We went today to get some tennis shoes for my daughter.. no one on the floor to help us.. several times someone would come out from the back room see us standing there and immediately go back.. which by the way the back room had several employees in there and you could here they were messing around.. we even knocked to get help and were ignored.. finally we caught one of the guys that came out we asked him for a size he gave it to us and walked away we had to go look for him to get a bigger size he said there wasn’t any and as we were about to ask for another style he walked away.. we decided to leave not worth wasting time.. we went to shoe carnival they didn’t have the size either but immediately they brought a men’s size to equal a women’s size and fit perfectly.. they went out of the way to provide great service... that’s why everything closes in this town.. horrible customer service Big 5..

The personal working is so humble

I am greeted by very energetic employees everytime I shop, that are willing to walk me directly to whatever I am looking for (an extra star for that alone.) Pretty good prices considering the location. The store is well kept and there is a good variety of brand name merchandise available. Always seems/feels like grand opening everytime I go in.

Bad customer service especially from the manager. I asked the manager for some help and he pointed me to one of their associate on the floor. That was it for me. The manager seems to be busy for his looks of being a sporting goods store manager. The only reason I still go there is cause my teenage kids love their under armour collection.
