My experience here is usually positive. One unfriendly experience by someone in the pharmacy but mostly very attentive and helpful people.

10/17/2021Cashier extremely rude, would not answer when asked a question about a coupon, did not greet customers, looked miserable. I even asked if she wanted me to ask someone else, no response. Left my items and went somewhere else. The staff here does not care and take zero pride in their work. You need to teach your employees when to call for back up, instead of having a line of 10 people, and to be polite.

I do not live in North Haven but I make sure that I send my prescriptions over to Walgreens on Broad Street. I used to go somewhere else earlier. Over there I disliked how I saw a new person every time I needed to consult, but what eventually broke the camel’s back is when they made some mistakes with my prescriptions on two separate occasions. That is when I realized that I needed to go somewhere else. Ever since I have been with this Walgreens Broad Street North Haven location.When I come here, I always see the same faces. They are all permanent pieces esp. Denise who is sure to make you feel better about that cocktail of medication that you were just prescribed. I see Denise and her team being so patient with their senior customers, they are all so natural at it.It’s easy to take the pharmacy services for granted, until you learn the hard way that a mistake can be potentially fatal. I have no grudge against my previous pharmacy since you can’t put blame on all the people who work there but for me, I’ll drive down to North Haven and will still check my medication before I leave, but with better confidence that it has been filled by someone who remember my name.

Greatest people ever. They are helpful and quick. The pharmacy treats my grandmother with respect and listens to her her attentively and makes sure she always gets what she needs.

Pharmacy: Prescriptions take forever. Ive been told on multiple occasions that my prescription would be ready in 1 hour. I returned 1 hour later just to be told is wasnt ready. I returned 3 hours later and still not ready. Came back late the next day and it was finally ready. Terrible customer service.

Standard Walgreens location. Bright and clean aisles. All aisles were labeled and numbered clearly. When the line got too long the main cashier called for backup and the lines moved quickly. Prices for certain items are a bit pricier than other retailers.

Can not fault my local Walgreens. Get my prescriptions there. Friendly helpful pharmacy staff. Get my pictures there. Same. Shop there. Same. Good bargains to be had.

This Walgreens is completely Horrible !!!3 strikes and your out, gave them 3 chances !!!CHANGING PHARMACYS !!! That store cant get anything right, this is Medication issues. Not good 4 pharmacy !!! Did automated refills, & twice they said they never got it. I cant do business with a company like that !!!

Went to print 4 * 6 passport size photo that I already had, but they printed just tiny index and charged $1.07. Later asked the teller and they wouldnt print it and it had to be taken there. Went to Walmart and they did it only for $0.31. If Walmart does it why not Walgreens? Just wasted my time.

No complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful.
