Its the ghetto Walmart but its okay all the staff and workers are friendly as can be and there to help you great place

WALMART HAS BECOME MORE EXPENSIVE SINCE COVID 19. But its still my go to store. It used to be affordable but not so much now.

I will not lie about it, I like walmart.they have a wide range of products, the prices are very reasonable, and for the most part, the quality is not bad. Im not a big fan of the fact that they put many, (how many?I dont know) small stores out of business because they could not compete with the bigger stores. This store is clean, efficient, and well tended. It keeps a hood supply of products on hand and Ive never known it to run out of products (though Im Shure it has). There costumer services is excellent. The bathrooms are clean and kept in good supply of the necessary items it has parking under roofs that help keep a person dry when its raining at 6am or at 7pm and parking, enough for a rather large town to come park and shop all at the same time.

This location is my favoriteSpeedy checkouts NO LONG LINES all lanes are usually open including self checkout.Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff

Nathan was outside returning carts and seen me (a female) heading to my car with a 50lbs bag of dog food in my cart. He was so sweet and offered to put it my car. I accepted! So after loading the dog food he proceeded to help me put the rest of my bags in the car! First time ever having a Walmart employee offer help. Give this man a raise!! Nathan is awesome sauce!

Its a well stocked, and mostly clean (the parking lot is nasty, and those restrooms need love). The workers you can find, are mostly helpful, though some are rude and passive aggressive (Ive had a few ignore me, block my way while they stocked, heck one told me to go around the aisles after she watched me coming and blocked my way, and some who redefine the meme not my job), but the biggest issue is lack of staff. Also what good are these automated checkouts if theyre never open? Sure corporate, you cut costs, but at what cost to your bottom line? Personally, I stay away from Walmarts now, due to this. Its only worth going there once a month, for certain things.

Ghetto. Line lines lines lines lines lines. If I have to ring myself up-pay me or give me 25% off at the very least. This place sucks the most of anywhere I shop. It gives me a sickened stomach even writing this review. Ughhhh and the rancho Cordova store sucks the most of all. I’ve only met one ONE employee who was kind and helpful and he was works back in the hardware area. A nice older Indian gentleman. Besides him-don’t shop here: it’s not worth it.

Even though I went there for only a couple of items, it was 20 minutes til closing, but an associate that helped me with an item behind the glass case in cosmetics was very kind & helpful to my needs & was pleasant to have had contact with. Also, I met an associate in the health & beauty department who was stocking the shelves & I asked if she was able to verify a price on an item from that department. She helped me w that, & for another thing she did proceed to bring a manager to handle my issue. Maria, the manager of store, was accommodating to my needs as well, & was a pleasure to have dealt with at the stores closing time. Then in the frozen section of the foods department, I exchanged a joke with a stocker there for a small laugh of an agreeable nature. & Lastly, my checkout cashier was cheery & watched my cart for me while I used the restroom, & it was 15 minutes after closing at that point. Overall, I had one of my best ever experiences of all my visits at any & all Walmarts Ive ever been. So thank u for a great closing team on that night at that location! Keep up the good work!

This walmart is the worst one yet. Employees are usually rude, always out of everything, and it’s usually unorganized with unpacked items everywhere. Only reason I still go is because it’s the only store on my way home from work

I ordered a HP WiFi printer online then went to the Walmart super center to pick it up. It was so fast, the two young men were very helpful and quick to give me my product. I will definitely be going back to that store.

Nice place to go shopping for whatever you need

Walmart is going down hill quickly for some reason. The volume of people is product sweeping and items you want are either gone or that store doesnt carry the item you want. We have about 4 stores close by and they all differ in products. Trying to shop online is the same problem. Certain things are not at that store but if you change stores its at that one but two of your items now arent available at that store. Guess you could buy the $89 a year service and order from several stores to get what you want. Doesnt seem like good logistics and planning so Ill take the district job in my area.

This Walmart has many departments. I didnt see eye wear dept. Purchased bicycle Im satisfied.

This location is usually very fast and accurate. Usually, but not today. My wife ordered online for curbside pickup. The app said it would be ready between 4pm and 5pm. She got her vaccine today, and it wiped her out, so I came to pick up after work, arriving about 4:15pm. I tried to call the number to check in. No answer. I call again. No answer. One of the girls comes to my window and asks the name on the order, which I cheerfully give. At this point, Im in a good mood, knowing Im probably early, but they are usually fast, like I said.The girl tells me the order is being collected, and I tell her I understand. Its now about 4:25. At 4:35, I try calling again. No answer, still. Another associate asks the name on the order, tells me its not ready, and calls in the space Im waiting in. I thanked her. This happens again around 4:50. At 5pm I try calling again, and miraculously theres an answer. I give the name on the order, and after sounding very confused and indicating that my order wasnt being collected, the associate tells me shes going to talk to another associate, and my order would be out soon. I thanked her. At 5:15, I start calling to tell them to cancel the order, but finally they show up with my groceries. I thanked her, and gratefully left, more than an hour after arriving.This has not been my experience before, so Ill give them another chance. I hope next time is better.Edit: I went back a week later with my wife. They had the order waiting and were at my window seconds after I pulled up. A much better experience. Changing from two to four stars.

The electronics department is a joke. I’m standing here waiting on an employee to finish talking to a friend, so the employee that’s helping me can go ask her for the key to unlock what I need. This has literally gone on for 10 minutes.

Very crowded stock selection sucks they have a hole area for socks about half the stores it seemed thats an over exaggeration but no high socks for women or knee highs... Boosie!

Only because it does carry or offer as much as the ones across the Bay. It does not carry many people of color art work for walls.Acoss the Bay carry more ethic wall pictures instead of canvas boards with a lot of writing on them. They need to step up, and that goes for most of their stores. People will pay for beautiful art work. Best place to go for that is BERKELEY FLEA MARKET. OR SAN JOSE

I go here all the time. Theyve changed a lot of stuff and most of the checkouts are now self serve. I would much rather have an actual cashier every once in a while, rather than three of them standing around watching us scan and bag our own items. I dont understand what theyre even there for at this point to be honest, however the store is usually clean and stocked unlike some of the other walmarts Ive been to.

Let me start by saying I do wish people would stop bashing people in reviews and start reporting the good things that happen.Im went by the center to grab some yard supplies needed for this weekends project. I had a huge sack of grass seed and a few other items but as I was leaving the store I went to grab my phone and it wasnt in the usual place. My heart sank as I realized that I likely had put the phone down to pick up the items and then failed to retrieve it. My fear grew as it dawned on me that if I lost it here, what are my chances of getting it back? I asked a few of the workers there and one young lady named Marianna. Thank God for her. she was sweet and helpful.She told me Mikel turned in my phone. Mikel is a miracle if you ask me. Im so grateful to this young man who works there and I wanted to make sure all you people heard about.Mikel and Marianna have restored my faith in mankind. People like this are rare these days but I wanted them to know I appreciate them saving me from the misery of being left without a phone that I could likely not replace for a while.

They are too lazy to fill self checkouts with money so theyre now card only. And they dont say anything until youve already scanned your whole basket of groceries. Then they say that they have to take off the cash purchases and send you to one of their three lines that do take cash. They claim to not have enough change to fill them, but they get their money by armored car directly from the bank and I know the banks not out of money. Theyre doing this at three different walmarts that Ive been too and its been like this for at least a month and a half. I dont believe that the biggest department store with the tens of thousands of dollars they make each day doesnt have change to fill their machines.

Always low on product Everytime I shop here its like people are ransacking the place grabbing everything they can and good luck finding water here its gonna be in the back of the store but other than that it comes in handy for other supplies you might need some I will give this a 3/ out of 5

They were out of most of the Legos Creator sets but we did find interesting Dinosaur figurines. We got a spinosaurus . I think my grandson should name him Fluffy or, Spike!It pretty much looks like any other Walmart.

Well I had a good experience there as far as merchandise and finding certain things but I noticed with your cashiers in electronics was very rude but I watched her for a while when I was waiting in line she was Sherry and happy to serve white people was rude with people of color and the same with the cashier in the front other than that it was a good experience I would have gave it a five-star but youve got the change the way they perceive people at the register because if you let that go its going to get worse

Constantly out of stock on basic items, long lines & grumpy associates.. lots of people just hanging out in the parking lot blasting music & asking for money.. worth driving to a nicer area instead of shopping here..

The convenience of how close it is located to my house, the prices are decent, as well as it being a one stop shop most times makes it hard to not go there.Something random, funny or crazy always seems to happen at walmart😅 entertainment at its finest🤣

Every since last year when COVID 1st started shutting everything down, the Isles have never been fully restocked. Ive been looking for things as simple as shower curtain rods, matching towels, vitamins, etc.I imagine theres a reason for it being that theres isnt the only store like this. However, it would just be nice if the shoppers could be let in on the secret. Also, Ive had store workers tell me that they would get me assistance with items, but no one ever shows up to help.Otherwise, the ones that do help are always very sweet & very helpful. This in particular store is definitely my favorite.

Great deals and get some shopping done and get baby formula and money orders all in one.

Their garden center to me, is the best for organizing and clean, having the best looking flowers, foliage, and those all size succulents. They have a great selection of pots with very vivid color. Pots that are plastic, wood, glass, ceramic, metal, and just brought in the huge half barrels. Sad, but the truth is, I believe alot of customers feel the price is a bit high on their pots. The flowers are on average.Thank you

What can you expect from a Walmart super center? Its a place where you have to get in and get out. When you ask someone where something is they either point you to the wrong direction or take you to the wrong place while stopping to talk to other customers or coworkers. But, you know you are in for a rather interesting experience whenever you shop at Walmart.

This store has such a variety. Is fairly well stocked. Also has multiple cashiers to check out through not 2. You can also choose self checkout if you would like. The neighborhood isnt the greatest but this is my knew go to store.

Its good but dont require it pass out face mask. And pharmacy should stay open just not close for whole hour.

I have had great experiences with the cashiers checking me out every time.Down side it that it is extremely difficult to get anyone to help you when shopping.But this seems to be prevalent at most stores.

I like their express lanes. Their shelves could be better stocked. Their are a few friendly folks there but overall their customer service associates arent that friendly. They do keep their restrooms pretty clean and their electronics department is pretty helpful.

This is my favorite Walmart to go to within a reasonable distance of my house. I choose this one over the one that’s actually closest to me. The people are usually quirky and nice. The store is generally well stocked and pretty clean.

Love the easy access to all items that Im looking for. Most employees at this location are very knowledgeable about where to find what youre looking for if you dont know. Especially the brother who works in the morning at the self check out. (JARVIS). I NEEDED A VALENTINES DAY GIFT THE DAY AFTER VALENTINES DAY. I ASKED JARVIS AND HE REALLY SAVED ME ON THAT DAY. FOR REAL. BUT HES BEEN VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND IVE SEEN HIM BE HELPFUL TO OTHER CUSTOMERS .VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON. THIS IS My favorite Walmart in the Sacramento area. Parking lot is always full of people that dont know to drive with courtesy though.

Amazingly helpful staff. (I know I couldnt believe it myself) I had an issue with my purchase the night before. Several items were missing.ll They let me get them without havimg to pay for them again. But ⁶ morning I realized one more item was Still missing so I went back again and explained and they let me get it as well.I rarely give 5 stars but this time I did.

Nice place to go there, however, Hal gallon of milk are out of stock. Wish they have 2% half gallon of milk. Sigh

Walmarts a good place to get medicines food you can order online to have your food either delivered or you pick up so that you dont have to go into the store I love Walmart.

I was surprised to find exactly what I was looking for wo having to go to like home Depot. The lines were long but went quickly.

This has to be one of the absolute worse locations Walmart has in the Sacramento area. The place is filthy and in a less desirable neighborhood. I highly suggest going somewhere else for your safety.

This is one of the worst stores in Sacramento. I quit shopping at Walmart because of this store. The store is always super packed always dirty. The employees at this store never friendly. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare. The amount of pan handlers is outrageous.

Omg went in to buy a couple of rings at the jewelry counter. They said the ONE person who works that counter already went home. I asked three different employees for someone else to help and they never showed up. Then nobody could tell me when the magic, secret jewelry counter person would return.... perhaps never? Ill never know because I left. Sheesh

Wal-Mart Associates need to do a better job at making sure there food products are all closed and in the right places cause I bought some red velvet cookies sat July 18th and didnt notice that they were already opened and eaten from until I was putting everthing away at home however its suppose to be one of the jobs for a Wal-Mart Associate to make sure none of the products are opened or in the wrong spot so stuff like this dont happen cause this is just messed up and nasty

The Walmart Supercenter on Watt Avenue in North Highlands has become one of my favorite locations to shop. Due to unforeseen circumstances I have not been in there in about 2 months. I noticed the handicap parking has been moved further down so the cars that are expecting groceries can just pull right upThat is not good people who are severely handicapped and on oxygen have a hard time making it to the front door. I was able to get a handicap cart and as I rolled to the store it checked out I noticed that there are only three or four check stands now. I am unable to check myself out due to disabilities I know they have people there to help us which is a blessing. I hope this self checkout and self parking issue are truly examined it does make it harder on people like me. I have been doing a lot of shopping at Bel Air they are a little bit more expensive but the service is on point. I am able to park in front of the store with the handicap placard I am able to phone the store for them to bring me out a handicap cart. Thank you for your concern and asking me what I thought about your store I have to do some shopping next week and unfortunately I will not be able to return to your store due to the nature of self-checkout handicap parking and also never enough handicap carts. For a Supercenter Store you are really limiting people with disabilities I hope you can rethink this matter where I can continue to shop at my favorite store

Never has bags, ghetto as can be, dirty and the employees are rude. Avoid if you can.

Customer service was great. We found what we needed while we charged our EV. Very busy location. Customers and staff were wearing masks, and social distancing was no issue.
