Horrible company to buy a hot tub from, everyone there absolutely knows nothing about hot tubs and they have no idea how to help you as they have no record what they sold you. Example to get a new filter you have to take in the wet and soggy one otherwise they are dumbfounded. ( if you actually kept records u would know what filter is needed doesnt matter when it was sold lol) even after taking in the filter they still managed to mess it up and gave me the WRONG ONE. Something is definitely wrong with these people and company. now waiting for a simple jet cover for 6 months. Service is horibble to get a hold of someone AND when you do they cant help you, u have to wait weeks for there subcontracted technician to call. Wish i knew all this before purchasing it from them. waiting 2 weeks just to hear back from a technician to make an appointment. and no your response did not help at all as i am still waiting weeks for a call back, months for an appontments, and almost a year for parts lol . And crossing my fingers when it comes in its the correct part.

I purchased my first above ground pool and had no knowledge about it at all, the staff were extremely helpful in explaining everything I need to know and the store has everything you need. I highly recommend MP paradise pools and spas to anyone who has any hot tub or pool related questions.

Have been waiting since Wednesday for usual pool place to process water sample; its now Saturday and still nothing. Tried Paradise Pools in Niagara Falls, water analyzed on the spot, was able to purchase what I needed plus some fun floatys that were on sale and were good to go. Wish I had gone there first, we would be swimming already. Great fast and friendly service!!!

Amazing Experience!!We are extremely happy with Paradise and our new backyard edition. Starting with the girls in the office who were extremely helpful and very polite. Pat came out to complete our quote in person and by far had the most complete and professional presentation. The Installation Crew was incredible. No communication, directions, or instructions on how to get service. Attitude when i sought jt myself. The staff seem to think its social hour as i stood at both of their doorways until i walked in and got the attitude

We had the pool installed in the heat of the summer - seriously the hottest two weeks of the year!!! The guys worked so hard - showed up everyday they were supposed to always friendly and smiles in their faces. I am so happy we chose MP Paradise Pools to install our pool. Things were completed and any issues were always taken care of immediately.

I recently had Mike and Jose at my home to perform a repair. Not often do people send a letter of praise, only complaint. I emailed MP and told them of my experience and now I am providing that information here. Mike and Jose are welcome to my place anytime to perform a service call; they were not only professional but they were just two nice guys and I appreciated their work that day. Thank you again!

Great experience! Appreciate all the help given to a super nervous first-time pool owner (had also been burned by another company, which made me extra nervous). They installed my pool pump and completed my pool opening for me. I now feel much better knowing that they got me off to a good start. Staff are both friendly and professional.

We had Paradise open our pool. We then needed the technician to come back for a couple of loose connections a few days later. No big deal, so far so good. When I got home from work I had to call the store with a couple of questions and concerns. I have never spoken to someone as rude as the girl who answered the phone. When I was in the store on previous occasions, I have never had any issues with the customer service at this store. But this person, Theresa, was rude and ignorant. She spoke in a way that you dont speak to any human being, let alone a paying customer. I was then passed on to her manager. Although the manger has adequate customer service skills, she answered my questions and was relatively polite, she didnt even acknowledge my concerns about one of her associates. She completely ignored anything I said about how rude her employee was. Im not saying she didnt correct the situation, she didnt even acknowledge it. At all. As a 15+ year general manager of a big box store, I have terminated associates for far, far less. It was appalling. I will no longer use this store for my pool and hot tub supplies. I wouldnt want to chance having another customer experience as rancid as this one.

My liner had pulled off the track in one corner of my pool. I noticed Aqua Blue Pools on a maintenance call next door and asked them to come over and have a look. They did come over and spent 15 minutes assessing the problem and told me that I would need a new liner and left.I decided to get a second opinion and called Paradise Pools for a service call. I talked to Delores, the service manager and made an appointment for Friday July 12, 2019. Josh and Mac came at 10:00 and started to work - they said that it would be difficult but started to work right away. Within an hour, they had the liner back in position.I was impressed from the moment I talked to Delores and the professionalism and expertise from your two technicians. I barely had time to tell them what the problem was with my pool. Worst customer service experience.My family has been dealing with Paradise Pools ever since I can remember, so I figured getting an estimate from them for my own pool would be great! Apparently, they dont really need the business.We made an appointment for someone to come to give us an estimate. They told us between 5&6. Great! The guy calls us at 4:13 to tell us hes on his way. (When making the appointment we stated we worked and the earliest we were available was 5) We left work early, got home at 4:45. Waited, called the store around 5:30 just to see what was going on, since he had called and we still had not seen him. They assured us he was coming. So we waited. After 6 we called the store again. The rude lady that answered the phone this time told us he was there, rang the doorbell, no one answered so he left. We let her know, that if he was there anytime between 5&6 when our appointment was, we WERE home. She then proceeded to laugh and call us liars, telling us he wouldnt lie and that she would get HIM to call us so that we could tell him he was lying! Okay. Call! We were home! Outside even! No one came during our allotted time frame.All the lady on the phone had to do was apologize. She could have said Im sorry, maybe he was early. But instead she decided to call us liars and laugh! My family also run our own business...so I understand things happen...but good customer service goes a long way!

I sat the and waited patiently to be served and found the stuff I needed by myself and as an already paying customer I tried to inquire about other products that I was seriously interested in purchasing but since she was busy she just fluffed me off. Very disappointed 😔. After making me wait you couldnt give me five minutes of you time... boo. I will probably not go back after this so thanks for nothing.

Paid $300 plus to have pool opened. At first they said everything will be completely running. After 3 days, pool is still murky and asked me to buy extra products to make it clear. The manager didnt even bother to see the test result and seem very busy with other things. Worst customer service I ever encountered in my life.

We recently have moved to Ridgeway Ontario and our home came with a pool. I decided to call Paradise Pools to assist wth the opening. From the first contact by phone the lady was very friendly and pleasant. They booked me an appointment right away. They came out on a Saturday of all days and we’re on time. The two men one being George and his partner were very knowledgeable and friendly. They opened the pool in a timely matter and walked me through the complete operation of the pump and heat system. I will continue to use this company for any of my pool needs. I work in a customer service field and enjoy receiving the same great service as I give. August 7th was a great day for us! That was the morning Matt and Sean came to patch 3 cracks/holes in our pool liner in NOTL. This company is totally qualified, scuba diving equipment and professional skills, to handle a leak in you liner. They will screen the entire pool for all possible leaks. I loved Matt and Seans energy and positivity, and recommendations. Awesome spirit, especially when you fear the worst. This being said, the real energy and professionalism came from Katharine, when my wife, Jackie Bonic, had called many companies about our problem and clearly felt most confident in Paradise Pools being able to deal with pool liner leaks. Thanks you Katharine, Matt and Sean. You serve this company well with such an honest, enthusiastic and positive attitude, and you do a great service to the communities around you. Great service on time and no mess

Very disappointed in the service I had my pool open by them as I am a first time pool owner found them extremely expensive for the very little work that they did I was told that they would have went down the pool liner which they never did and was told we never said we would do that went back and forth with emails as it had no knowledge into what I had them booked for the girl on the phone Niagara location was extremely rude and should go to school for some customer service skills I will not recommend them to anybody and will not use their pool service again however their staff and the Grimsby location are very nice and helpfulthe servicemen themselves that came to my house were extremely nice
