then claimed when we talked before they closed she called me to tell me that my order was damaged and had to be reordered, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE! YOU ALREADY TOLD ME IT HAD COME IN! So really you expect me to believe my order was damaged TWICE? Then she told me it would be 10 business days before it came in. Then today the store calls me to say it was being delivered today to my house. Didnt you just tell me yesterday my order came in damaged? They just kept lying to me. Pretty unfortunate this was my experience here since I did like your furniture and they deliver right to your house with the furniture already put together but I WILL NOT EVER shop here again.

Very small cramped store, inventory seems like is on top of each other and the man I spoke to was rude.

I have gotten my bedroom furniture and dining room furniture from this company. There prices are by far the best Ive seen for brand new furniture. You usually have to assembly it, and delivery might take a week because their warehouse is in CA but they offer your convince delivery for a fee. Quality of the furniture is excellent in my opinion. Wish they had a better website that matched their in-store catalogs though.

They do not stand behind their products. They do not respond to email, in a case where they asked for pictures and a description of the problem.I had to repair a chair back on a new chair, a $200 dining room chair. It was a 2 hour ordeal, luckily I have the tools and skill set to do it.However, the sales staff and counter people are great. Great product knowledge just not backed up with service support for those products!

Amazing service!I was able to get a very comfortable pillow top mattress with a 4 piece bedroom set; sectional; dinning table set all for an amazing price!!! Great selection but the name says it all. Poorly assembled products with a scam warrant company (Guardian).After one month, twin bed headboard leg cracked. The warranty company wouldn’t replace the headboard or fix it. I asked why and the representative stated since the crack happened during the relocation process, it’s not covered. She then stated, “Had you tripped over a dog and broke it, then it would be covered.”Service was pretty good but I’d rate it higher if they chose better warranty protection services.

Be wary of buying anything from this company. My first experience will also be my last one.Although the employees are nice, the company itself so disappointing. Theres little to no communication between them and their warehouse, so they guess when anything will be delivered to you. Then, after giving you a date or timeframe, completely fall thru. Im still waiting on a complete bedroom set (bed frame, dresser, nightstands) that I paid 1500$ for, over a MONTH ago.Yes, the prices are good but youll be better off shopping elsewhere. Im tempted to just give the items that theyve given me back because this is ridiculous.

Ive been waiting a month for something that was promised would take 2 days to deliver. Worse service EVER!!!Im not one to put people on blast but after calling asking will I ever receive what I paid for, i was told Ill call you back. Still waiting on that call back.

Delivery was scheduled for Friday. They never came. Called store and said truck was to full for my couch. They blew me off every time I called for manager. Ashley furniture has same couch for 200.00 less...
