Stopped in for a clock I saw on sale, and was directed to exactly where it was. I brought it back to the checkout and the cashier (she said she was a car seat tech trainer for the summerville fire department) noticed my 7 week old baby’s shoulder straps were too low. She then showed us how to measure which shoulder strap to use and got our baby into a much more comfortable and safe position for her car seat. Customer service went above and beyond here, we love this location!!

I would give this store 5 stars if they werent so pricey! This is where you buy things you cannot find anywhere else. Cuz its usually cheaper elsewhere. The store is clean! The employees are personable & helpful. But, Ill tell ya ... I checked Amazon.com on my cellphone before we put anything in our shopping cart. If youre on a budget ... shop around!

I have been inside this store several times and just learned that it is closing. Please don’t blame this closing on COVID-19. The poor management over the years are the blame.

Shopped in-store and online for in-store pick up on Christmas Eve. The store was not crowded, a few items were sold out, but were restocked by the 31st, when we went back to return an item. The managers and employees are extremely helpful and kind and the store is clean, neat, and well stocked.

Very clean, found some very good deals in the clearance section. The staff is very helpful, but make sure to mention if youre a beyond plus member at checkout. It isnt done automatically for you.

Bed Bath & Beyond on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a well managed Bed Bath & Beyond location that has all of the home items that you need all in one place for a good value. This store is well organized and it is very easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I have had a really good experience shopping here throughout the years.

ALWAYS love the sales help! It is a bit difficult to maneuver through the check out line ONLY because customers do not pay attention. The cashiers were very polite to direct them.

Good when you know what you’re going in for, but a lot of their merchandise is ridiculously overpriced. Right now, however, they seem to have a lot more stuff on clearance & there’s a lot less merchandise & top stock - feels like they’re going out of business.

MOD pizza is always a great eat. The customer service is good. But lets be honest the random and almost endless pizza combinations is why you want to eat here..and they dont disappoint... Just go... Youll enjoy it. Oh I guess I should mention that the pizzas are really good tasting also.

The only handicap spaces they have are regular spaces for handicap. I need the lines so I can get my wheelchair. But rest assured they cared if I had a mask on!

Do you gyus check what you put on shelfs? I just bought an dyson v8 animal yesterday. Got home, opened it and for my surprise it was used. Not only used, the trash dispenser was full. It looks like someone used it and returned it. But I thought before putting it back for sale, maybe you need to check the condition of item. Dissapontment

I love going here. The candles and hand soap have great scents that last long. The staff is very attentive and seem like they really appreciate your business. The smells and ambiance makes you feel great.

The scents in this place punch you in the face as you walk in. I know all Bed Bath & Beyonds smell the same due to a potent cocktail of toxic perfumes. I tried going into this one and couldnt make it two minutes without getting a headache and having breathing problems. Places like this need to be more aware of Fragrance Sensitivity, and if you dont get irritated by the smell then that should be a red flag to you! Its poison, plain and simple.

Oh my goodness I could stay in there all day if my spouse let me. Such a huge selection of a million different types of things for the home! Nice prices.

Great deals. Can get a lot for very little cash. They now have a membership+ which cost. $29 a year but you save 20 % off your entire purchase. Saved the yearly cost plus some.

Customer service was great, initially I didnt see the wand to scan my comforter set,and the Male associate pointed that out to me,then I thought the set rung up wrong the associate stepped in we discovered I was looking at wrong price,the associate made a joke about that why I wanted to do him like that(and we both laughed),I said thats what happens to you when you get old.Great experience,and of course Ill be shopping there again.Love your merchandise,prices,and service recieved.

Very clean store and organized. The staff was really nice and very helpful. I normally park at the end of the parking lots and walk to the stores but this plaza was a bit dark and there wasnt a lot of foot traffic. I didnt feel unsafe but I parked close.

Quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Some items you just need to see, touch, and really feel before we purchase. BB&B offers us the opportunity to do just that.

Clean and friendly store at a mostly convenient location; plenty of parking spaces outside. A little bit cramped on the inside, however, so be wary of crowds because the checkout situation wont be comfortable if a line forms. Selection feels a tad underwhelming in my opinion, especially for Beyond tier items, but dont count this store out completely -- its got some nice stuff.

Super expensive. BBB has priced themselves out of the market closing many stores. In my opinion, this one wont last either with these prices

This company knows customer service. They have nice knowledgeable people working there. They accept expired coupons and if you buy from them and have a problem they tell you to bring it back to them not the factory. This type of service should keep them in business for years to come.

An Associate watched me pretending to be straighten up when she noticed me watching her she said hello. I asked her why she was watching me, she said that she wanted to know if I needed help. So I put her to work. Poor customer service traveled 40 minutes forgot my cell phone and my coupon, customer service would not use a 20%coupon from the store. Instead they let the sale walk out the door

So many choices for the home not enough time or money.

I went since, I received a gift card as a gift. I bought a $25 squatty potty that I later found at another store for $10 cheaper. Not sure why such a big price difference.They have nice and good quality products but, I dont really shop here.

Clean-workers were nice-even though their web site said they carried the item I needed they didnt have any. The item sheet grippers the good ones.

They make promises of warranties that they then refuse to honor, claiming they have since changed their policies. I bought something only because of the warranty, which now is void. Well, screw you. Lesson learned. Their prices are significantly higher than any of the competitors and now without a good warranty program, there is no reason to ever buy anything from them.

Customer service was awful,the Black girl working up front was very condescending to me and I spent over 200.00. I wont be back in that store she wouldnt let me use my gift card! Unbelievable!!!

Honestly I like this store but is overpriced. Same merchandise I can buy somewhere else and cost 20-30% less.

This store is always a mess and despite having a wide selection of items, I can never find anything that suits my fancy. This was also the store where the manager 2 years ago had no clue how to do a wedding registry and ended up messing me up because he couldnt figure out how to add items to the registry Id created online, so then I had two.

Always nice employees here! Lots of merchandise. By the way, their coupons NEVER expire!
