Had an older low mileage truck with bad brakes after sitting. Trihn automotive took care of me. They were professional, reasonably priced, and didnt give up until they figured out what the root cause of the problem was. Five stars. Amazing customer service.

I was skeptical of coming hear that I originally had called just to get my car checked out nothing major so I left it with them for the day, to my surprise when I got off not only did the check it out but they fixed a problem that had plagued my car for months and the best part was that their price was more than reasonable. My car is running like a dream. Diane and her husband were so professional and helpful they will definitely be handling all the maintenance on my vehicle from now on.

This is the best service that I could get in the U.S. as I lived in many different states before moving to Atlanta Metro! They are very honest, skillful, friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful! Hands down one of the best repair shops that I have ever been to. I was looking for a place to take my car to get my front brakes replaced and was doing some research on GMaps when I came across this shop. I read the reviews and thought Id give it a try and I can tell you these 5 star reviews are absolutely truthful. They were quick to get my car in and gave me a free estimate. They also recommended I get new tires, which I knew I would need, but wasnt looking to get them quite yet. They let me know that they were in pretty bad shape and recommended I get them swapped asap. They werent being pushy at all though, I could tell that they were genuinely worried about my tires. I decided to go ahead and just get it all done and though I really didnt want to spend all of that money, what I ended up paying was much cheaper than what I had seen at other places. Of course prices may vary, but for the break replacement + resurfacing of my current rotors, I paid 210; and for two new tires I believe I paid 85/each, but again every case will be different. Yes, a good lump sum of money, but the fact that my car is running smoothly and I wont have to do any other major repairs for a couple of years, is definitely worth it. Hopefully it wont be necessary, but I will definitely return here for any repairs and have already recommended to my friend.Last thing, shop is directly off of Indian Trail, but its a bit hard to see them from the road. Youve got to keep an eye out for their sign, or look for the big green lawnmower thats next to the business plaza sign. Good luck!

I take all 5 of our family cars to TRINH for everything including brake jobs, oil changes, electrical work, air condition and major repairs too. I have used them at least ten times in the last couple of years and they have done excellent quality work and always at a fair price. They dont try and add a bunch of unnecessary work like most dealerships try and do. I highly recommend Trinh Automotive.

I love this shop. It’s vet hard to find an honest mechanic. The prices are reasonable and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Instead of just explaining to me what was wrong with my car, he actually showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I really like that because, I don’t know a lot about cars and sometimes when you just tell me I have no idea if I really need to get something fixed or if the mechanic is just trying to get more money. With this shop I was actually able to see it and I know I’m not being taken advantage of. The owner and his wife are very nice and I will continue to bring my cars to them for any repairs. I will recommend them to everyone. So happy that I found this repair shop.

Great service

A close friend of mine recommended this place to me when I was due for an oil change and maintenance. Location was fairly close by home and there was no wait when I got there. I was immediately greeted and staff helped me right away. Their team is swift, hardworking and honest, which I really appreciate. Got everything done in a quick amount of time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Trinh’s automotive to everyone if you’re in the Gwinnett area!

I never leave reviews but I love this place. Ive only gotten service done here twice but Ive been overly satisfied both times due to the great customer service. I stumbled across them by accident when my car broke down around the corner and they were a tremendous help. Great work, great prices, even better customer service. Cant beat that.
