It was quiet despite it being a weekend visit. Very helpful staff and very organized floor. I took my mom shopping and she was helped as she needed and enjoyed her time there.

Great customer service! Sofia and Luis helped me find exactly what I was looking for! They spent almost two hours with me to find the right outfit. The store was very organized and clean, the fitting room associate was very attentive asking if I needes additional sizes, and more! Good job!

Customer service is the worst! Your dealing with imature workers who give you such a hard time with returns they think they are doing you a favor oh, and they make sure you know it too!!! They think its impossible for someone to purchase something then have to return it simply bacause it didnt work after all. They question the reasons its the customers perrogative...we have every right to make a return if we choose to my hard earned money my decision. They would rather loose one of their 10 customers then make a customer happy and satisfied with the service. And, make sure you dont lose your receipt put it in a safe or in the bank in case you need to return your purchase because if not theyll want to give you $3.50 cents back for clothes that you paid $25.00 to 30 dollars a piece. No wonder everyone would rather shop in Tucson and many businesses fail here in Nogales all the time. One word....no I think Ive said enough.
