I went to multiple alignment shop none will adjust my aftermarket camber caster Protech did it without any problem they are great with top notch service

I called to set an appointment for a wheel alignment for my car since my steering wheel was crooked towards the left and would stay crooked after getting an alignment. The technician told me I should get my wheels rotated if I have cheap tires in the front and so I got them rotated however it didn’t fix my issue completely so I went in for an alignment. The technician performed an alignment and took it on a test drive and told me it was straight again. When I took it on a test drive the wheel was crooked towards the right and drove far worse then when I came in. I told the technician it wasn’t fixed and it was worse and he took it on a test drive again told me there was a weird clanking noise coming from the cars front left wheel when you’d turn the wheel all the way towards the left. After jacking the car up and inspecting the noise both technicians stated that my rack and pinion needed to be changed. I was shocked that they said it was damaged and they said getting a new rack and pinion would 100% solve my issue. I still had to pay for the alignment which didn’t fix anything. I went to another shop for a second opinion and they checked the tie rods and rack and pinion and said nothing was damaged and everything looked like it was still showroom quality. They performed an alignment and my steering wheel was straight. They also stated that the previous technician did not tighten my rear tie rods all the way and were loose. I won’t be doing business with pro tech auto in the future.

My BMW X5 suspension and bushings were gone and started to squick. My friend recommended this place and he told me this this guys are the best. This guys changed suspension mount and both bushings on control arms in few hrs and also did alignment. 10+ service.

I had a very good experience getting my Porsche Cayman S service in lowering my suspension. The technician is very knowledgeable and can answer all my questions that I dont know nothing about. With the lift on my truck I kept excuses that its as good as its gonna get all over town. Came to ProTech and finally got a true alignment in half the time, at a lower price, and with friendly customer service. Wont go anywhere but ProTech for an alignment.

Let me start by saying: BEST ALIGNMENT, SUSPENSION, OR BRAKE SERVICE AROUND!Oleg is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I looked around for a weeks for a shop that would lower my mustang (lowering springs and adjustable pan-hard bar) and install new slotted and drilled rotors for a fair price. Oleg at Protech Auto was BY FAR the most reasonable place around AND he was able to do all the work in 1 day. Other places wanted 2 days minimum! And to top it off the alignment is top notch! Car handles great and now looks even greater :)Thank you Oleg, I will be coming back to you for all my future suspension, brake or alignment needs.
