Experience was positive all in all. Salesperson was enthusiastic but was not very knowledgeable of the products on the showroom floor. Luckily these days most of the research can be done online. Little hiccup as we were checking out - salesperson failed to explain the definition of “clearance” so felt a little duped. Clearance means showroom floor model with no guarantees. Ended up not getting a clearance mattress and as a result paid $250 more than expected. Also, salesperson had food and drinks on the checkout table as thought she was in middle of lunch. And her shirt had stains on it.

We don’t have our mattress yet (by choice) so the 5 stars is for our buying experience. We came in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted and Ashley at the Norcross store was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and offered other helpful thoughts. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, feeling confident about our purchase. Also, there was a sale and we got 30% off!

I just went in to grab a mattress cover quick. Talk about super fast check out with warranty and a surprise sale!!

This Mattress Firm store is located in a great spot. It is well-organized, clean and welcoming. All COVID-19 procedures are also in place. Our salesperson, Antonio, is simply awesome. He listens to your needs and properly finds the right mattress for you. I am totally jazzed out my new mattress--cannot wait for delivery!

We dealt with Beau as we shopped for mattresses today. What a knowledgeable and personable young man! He explained in detail several mattresses before we decided which one was best for us. I highly recommend this location (and Beau) to those looking a new mattress set.

Kyle was a phenomenal sales rep. I called around a lot of stores the day I made my mattress purchase and he was the only person who seemed to genuinely want to provide customer service. In fact, I had found some cheaper options at other stores that I wanted to get info on but Kyle’s patience and willingness to help out made me forgo those other options. Then when I went into the store I had to bring my 2 monst- I mean, children. Typically, my stern look or verbal warning would be enough to shut them down. However, a store filled with mattresses proved too alluring and they became deaf to my warnings. And you know what Kyle did? Did he huff and puff? No, he rolled with it and was understanding through my exhausted mortification, embarrassment and then defeat. Honestly, as I sat there signing away a chunk of my paycheck for this purchase I wondered if there were other mattresses I needed to replace ASAP because Kyle was just so damn awesome. Fortunately, I don’t think I have to replace any more any time soon but if I do, I’m checking out Kyle at Mattress Firm first. I sincerely hope I remembered his name correctly...

I was in the market for a new twin mattress after my old was worn. I looked online at different sellers but wanted to get a new one ASAP! This location was convenient and easy to find!Once you enter the store there is a sanitizer station and the store was layed out with different sets of mattress. Amya my sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and took her time to help me find the right one. She let me test different ones and asked me questions about my sleeping habits and asked if I would like a traditional opposed to a memory foam.She asked about my budget and walked me through certain mattress in that price range. After testing both the foam and the traditional mattress I went with the foam and the price was right! The only thing was that the mattress was not in stock at the store but Amya called to the nearest store and found that they had one in stock that I picked up today! Im ready to try out my new mattress and give it a week trial!Thank you!

Good deal, quickish purchase process

Went in on a Thursday close to closing time looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom. Lisa was there ready to help and expedite the process and was knowledgeable and directed us appropriately within our budget. We picked out a mattress and box spring and setup delivery for Saturday morning. Every aspect of the process met our expectations and delivery occurred per our desires with plenty of updates along the way on the day of delivery. The delivery crew were professional and expeditious and careful moving about in our house. We had an excellent experience overall!

We hit the Memorial Day sale! Great products and service. Our salesman make it work out to be able to get exactly what we wanted. I am very pleased with the sales and service. Their financing options top the other places we visited...and have a better line of products to choose from.

I should be receiving my mattresses in between 2 hours but the service was excellent even though at that time there was one employee and three customers. I came in knowing nothing and came out with the perfect two with her help. She helped me with what type of mattress section was right for me. She gave me the time to try them all myself. Told me about the material each one was made out of. She was just very helpful and every question I asked she was able to answer them to the best of her knowledge.

Mo was amazing to work with! He was honest and extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. We were out and about doing errands, when I decided to stop by Mattress Firm and show my daughter some other options to her twin size bed; there was no intention to buy. Well Kyle was such a pleasure to work with, that my daughter decided then and there that she was ready for a new bed (for months she was denying this fact). I told him my budget and explained my goal to purchase a home, and he provided several options that would allow us to get her a new bed that I could afford without delay.We waited over a month for her to break in the bed before leaving this review, but I must say, it was the best purchase Ive made in a long time. Not only is she sleeping like a baby, but shes waking up with a smile again! She still talks of going back for her contour bed, but thanks to Kyles help in selecting an affordable option that meets our needs perfectly, there is no rush. Thank you Kyle; well definitely be back to see you when we move into our new house!!

Process was simple and easy. Moe is excellent at what he does. Easy to talk to, very friendly, with surprisingly relatable conversations throughout the process, and very knowledgeable of all the mattresses available. Step by step, he was able to help me find the right mattress for me at a very great price, and was very punctual and knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the material and pricing of the mattresses. I give my high regards to Moe and personally hope that he continues to give the great customer service that other people seek. Highly recommended. :)

After tirelessly searching for a bedroom set, my mother told me about Mattress Firm in Norcross off of Holcomb Bridge Rd in Norcross, Georgia. I reluctantly went but Im glad I did, Antonio was absolutely amazing. I told him my budget and wasnt interested in paying a whole lot of money because I just literally paid nearly $2000 to move into my new residence. Although I was slightly in a rush and a little frustrated, Antonio remained professional and was very knowledgeable of the different type of mattresses. I was able to lay on 3 different types and was satisfied w/ the Grand Harbor Up LTD Pillowtop Matt Queen Prime. I thought I would have to pay the entire price but walked out paying $60 and will pay about $100 monthly, which isnt bad at all and very affordable for my budget.Stop by Mattress Firm in Norcross, Georgia and Antonio will definitely take care of you. My mother will be purchasing a mattress in the next few weeks.Thank you Antonio, well done sir.
