I just had a cup of decaf coffee and a chocolate croissant.. The coffee was nice and smooth and the croissant was very fresh and flaky. I highly recommend it! My new go to spot for coffee! Friendly staff.

Sam made my mother and I the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted! Ryan on the other hand, who claimed to be the manager, doesnt know how to properly make anything! Sam is absolutely the best!!!!

I was short of time when I approached H&G @ CHS airport. Sunshine and Lexi helped me pick hot tea - made it with honey! Perfect example of them being helpful when you need that tea/coffee in a rush! Great job!

Website and Google and posted signage says they open at 430am. Got there at 520am and was told they need ten more minutes before they were ready. Not missing my flight for poor service and bad coffee!

Rest of my family went to Burger King but I wanted “better” food so stopped by this place on 8/3. Service was fine .. only one person in line before me when I got there. Got the pre-made turkey club which was sub par but was in a hurry. Expected sourdough bread to be tastier but it was on the side of going stale and it was falling apart a bit. Not much turkey and bacon was undercooked. I wanted to order a piece of cake but saw a gnat flying in the icing, so changed my mind and got a large chocolate chip cookie which was fresh and tasty. Total bill with bottle of water was $16. Too pricey for even airport food in my opinion. (Should have left enough time to go to Hello Deli near airport.. reviews look great for that place for other fellow travelers!)

This coffee shop is barely ever open, which makes this airport coffee-less.

Had a small latte while waiting for my grandpas flight to arrive. Very weak latte with a color only slightly darker than hot milk. The espresso to milk ratio needs to be increased. The milk itself was also way too hot and not really foamed, which was disappointing. The counter and seating area look hip and they have lots of plugs. Didnt try the food.

Sam was great. Super nice and helpful! Chocolate cherry latte was ok, couldve been hotter. Temperature is like a hot chocolate.

Pleasant service especially for early morning hours- much appreciated. Only reason not getting 5 is because they could use another employee to help make ordering process quicker
