Great service especially from the guy who works in the parts department. I think his name is Will or something similar. Giving only 4 stars for two reasons. First is because i had to call to remind them of the kart I dropped of. Got it back after 2 weeks and Second was because the cashier doesnt know much or choose to not know much when dealing with me. She speaks perfect English but wouldnt have made a differ if she spoke a different language or if I was paying trough a kiosk. Ive been here more than a couple of times but my experience with her was always the same.

Fast and quick service and they have all the parts I needed

Went in today and have been thoroughly disappointed. Was not a regular parts in the store. I believe it was the owner that was helping me. Asked for a fuel petcock and when he brought it out the package was in an open plastic bag and it was missing the gasket. The picture clearly shows a gasket included. When asked he said it didnt come with one and he didnt have those. REALLY? I will no longer be driving 30 plus miles to purchase parts. I will order them online and ebay and get them cheaper. You failed your customer. Look at your own photos. I have been using these guys for the past 4 years.

I dont know the jury is still out on this one I bought a four-wheeler for almost around $1,000 with the helmet and have always had trouble with it starting... I have already taking it back in to have them look at it just to pay more money for it to do the same thing so Im not sure if I really recommend anyone buying anything from this particular company because I dont know if it was just awac situation or if they just sell you high-priced things that are not really worth any quality... Very disappointed and sad to say the least out of money and the four wheeler doesnt work

Had exactly what I need at a reasonable price. Knowledgeable parts guys, too. They helped me even though I didnt buy my ATV from them.

Bought our kids 4 wheeler here....brake pad came off the day after we bought it....qe thought it was gonna be an issue....nope...called and they replaced it free...I didnt even have to ask....in their defence my receipt says as is no warranty so I didnt expect it free.....I fully expected to pay...but that goes to show you that some companies still have good comman sense business practices. Nothing in the world is perfect...all we can ask for is to be treated politely and be made to feel as though we are valued as a customer.....I definitely felt that way today. Very impressed. Thanks again....our son had a wonderful Christmas!!
