It’s rare that a company stands behind their product nowadays.. I purchased a used EZGO cart from Joe late 2020 and it’s been perfect for our neighborhood cruises! About a month ago I purchased a new charger from Affordable carts, the original stopped charging. Last week the cart wouldn’t accelerate, so I called and spoke to Steve. Steve walked me through some things to test before I dropped it off for service. I dropped the cart off for service and a few days later Steve let me know it was done and everything was covered under warranty. I had a bad battery, and my new charger was defective.. I wasn’t expecting this! I thought I was in for a couple hundred $$ repair. Affordable carts is professional, and friendly. I will buy everything I need from them, and tell anyone who needs a cart to go to them! Thanks Steve and Joe!

The people who work at the parts department are rude an condescending when you talk with them. They act as tho you need them and they dont need you. They have no idea what it means to have good customer service.

Kudos to the gang at Affordable Carts. I did my du-diligence by calling around town and asking neighbors who service Golf Carts etc. After short listing 2 companies, I picked Affordable. They, Scott and Cheryl and one other lady and man were most professional & friendly. They did terrific work on my cart and won me over! I highly recommend them and I am relieved to have a cart mechanic. Thanks to them!

Had my golf cart serviced. Tech called and went over the work needed. Cart was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. All workers we dealt with were friendly and polite

I bought the wrong batteries and realized it when l got back to the house and once that l realized that it was almost closing time and it was Friday, and it was Easter weekend, l needed the batteries for my golf cart to transport people from my house to the clubhouse for my Easter party, so...... they waited for me to get back to there store and they swapped the batteries out for me and l was like wow! Their are definitely all about customer service!

This place is untrustworthy! I purchased a golf cart battery April 14, 2021. It fid not charge my golf cart. I immediately called and said I was returning it! I was told to bring it in. I returned with the charger within 48 hours of purchase. The manager STEVEN CHASE refused to take back the battery!! Just too bad for the consumer! BEFORE I PURCHASED THE BATTERY I ASKED ABOUT THE WARRANTY!!!I was told there is a 4 year warranty!! THE RECEIPT ALSO SHOWS 4 year warranty!!!!!!!Still, he refused to take the battery back! Said something must be wrong with my golf cart!!! A gold cart he has never seen or diagnosed!! Nonsense!! I drive the cart yesterday!THESE GUYS ARE COB ARTISTS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND SHE BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! I will contact Florida licensing and BBB and attorney general consumer fraud divisionANYONE ELSE DEFRAUDED BY THIS COMPANY, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND ATTORNEY GENERAL IFFICE!!

Good place for basic carts, not many used ones for a good price.

Our friends took us to this place and found a cart we were willing to purchase. The tag was on the cart and the salesman told us how much total with tax. Since we had to wait for the owner to get back, we withdrew the amount so we didn’t have to get check approval or use a credit card, which costs more. I get that, cause we also had a business. The owner was back and said it would be $500 more because of the special tires. Our friends have a business and he’s not afraid to speak up when someone is trying to take advantage. I feel sorry for the sales person that we dealt with because he had no say about it. Didn’t make him look good at all. It wasn’t meant to be. We went down the road and found one the same price, same year, and we like it better.

I recommend this store to my good friend because I purchased in the past from them. Joe was my recommended point of contact there.He spent time with my friend and wrote up a new club car with all the extras my friend wanted and told him the cart would be in by Dec 22nd. My friend stopped in this day to check if the cart arrived..Joe said sorry but we Sold it already..!!! Very disappointed that such a thing as that happened..especially from someone who I regarded with great credibility and integrity..You don’t do that to good people who have faith in others on doing the right thing and don’t do it..!!!

I recently purchased a Club Car Onward. What a great experience. Joe in sales was great to work with. Colin, the service team, receptionist, etc were all wonderful. They had my cart ordered, built, and ready as promised. I highly recommend using Affordable Carts.

I purchased a rebuilt cart from Affordable Carts many years ago and enjoyed it problem fee. I purchased a new 2020 72 volt EzGo from Affordable in December 2019. Im sorry to say it has not been a pleasant experience. The cart has issues and Affordable has not corrected them although they have had it back to their shop three different times for weeks. They seemed overwhelmed with service calls and a very long line of carts in for repair. If I had it to do over I would buy a different cart from a different dealer. Two stars for some effort but one star for results.

Bought my golf cart from Affordable, great folks, plain talk, sensible prices. Good service. You feel like family at any location. After 6 months, still very happy with my purchase, service has been excellent and my golf cart has changed my life! Love cruising the Park with my puppy!

Must say I really appreciate the customer service aspect of this business. Called this morning to get a wiring diagram and some schematics on a 2015 Cushman Haulster project that’s being worked on. Scott answered the phone and within 30 minutes he has me all the information that I requested. I know how busy a business can be first thing in the morning but needless to say he went above and beyond especially since I was calling from South Carolina.

Did not expect to receive the used cart that we purchased from them to look BRAND NEW!Remarkable work!

One star because I couldnt give it 0 stars. Watch out for undisclosed charges. Sent the cart in because it wasn’t holding a charge. $60 pick up charge that wasnt disclosed. $85 for diagnostic to show what I already told them. Richard the SM said I could replace one battery. On the day it was returned during a ride down one block the other battery blew. The cart was disabled. They wouldnt send anyone that day because they were busy. The warranty on the new battery would have been voided because they only replaced on battery. Another item not disclosed. The delivery person wouldnt leave the cart without a check or credit card. Another policy not disclosed. Besides his overall rudeness, the driver brought the cart back dirty. At the end of it all I paid $998.8 for 4 batteries and bushings. A terrible experience. I will never do business with them again.

5 Stars for Richard and Scott at Affordable Carts in North Ft. Myers. They truly know customer service. We were having difficulties getting what we needed from Club Car. Richard and Scott never gave up and were eventually able to get the part we needed from Club Car.When they delivered the cart back to our house, it was immaculate. They even washed the wheels.Im so happy we chose to work with them.

Took a friend in to purchase a cart they were told that the price was 6600 that also was on tag on the cart. My elderly friend then went to bank pulled out money came back and Joe said no way he would sell for agreed and posted price told us it would be 500 more. DONT GO HERE THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. I run a business with integrity apparently Joe doesnt even know how to pronounce the word.

Avoid this place especially if thinking of buying a cart. The salesman is sleazy and lazy and will try to add hidden charges by the time your ready to accept delivery. Service is sub par with only 1 technician that can complete repairs correctly. Try gator golf carts for sales and swfl carts for service.

So far not very pleased my husband dropped our charger off on monday, the young man said it would be a day or 2 to get it fixed its Thursday I call Logan tells me they have been busy they will get to it tomorrow !!!! Not very professional

You absolutely cant go wrong with Affordable Carts!! I didnt buy a cart but I did have service. If you live within a certain distance from the business they will pick-up your cart for free (they did mine...twice!) and they truly were Affordable in regards to service. And, they did a GREAT JOB!!! I likely wont use any other business from this point forward for service on my cart or if I decide to buy a different cart. Great folks, professional and reasonable.

Batteries here are fairly priced and they always have them in stock. Other parts foe golf carts are 2x what Amazon chatges. If you.can not wait a day, this place has you covered.

Bought our cart there 4 years ago and have it serviced there. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable staff. I find them to be very trustworthy.

I purchased a reconditioned car the end of December, used it until the end of April and had a tire which would not take air. When we called Affordable to have it repaired they blew us off. Told us take it to a tire center. Really?Thats your customer service and warrantee?WONT BE DOING BUSINESS THERE ANYMORE.And the back light fell off a month after Christmas.Nice service guys.

We purchased a pre-owned, reconditioned cart here about a month ago. Joe, the salesperson, was courteous and helpful. He showed us various price options. and was great to deal with. A couple of weeks after our purchase, the cart developed an issue. Affordable promptly picked up the cart for service. We just got the cart back, repaired under their warranty, and its great. Kudos tp Colin in their service department for his help and understanding. He personally delivered the cart to us after I told him we were leaving the next day. To me, this went above and beyond normal business practices. . If you are looking for a golf cart, I highly encourage you to go to Affordable Carts.

Stay away from Joe the salesman. Went in to purchase a reconditioned cart due to a recommendation from a good friend and they were busy and my wife was asking questions and he goes off yelling at her to wait until he finishes up a phone call. Myself and another customer walked out at that moment and will never return. Horrid customer service.

I thought I was having problems with my golf cart charger. I called another company in Fort Myers. Within 1 minute the guy told me that my batteries were bad and wanted to charge me around $700. I called Affordable Carts and within the same amount of time Richard told me to bring in the charger. At his shop, he fixed it in about 30 minutes and saved me $600. The charger was broke and needed repair. He gave me several tips about my cart and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Affordable Carts.

I went in to affordable carts LLC to purchase 18 golf cart batteries and to have 3 golf cart chargers repaired, as soon as I entered the building I was ignored for about 5 minutes then some guy with barely any teeth yelled “what do you need” in a very aggressive manner. I said I’d like have some golf cart chargers repaired. The man then shouted “bring them in” I then asked if he could help me. Which he then replied “REALLY!?” So I said you know what I’m just gonna take my business elsewhere. He responded “I think that’s a good idea”. This place has no respect for its customers, i was prepared to spend several thousand dollars on batteries and chargers that day so they lost money. I went right up the road to A custom carts and they treated me amazing and went out of their way to help me. Don’t waste your time, go to A custom carts.

We recently moved to N Fort Myers and had been looking for a cart went to Affordable a couple times, well we decided to purchase a used golf cart, our sales man Chris was out standing, friendly and knowledgeable right from the beginning and with a good eye, I had him pick me out the right cart and he picked me one that ended up having the newest batteries, when we picked up the cart it was cleaned prepped, pin striped, had our names and our dogs name on it no Xtra charge, plus more. I bought my EZGO RXV from affordable golf cart and was very happy. I am going to purchase a battery fill system from them shortly and I know I will be just as pleased. They are a class operation. They are definitely a five star company for both sale and service.

I have an older golf cart .... they have NO interest in any servicing ... but have a Great interest in selling me a new cart. It seems to me that an unwillingness to help when I have a problem is a bad thing.
