Went in store today to look for something for my husband. Normally good service but today horrible horrible service. Both sales agents were sitting on chairs with phones out text and talking to each other. Neither approached me. Rather, one yelled from her chair, you looking for something. I replied yes something for my husband. Neither moved or said anything. Several minutes later, the agent yells again, from her chair well to be honest with you, we dont have much. I thought wow this store doesnt care to sell me something or not. What the agents didnt know I have a $12,000 Kay credit account and I buy my husband a new ring, watch or something every couple months. I will say, I have almost everything they had to offer, but there was one there for $4000, that Ive been thinking about. But after this experience, I am not going to reward a store with that type of service. I will go to another store that wants my business. Sadly, this store changes agents constantly. Time for a different store for me and my money.

This jeweler is great. Ignore Jeremy Rs reciew. The guy has no life and all his reviews are negative. Just take a look at his history. Some people are never happy and clearly his husband doesnt give him what he needs. Go figure.

Whoever said “avoid this place like the plague” couldn’t be more accurate. Simply went in here to get my ring sized, the “person” not even going to say lady who helped me because she was the farthest thing from. She gave me attitude because according to her MY ring fit properly. No it actually didn’t, just because it goes on easily does not mean it is comfortable. I can’t wear it for more than five minutes without my finger hurting but she kept trying to get me to not size it up, along with her dirty looks. I then saw a ring I wanted to take a look at and I politely asked “when you get a chance can you show me that ring” and she “I want to get this done first it’s a process” I said I understand that which is why I said “when you have a chance”. She irritated me so bad that I had her stop everything and give me my ring so I could take it to another Kay. I would never in my life come here again, for anything and I would not recommend this Kay to anyone. She was the worst person I have ever dealt with. She also made a snotty remark when I gave her my phone number and it didn’t start with a 716 area code. She said “are you even from here”. Okay idiot just because my phone number is from a different area code does not mean I am not from the area. Worst experience I have ever had and not sure how she has a job but if anyone reads this AVOID THIS KAY AT ALL COSTS. You will get treated like you are trash.

Me and my fiance had a custom engagement ring made at Kays recently and it was the best decision by far. The whole process took about 6 months total and well worth the wait. It is a cushion cut morganite set in rose gold with diamonds around the band as well as around the gemstone. Perfect in every way. Thank you Kays!

My now fiancé purchased an engagement ring and wedding band here. We sent them out to be resized together. The woman “helping” us was very rude, to be polite. She changed the pick up date twice before we even left the store. Finally the later of the two dates arrived and he called the store to see if it was ready for pick up. The woman who answered Linda said we have packages here from Friday and today and we are NOT opening them until the manager gets here. Try again tomorrow. At this point I’m getting very upset because now I fear that something is wrong with my rings. The next day he calls again, no one had any courtesy to call, and they are finally ready. We get them and they are sized to two different sizes the wedding band is too small the engagement ring far larger than it should have been. Then I notice that the prongs holding the diamond are bent and the diamond is crooked and twisted from its normal spot. Needless to say these were returned the next day and we will NEVER step foot in a kays again.

I had the worst experience here. Kay jewelers caused so much stress before my wedding. I brought my engagement ring and wedding ring in to be resized on July 10th since they were too big. They had to send the rings to another store and I was originally told they would be ready to pick up in five weeks. They called me a couple days before I was supposed to come in and said it would take an additional two weeks. When they finally came in, the rings hadnt even been sized down! If anything, they felt like they were made larger. Brenda at the store lied and said that she wanted to go smaller but I didnt want to, which was not true! I specifically told her that I wanted them smaller and that I trusted whatever she thought. I did not appreciate her lying to avoid owning up to their mistake. She sent the rings back and said it would take another four weeks to have them fixed. I called the store back the next day asking them to just give the rings back WITHOUT changing them since that would be cutting it way too close to my wedding day. There was poor communication throughout the entire process, they refused to give me the phone number of the store they sent the rings to or any tracking information on my rings even though I asked them to get that information from the other store multiple times. They ended up resizing the rings again even though I withdrew my consent for them to work on them and told me theyd be ready to pick up September 6th. I went in on the 6th and they still werent there! I was told there was a misunderstanding and theyd be there soon. I didnt even get the courtesy of a phone call to let me know. I finally have my rings back and will never be returning to this store. Horrible customer service and the time it took and the whole process was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone and would not advise anyone to trust them with your jewelry!

Absolutely amazing customer service at this location from Sarah K on the floor. One of the previous sales representatives sold me a mistagged “Magic Glo” wedding band with a Neil Lane tag on it by mistake. I hadnt had time to fully assess the band in store (as I was in a rush), and I just saw the Neil Lane tag on it so I thought it was the correct ring upon having it boxed up. The sales representative at the time also reassured me this was a Neil Lane band when infact it wasn’t.When I had gone out to my car to leave, I decided to exam the band a little more closely and take a picture to send to my mom, letting her know that I finally (after months of searching) found the matching Neil Lane band to my Oval Halo ring. My matching band (as well as all Neil Lane products) have been discontinued throughout Canada and this was the last store in the United States that had it available for in pickup and was within a 4 hour radius to me.What brought on cause for concern about the integrity of the first band was when I immediately noticed that this ring was not stamped the same as my engagement ring with the “Neil Lane” on the inner side of the band but rather “Magic Glo” (a Jared brand). I brought it back in right away with the receipt, (Thank heavens I noticed before I drove 4 hours back home) in which Sarah, the manager was available on the floor and she did everything in her power to make it right for my fiancé and I. She reached out to her customer service team through the call center in an attempt to get this rectified as quickly and as fairly as possible but unfortunately their hands were tied. She advised me that they said the original Neil Lane wedding band that I was supposed to receive that day would’ve had to of been transferred from another out of state store overnight which would’ve meant me driving all the way home, 4 hours away, and then back to Buffalo the following weekend as they will not ship internationally. The other option was that I could take a refund, wait 5 days for it to return to my Visa and go home empty handed. Both options were disappointing and Sarah wasn’t satisfied with either. I felt hopeless as I drove all that way and called in advance to ensure my wedding band would be there. At this point, I wasnt about to go home empty handed after that long drive so I pointed out a brand new Neil Lane wedding band in the display case that retailed for $1450.00 more than the original band I picked, and offered to pay the difference in price on this ring just so I had a band, and didnt waste my whole day driving. She then said “I’ll tell you what... if you’re willing to take that new one in the display case today, we can do an exchange for you, free of charge. I want to make this right, no additional cost or inconvenience to you”. This warmed my heart so much to see someone be so generous for a complete stranger, and to go out of their way to make it right.I didn’t have to pay the difference on the band that I paid for earlier, or any other cost at all. Most jewellery places in Canada would never go that extra mile to make things right for their customers, so it’s nice to feel valued, and cares about. I will definitely recommend all my friends to go here as well as continue to shop here myself on my future endeavours.

Bought a watch for $300 from Ultra Diamonds and the stem fell out after two months. I was told it was wear and tear. Sent emails as advised to do and when I visited the store in Niagara falls they said they were under new Management and didnt have my emails. They offered to look at look at the watch to see if they could repair it. Surprise Surprise, they couldnt and didnt offer a replacement. Worst customer service ever. $300 and nothing to show for it. Avoid this place like the plague. If it possible zero stars that what I would have given.
