I was in an accident with an old friend about 3 years ago and he chose to go to Nu Look, they did a great job on his 350z. I was recently in an accident last month in my Toyota 86 and I also chose to go to Nu Look since I have seen their work before. The guy at the front desk is VERY RUDE AND STAND-OFFISH. The only reason why I left my car is because all the other shops told me the end of November is when they can start on my car. The only time he was nice is when a man aka my grandpa was present. I didn’t like the fact that these guys was going to give me my car KNOWING that the hood color didn’t match the right side of my car. Front desk guy said “ anytime a car is sitting in the sun for too long the color change”. So my thing was, why didn’t you guys match/ find that color that was on my car instead of putting a different shade of grey on a person car?! They didn’t put the door piece back together at all. No thanks !!!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to dealing with car repairs. I went here as an emergency because my front number fell out the hinges and I needed to return the rental. They took me in immediately and worked on my car right away.... they finished quickly and did an amazing job. I recommend coming here. Btw, the owner is really professional! Very professional, i brought my car in for a door dent repair that damaged my locks. They searched all over to get the best parts for my door. Especially since they dont make my car anymore. They did a fantastic job fixing my car.

I had a minor accident which left my front bumper bashed in and in need of replacement. From the list of body shops my insurer provided, I called two. The first wouldnt even look at my car for three weeks. Keith from NuLook said to bring the car in that day. I did, and he looked at it and put me on the schedule for the following Tuesday. I brought it in Tuesday morning and got a call from Keith that afternoon with an estimate and description of what needed to be done. He said the car could be ready as soon as Friday, and it was - before noon. While waiting, I received email updates on the status of the work. They did it fast, and they did it right. Highest recommendation.

I never leave reviews, but I could not help but to highlight the superior quality and service NuLook Auto Body has performed. I had to take my Infiniti Q50 up here for some front end repairs through my insurance company. The drop off process was smooth & seamless. NuLook had coordinated everything with my insurance company prior to drop off, so all I needed to do was drop off the vehicle & keys. Keith, the owner of NuLook, offered to call/set up a rental car for me, however I had did it prior to getting there. Him even offering to do that meant a lot. While my car was being fixed, I had to go out of town for a few days. Although the car was finished before I returned, Keith allowed my vehicle to stay on premises and protected until I returned. Keith explained the full process in detail for me and at most places it would have taken over a week to order the parts/repair my vehicle...but at NuLook it took a mere 3 days from drop off to completion. I never imagined it would be so quick. The car was returned back to me in tip top condition and looked phenomenal. NuLook even took the time out to wash the car so that it was beautiful when it was picked up. Overall, NuLook Auto Body was EXTREMELY professional, personable & easy to deal with. I will absolutely return to NuLook for ANY of my car concerns moving forward. Thank you for the amazing service.

5 out of 5!!!!! Keith and his team took car of my insurance quote after someone hit me in a parking lot. It was hard to find a dealership that used Audi certified parts and could work in my car. Keith and his team fixed my vehicle in 7 business days and even took care of my rental drop off. I will be going back to NuLook if I am ever need body work in the future.

I wrecked my car on 5/4/2021... I brought my car to Nulook based off of the reviews. Mike said my car would be ready on 5/28. They communicated via email daily to let me know where they were with repairs. Today is 5/28... I have my car! I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Let me be clear, they did a super great job on my car. It looks great. However I’m unsure that I will be returning in the future due to their customer service. All my interactions were awkward and I found myself having to hunt them down for information about my car. It took much longer than expected which I understand as not everything is within their control. But it concerned me that I didn’t receive updates without having to call myself and when I did, they seemed annoyed that I reached out. I can see being annoyed if I called daily, trust me, that wasn’t the case. For example: They personally reached out to tell me it might be totaled but no one bothered to call me back once it was confirmed that it was not...Either way, the job they did for my car doesn’t seem worth the hassle of dealing with the guys in the front

First used these guys several years ago and were so pleased we went back yesterday. About 11:30 this morning they called; its ready! Looks great and a very reasonable price. Exactly what I was expecting .

Someone hit the front of my truck and was faulted die the accident, so I chose Nulook to handle the repairs. They dealt with the insurance claim, enterprise was able to bring the car directly to them, and they were able to find the aftermarket headlights that I had on my truck and instal them accordingly. Very professional and timely, they gave me a $5 gas card and I will be going back to see them if I ever need bodywork done again

I have a 2019 Dodge Caravan that had front and rear damage from a 3 car accident. I dropped it off to Keith on 1/18/21. I was picking it up on 1/26/21 and it looks brand new! Great job guys!

NuLook color matched an aftermarket fairing for my motorcycle. They did an outstanding job! I provided them with the lid to my saddlebag and they were able to match without any problems. Turnaround was quick, too. Less than a week. You can see their good work in the pictures included in the review. The rectangular part is the lid to my saddlebag. The triangular part is the aftermarket fairing.

If I had 10000 stars I would give it all very good service, very good job.

This is a great auto body shop. After I damaged my car, I searched for the nearest auto body shop and drove my car directly there without going home first. The owner evaluated the damage and gave me a great price as opposed to going to the dealership. I normally dont write reviews, but the service here was outstanding. Owner is friendly and very professional. My car was scratched up due to storm debris. I was concerned about the quality of paint, but it looks exactly like the original paint that came with my Infiniti Q50. I will gladly return in the future for any paint or body needs.

After a hit and run, I took my car here to have its front fender repaired. The staff were very friendly and professional and gave me frequent updates about the repair. Was quoted less than a week repair time on a fender. Its going on three weeks now. No communication from them about delays, had to reach out multiple times to get a status update. Next time (if there is one) please give us back our driveable vehicle if there is such a huge delay, especially if it is a business vehicle. Never had an issue with them before about communication when we had our vehicles wrapped by them. Maybe this was a different department, or new management?

My insurance company had my car towed here after hitting something in the road. The damage was mild and an easy fix but was mechanical and that is not what they normally do. But their tech said it was something he could repair and had it done within a day. They kept me updated through out the whole process and i am very thankful i did not have to go through looking for a mechanic to have my car towed to.
