Worth stopping in just to look around! There’s always some sort of sale going on, so you can really get lucky… especially with boots and slippers!

I like LL Bean. What else can I say? They have a petites section. Every spring/summer I stop by and browse for gear that I seldom use, except for the shoes...flip flops, water shoes, sneakers, slip ons and so on. The footwear I use all the time. Sometimes, I find a scuff mark or something and ask for any discount I can get, and they usually oblige. I walk in avoiding something and leave productive.

It was great we just seem to not need anything this trip.

Better stocked on 8/30. Fall clothes are in, 30 -40% off on most. They have more bedding now. Very clean - wiped counter and pin pad after each customer.

Walked in stopped, didnt have a mask and didnt want to cause a scene. Turned about and walked out.

Sales were Great

Employees raised their voice at me and spoke in a slow and what felt like a demeaning tone. I felt Spoken down to and humiliated while other employees watched with no action. I am not Caucasian and felt singled out from a long line of customers. The way I was spoken too and treated was on the extreme opposite from the rest of the customers. I left embarrassed and full of tears. The experience was so unnecessary and unforgiving.

A great selection of well made clothing. I love the look of ll beans product line, and its built to last. The store has a big variety to offer. The sales help is polite and patient also.

If you are a size Small, this is the place for you! Much less to choose from for medium sized people. But I am always happy to go poke around and see whats here because of course the quality is outstanding, and you never know what you may find!

Worthy products that are not much more expensive than cheaply made online items, and its nice to see them in person. As far as the new warranty protocols go I dont have a problem with it as I have L.L.Bean items that are over 25 years old and still are in great condition and or work fine. AAA + company

Awful, I walked out due to the very unprofessional mangers that would return an item that some woman was returning, they actually threw it on the floor!

We had gone in a little before 6:00pm on Sunday, at 6:02 one of the. Clerks, short gray haired person walk over to me, we close at 6:00, this Is the only night we close early that was it, no smile, no excuse me, nothing else! ..I just said okay and walked straight for the door! Hoping her next shopping experience is just as pleasant ! Wont be going back there thats for sure.

I am not the biggest fan of this store or really the brand in general. I mean no offense to anyone who does enjoy it but I guess it is just not my syle. The quality of the items are great and the store is clean but could be a bit more organized. The staff was friendly but it is just not my favorite store.

I always liked the brand and support, but since they LOST the one item that separated them from the rest of the retailers, THE LIFETIME WARRANTY, (which i never used).Now I dont even consider L.L.Bean I just go on Amazon and shop around.

Is not a shadow of what it was some years ago. Quality is down so much that the name has lost its value. Even sizes are wrong now and Chinese-made, mediocre items fill the shOP p

I will never shop LL Bean again. We bought two backpacks for our kids. I said lets spend the extra money and get the lifetime warranty on them well now they dont have the warranty and would not exchange a backpack for what was clearly a defect because it was older than year. Now LL Bean is just overpriced and over hyped. I will never spend a nother dime with LL Bean.

Very limited selection of merchandise. I was here a few months back and couldnt even find one pair of winter boots in my size. Didnt seem like they had any deals and the products seemed inferior to the bigger store in Maine
