I was doing some window shopping for my house. Bobby at the store was very helpful and guided us with money saving ideas. We purchased Whole Kitchen appliances Stainless steel Fridge, Stove dishwasher and Front loader Washer dryer. They delivered at our house following week and and I am very happy with the products. I even had a question about Stove so I called Bobby next day and he guided me over the phone. Highly Recommended Discounted Appliances.

I bought a top of the line refrigerator and after it was delivered we realized the ice maker and the refrigerator fan was broken.I dealt with the owner directly on the purchase and can confirm they do shady business dealings.BUYER BEWARE

I have bought here for 10+ years. The owners, his family and staff have always been great to work with. The appliances are USED, so occasionally I have had issues, but they have always been addressed to my satisfaction. The delivery staff has always worked with me and around my schedule.They usually have a pretty good selection of used items, which is a big plus when shopping around!Not sure about some of these negative reviews I see here. I have tried other used appliance places and have had more issues at other places versus here.Give them a try.

Good stock of used appliances.. prices are above average mostly. My recommendation would be to shop owner to have good transport people who behave good and install things properly. I bought washer & drier, got damages some places to transport to home, and the transporter was so rude .. even said that its paid service I choose for home delivery and installation, he simply refuse.. great experience .To google users, look around other available options if you find competitive prices, this should not consider as only one shop for used appliances.

The bad reviews are shocking! I purchased a washer and dryer set kenmore for an incredible price. Both works fine and are in good condition. I haven’t had them long almost a week. I’ll update this review if anything changes. Honestly if I’d read the reviews beforehand I probably would’ve looked elsewhere but I’m happy I gave this place a try. Also Bobby was really helpful and friendly.

The owner of this company is simply a liar and a fraud. Please do not buy from here. There are so many other good companies to choose from. I wish I had read their reviews. DO NOT make the same mistake as me. Our dryer stopped working after 4 days! We called for 3 days and they never picked up the phone. I called another company to come out and spent $175 on the repair. I called again a week later because now my washer stopped working and they actually answered but said that I don’t have a warranty. I HAVE A RECIPT THAT CLEARLY SAYS 1 YEAR WARRANTY. The owner says that he will look at it for free because he’s so nice, but I have to uninstall the washer and dryer and take them back to him because they don’t have a technician that goes out to the property.... I guess they forgot that their technician was the one that came out to my home and did the installation.Please do not support this failing business. Their are a ton of other good companies to choose from.

Don’t go, closed and no showroom when you called to confirm the store information the number always no one picking up

Although I initially had issues with my appliance, the guys stepped up and made things right. Nice to see they stand behind their customers. Definitely recommended.

Great prices & great service. I bought my appliances for my kitchen from them. And I got a very good deal, saved a lot of money . The sales person was very helpful. He found what I was looking for.

DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE. I PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR THAT STOPPED WORKING 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE AND IT HAD DEAD ROACHES IN IT. I ASKED FOR AN IN STORE CREDIT AND THE OWNER SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR POLICY TO GIVE AN IN STORE CREDIT. I HAD TO GET MY ATTORNEY TO WRITE A LETTER, THEN I WAS ALLOWED TO CHOOSE ANOTHER APPLIANCE, A WASHER AND DRYER FOR WHICH THE DRYER STOPPED WORKING JUST AFTER THE 30 DAY WARRANTY EXPIRED. THE OWNER WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE PARTS TO REPAIR. I HIRED A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO REPAIR THE DRYER AND HE SAID THAT IT HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS AND WAS RIGGED TO BYPASS THE HEAT SENSOR AND AS SUCH WAS DANGEROUS TO USE, HIS COMPANY WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO WORK ON AN APPLIANCE IN THAT CONDITION. I HAD TO THROW IT OUT, IT WASNT WORTH REPAIRING AFTER I PAID $249 + TAX FOR IT. DONT BUY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Weve bought numerous dishwashers, washers and dryers from Bobby at Discount Appliance and always been satisfied. From high end to low end, from scratch and dent to out of the box. Many new home owners discard good appliances for many reasons. Style. Features. Continuity with new purchase appliances. These guys know this and find them. They harvest good parts from non-working models and use them to make good but aged appliances better. While they are not the most chatty people, we believe they are honest business people and have honor. Moreover, they provide those of limited means an alternative place to purchase good working appliances at an affordable price. Were they as bad as some reviewers suggest, they would not be in the same place selling used appliances for nearly 20 years. You get what you pay for. And we have paid modestly for appliances that have served our purposes and met our budget. And their showroom is bright, cleans, and fresh. Its not some junk yard smelling of stale water and leaking oil. Now, dont go out back. Thats where you wills see the evidence of waste and consumption. Thats the bone yard where they keep Ill-used dead applaiances where they harvest small parts (like operable door switches and four-pole 220 V plugs that cost $45 from online parts suppliers) to refurbish good appliances that need them. We like them and trust them. They meet our needs.

These guys machines broke in one month.I got a replacement and paid extra money.Then that machine lasted a month.A total waste of time and money.Told them to get his crappy washing machine back, they acted like they didnt want to look up my information because they complained it would take too long.Do not get anything from these guys.They are complete and total rip off.And definitely learned my lesson.

Probably the worst decision I made. The guys showed up smelling like they had bathe in a tub of beer, not the friendliest people to have in your house, then damaged my floor so long to my $550 deposit.....I shouldve did my research a little better and went with my first choice. Excited to finally get my washer and dryer costed me headache and lost money. Dont recommend at all

Owner is rude and sells broken appliances and then says no refunds DO NOT BUY!!! Old broken appliances DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Please dont buy ANYTHING from this guy. He sells refurbished appliances at to-die-for prices because they BREAK in less than a year then he gives you the run around about fixing them. His warranties is WORTHLESS.

I bought a washer on Saturday 6/24, experiences issues within 30 minutes of the washer being delivered the washer broke. Rather than send someone out they troubleshooted over the phone and did not want to send a tech to come out to look into the issue. 30 minutes into the 30 days warranty.

Speak with the manager and he will make thugs right. Appreciate his service!

This place is the worst ever. I bought a fridge on the 1 of March I stopped this week end. Had to throw all of my food away . Bad bad bad bad people just take money and f the people. They should be out of business.
